My vehicle was towed when I was at work back on XX/XX/XXXX. So I had to pay the release from police station and the tow to get my vehicle out on the XXXX and paid off the balance I owed which was XXXX and was told by the manager that I will receive my title in a week. Now its XXXX I just recently renewed my registration and noticed on the registration that it says Im the registration owner and XXXX XXXX XXXX is the title owner. So they never release my title.. I tried contacting all their phone numbers they have listed and I cant get through any of them they all have automated requires ext.. I tried emailing them still no answer, please help this was my first time doing a title loan and trust me is my last!
