On XXXX XXXX 2015 a complaint was lodged with your agency in regards to misrepresentation of a debt I dispute and do not owe. Signature Performance Tiburon LLC was notified in Case Number : XXXX that I do not owe a debt to XXXX XXXX XXXX and that I am a Social Security recipient who is 'judgment ' proof. Signature Performance Tiburon LLC, acknowledged my request for 'cease ' communication in a response notice # : XXXX and assured me they would no longer 'harass ' me in regards to the disputed debt. On XXXX XXXX 2015 I received the same formatted letter from Signature Performance Tiburon, LLC dated XXXX XXXX 2015 referencing the same entity XXXX XXXX XXXX claiming a balance of {$20.00} dollars. Signature Performance Tiburon, LLC has left me no choice but to provide the Nebraska Attorney General 's Consumer Protection Division documentation of verification that they would no longer contact me or bother me about this issue as documented in CFPB Case Number : XXXX. Due to the response by Signature Performance Tiburon, LLC verifying their promise to leave me alone, I will be able to access monetary damages and pursue legal action against them as I will be able to prove an administrative process related to the case. Signature Performance Tiburon, LLC was sent a 'certified return receipt ' letter in reference to this matter as well. I have the actual receipt and proof of notice. It appears Signature Performance Tiburon, LLC does not believe I will pursue my civil legal rights to peaceful enjoyment of my home and phone. I can assure you I mean what I say as I have built a dossier against Signature Performance ( and XXXX XXXX XXXX ) as proof positive documentation ( and evidence ) to solidify my mission. Again, thank you CFPB for being a venue of valid documentation and evidentiary venue.

Consumer received a 'dunning ' letter from Signature Performance Tiburon LLC , XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX NE XXXX dated XXXX XXXX 2015. XXXX responded to the letter by sending back a dispute letter 'certified ' return receipt ( # : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) on XXXX XXXX, 2015. SIGNATURE PERFORMANCE TIBURON LLC, is denying consumer due process of 'written ' notification within the XXXX ( XXXX ) day timeline allotted consumer under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( " FDCPA '' ) by not picking up the letter from the post office in a timely manner. Consumer has tracked the letter which is still waiting to be picked up from a XXXX Post Office. Consumer has added all 'written ' and tracking verification to this complaint to prove consumer 's position in this matter. By not accepting consumer 's dispute letter, consumer is being denied 'due process ' under federal and state law regarding debt collection practices and the FDCPA, FCRA and FTC XXXX Consumer is making this complaint to your agency as a form of administrative process that will verify consumer 's position in this matter should it be necessary for consumer to pursue a civil lawsuit. Consumer will have proof of consumer 's concern as reported to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ). Thank you for providing this venue as documentation. It is greatly appreciated.!
