Here is the issue ... there was apparently not a complete inspection done on this house, as after i closed on the house I fount that the appliances that came with the home did not work, and there was a lot of things still left incomplete construction on this home and then on XX/XX/XXXX the homes price went from XXXX to XXXX during the time I was in closing on the home and they never lowered the cost of the mortgage at all during that time and still charged me XXXX for a home that was not worth that price as the home had lowered in cost not to mention the broken appliances in the home and the unfinished work in here. tHEY ALSO NEVER DISCLOSED THE FACT THAT THE HOME WAS FLOODED AT SOME POINT and they did try to hide this fact with paint on the interior of the home. they never told me that I could get an independent appraiser for the home and did not tell me I could get my own realtor either. They kept the home on the market the entire time I was purchasing it and only recently did they change that to pending sale and I have already closed on the house. I have written to the realtor involved about the broken appliances and the water damage as well and he just brushed me off and said I should be grateful to own my own home. I just closed on this home on XX/XX/XXXX and I need help for this situation ASAP! I lost a whole lot of money by buying this home since my mortgage loan is XXXX, and the home is only worth XXXX and actually less than this as there are many many things wrong with this house.
