My job has come to me about excessive calls from this company. They say the people that call ask for me but they always call at the wrong time because I work nights. So the people at the front desk try to transfer them to human resources and they immediately hang-up. I called to ask why they call my job and they say to inform me of my passed due account. I'm already aware of that from the many voicemails, emails, and letters in the mail. I let them know that I am doing the best I can but all they care about is forcing me to pay.
