I have a mortgage loan with the company " Sierra Lending '' since 2021, and have covered my house with the XXXX XXXX yearly. During XXXX and XXXX, Ive informed the Sierra Lending Group Company which is represented by XXXX XXXX, that its my decision to continue with the Insurance Policy generated by the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I previously sent multiple mails informing them ( In addition to the multiple messages exchanged by XXXX, and phone calls with the different collaborators of Sierra Lending, including the owner XXXX XXXX ), my desire to continue with XXXX XXXX XXXX. Through all these different ways of communication with Sierra Lending I let them know I want to renew my insurance policy with XXXX. I received refusals from them, trying to force me to act against my will, and intervening in a threatening manner telling me who I can and with whom can not to renew my policy. The lender cant force me to change insurance ( but is trying to do that ), however they can force me to have coverage and the loan amount to cover the debt. The reason why I don't change to another Insurer is due to none respects the same conditions in Fee and the deductible percentage, the cheapest Insurance company costs me twice of the amount XXXX gives me. Ive been proactive and had also proposed other types of solutions and were as well rejected by Sierra, example : cancellation of the Escrow Account. All these events had directly affect me not only my economic interests, but beyond multiple discussions, my health is currently being affected since I am unfortunately suffering from migraines and stomach ailments.
