| I was doing refinance through Sibcy Cline mortgage company. First they didn't fill out paperwork properly and I was short almost a {$1000.00}. I caught the error on time. But then they also didn't provide correct insurance information, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX didn't mail the check to the right company, and as a result my home insurance was cancelled and I didn't have coverage for over 2 months. The big issue is that no one did anything about correcting the error for over two months, until I found out that this was happening and started contacting everyone. There was no apology or compensation issued and I was blamed for not cooperating and being helpful. | ||||||
