Dear sir Madam, I XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, residing at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Florida XXXX, got in touch with a loan officer ( NMLS ID XXXX ) at Sitar Mortgage a national wide lender ( NMLS ID XXXX ) to process my home refinance sometime back in XX/XX/2021. The authorized loan officer promised an APR of 2.875 for a 30 year loan period and have locked my rate immediately on the same day. However there was no paper confirmation given to me, though i have repeatedly requested. Along with this, i have been also promised about lender credits which will cover most of my closing costs to which i have agreed with. Have attached email confirmation on the same. The lender did not provide any paper confirmation even after repeated requests and made me wait till XX/XX/XXXX for closing. During this time between XXXX and XXXX, I have provided all my documents and consent to the closing disclosures shared which i have attached.
On the day of closing, the closing was rescheduled with no notice to me. From that day XX/XX/XXXX, i'm unable to contact the lender through phones/email. Meanwhile have reached out to CEO of Sistar mortgage XXXX XXXX, explaining my issue, to which I got a call from the Lender that they can not match the APR of 2.875 which they promised me from the beginning along with the lender credit. On XX/XX/XXXX, the new APR was changed to 3 %, to which I agreed to move forward with lender credits to cover my closing costs. Post that conversation, All of a sudden the lender has abandoned me with no proper responses to my questions since last one month. Have attached all the related emails on the same.
Also, there is no paper confirmation on any of the Loan estimates, which is concerning and not a fair business practice for the consumers.
