Shop Your Own Mortgage advertises and claims to be license in Texas and Nevada. I looked up the license number XXXX gave me over the phone because he said he was licensed, but it was just a generic number, it wasnt associated to him. I am pretty sure its a law to have a license for each state they conduct business in. I couldnt find anything for XXXX or even the sales manager XXXX being licensed here. And they were quoting me these crazy low rates. It just sounds fishy to me. I asked them to email me and they told me I needed to give them my ssn. Theyre not even licensed ...!!!

SYOM ( Shop Your Own Mortgage ). Owner XXXX XXXX Solicited short term bridge loan investments via e-mail and text.. Asked for myself and many others to wire funds to the SYOM Chase account.. I sent over {>= $1,000,000}. In exchange he would return the $ with interest in XXXX XXXX
Once the term expired XXXX fled the country and has not paid anyone back.. you can google XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX some of the XXXX New article mentioning the same Scam..
XXXX XXXX is a XXXX Scammer.. He has since fled the country reportedly and is not making efforts to pay anyone back.
