XXXX. Sezzle INCXXXX Account XXXX Please correct this inaccurate information on my credit report. I recently pulled my credit report from your Bureau and my attorneys and I had a chance to go over my credit report and in amazement, that you have decided to report me 30 days late on this account in XX/XX/XXXX. I immediately disputed this information with Sezzle INC. and the results of the investigation came back " verified ''. Not only was I never late on this account, but according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), the information furnisher is required to notify me of the insertion of negative listings. Since I have disputed the lates with the creditor, and you obviously " verified '' them, I am very curious as to what kinds of " records '' you may have for this alleged account. I am very confident that you are in violation of the ( FCRA ) and ( FCBA ) sections ( 1666, 1666a. 1666b., and 1666c. ) as stated below : 1666. Correction of billing errors ( b ) Billing error ( 4 ) The creditor 's failure to reflect properly on a statement, a payment made by the obligor or a credit issued to the obligor. ( 5 ) A computation error or similar error of an accounting nature of the creditor on a statement. ( 6 ) Failure to transmit the statement required under section 1637 ( b ) of this title to the last address of the obligor which has been disclosed to the creditor, unless that address was furnished less than twenty days before the end of the billing cycle for which the statement is required. ( 7 ) Any other error described in regulations of the Bureau. 1666a. Regulation of credit reports ( a ) Reports by creditor on obligor 's failure to pay amount regarded as billing error After receiving a notice from an obligor as provided in section 1666 ( a ) of this title, a creditor or his agent may not directly or indirectly threaten to report to any person adversely on the obligor 's credit rating or credit standing because of the obligor 's failure to pay the amount indicated by the obligor under section 1666 ( a ) ( 2 ) of this title, and such amount may not be reported as delinquent to any third party until the creditor has met the requirements of section 1666 of this title and has allowed the obligor the same number of days ( not less than ten ) thereafter to make payment as is provided under the credit agreement with the obligor for the payment of undisputed amounts. ( b ) Reports by creditor on delinquent amounts in dispute ; notification of obligor of parties notified of delinquency If a creditor receives a further written notice from an obligor that an amount is still in dispute within the time allowed for payment under subsection ( a ) of this section, a creditor may not report to any third party that the amount of the obligor is delinquent because the obligor has failed to pay an amount which he has indicated under section 1666 ( a ) ( 2 ) of this title, unless the creditor also reports that the amount is in dispute and, at the same time, notifies the obligor of the name and address of each party to whom the creditor is reporting information concerning the delinquency. ( c ) Reports by creditor of subsequent resolution of delinquent amounts A creditor shall report any subsequent resolution of any delinquencies reported pursuant to subsection ( b ) to the parties to whom such delinquencies were initially reported. 1666b. Timing of payments ( a ) Time to make payments A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose, unless the creditor has adopted reasonable procedures designed to ensure that each periodic statement including the information required by section 1637 ( b ) of this title is mailed or delivered to the consumer not later than 21 days before the payment due date. Because I take my credit very seriously, I contacted every name and account that was listed on the report. I was again very shocked by the multiple names, account numbers and figures. Included with this letter, is every letter written to those who have hampered my ability to obtain credit. I believe that any judge that looks over the report would agree that it is a violation of both the FCRA, CCPA and FACTA. The following accounts were listed on your report and I have demanded from them a full accounting and five years worth of records to see if their accounts were in violation of the FAIR CREDIT BILLING ACT ( FCBA ). We also demanded signed contracts, agreements or any legal paperwork that would tie us to the following accounts. Under the FCRA, you are required to conduct an investigation on this account if I request it. I DEMAND to see all 100 % verifiable proof that I was indeed Verifiably late on these accounts and the creditor fulfilled its obligations under ( FCBA 1666 ( a ) ( 2 ) ), As I was never notified of a billing delinquency on my accounts, which the creditor must do under section ( FCBA1666 ( b ) ( 6 ). I DEMAND to see proof that I was mailed my statement to the correct address notifying me of both payment due date and delinquency of payment on the account. If you can not provide 100 % Verifiable proof and proper documentation that the CREDITOR fulfilled its obligations under the ( FCBA ) and ( FCRA ), I therefore demand these late payments be removed from my account or I will be forced to be in contact with the Attorney General of my State and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I therefore am submitting my written request to you to conduct an investigation. Per the FCRA, you have 30 days to conduct this investigation and respond to my request. I have mailed Identity Theft documents including FTC Identity Theft Affidavits, Police Reports, Summary of Identity Theft Incident, and the information that was appearing on my credit report to Sezzle 3 times on XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX as the fraud began on my identity in XXXX and have had ZERO communication or response until Thursday XXXX stating the fraud department determined it was not fraud but gave no more information or provide me with the documents or process of the investigation that I requested, as I am allowed this by law. It was ignored again too. The addresses these documents were mailed to were twice to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX MN XXXX and once to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX MN XXXX without any acknowledgment or communication beginning XXXX. In XX/XX/2022 shortly after my mother unexpectedly passed away, I fell victim to identity theft, where my Social Security number was found, linked to another ( fictitious ) name and address in XXXX XXXX. A total of 16 financial accounts were compromised, including my existing accounts, as well as new accounts, opened using my information. They were able to get complete total access to my entire XXXX and were able to clone the phone giving them access to do everything I would be able to do. They even made payments from my financial apps where my checking accounts were held to the credit cards so that they could keep charging on the credit cards so I would maybe not notice as quickly they even made thoughts payments to five of my accounts from three of my bank accounts checking, savings, and one of my business accounts. I was confused as to how my accounts and information continued to be accessed even after fraud alerts and reset all passwords and security info, but since they had access to my XXXX and my XXXX ( previous phone ), they were able to see whenever I changed any passwords, and what they were changed to and every action performed using my XXXX and able to access all information on it for months until XXXX finally was able to find the issue of my phone being so slow and shutting down which was due to infiltration to my kernel OS system on my device, according to XXXX. I had to purchase a new phone once this was uncovered. I have provided Sezzle with the police report, FTC affidavits, and supporting documents of true name fraud specifically where my SS # was linked to someone elses name and address, in addition to my XXXX having malware in its kernel ( OS system ) where the hackers were able to take full control of my device, access to my XXXX and all financials, and impersonate me when verifying accounts etc which even including calling my banks. Upon XXXX inspecting my device, they found 167 text messages stuck in my XXXX that was marked undeliverable as I had alerts set up with my banks and accounts to text me to verify charges or identity- these were stopped by the malware. Two days after XXXX inspected my phone and found this, they released a nationwide security update patch to all XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX directly addressing and fixing this security issue. I requested Sezzle to provide me with all the documentation, processes, and supporting information used to determine their decision of not being a fraudulent account that I was notified briefly of this decision last Thursday without any elaboration. If a proper and complete investigation was initially done, it wouldve been clear that I was a victim of identity theft, and this account would have been found fraudulent as the 16 other accounts and creditors determined upon their investigations and review of my documentation. Unfortunately the three times I mailed it to Sezzle, no one responded. This account was charged off in the amount of {$350.00}. No one responded to the 3 requests I sent via mail, which is required to respond within 30 days of notification by law. So according to the consumer protection rights and FCRA regulations, this account could have been immediately removed from my credit report without liability. However, I decided to contact Sezzle by phone as I didnt want it to possibly have the potential to affect my future endeavors down the road. Remove this account immediately as it is a direct result of Identity Theft and send me a letter confirming the release of my liability and account removal from the credit bureau immediately as required by law. I have attached copies of the letter i mailed to you 3 times on XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX that were blatantly ignored, proof of SS # linked to another person and address including FTC affidavits again.

I am writing today because as of XX/XX/22 I have been trying to work with Sezzle on information that they are reporting repeatedly incorrectly. Since XXXX XXXX I had completed my last payment to Sezzle, resulting in a XXXX balance, paid off. However, on XX/XX/22 I got an alert from XXXX XXXX stating a change in my score. I had seen that my score decreased by XXXX due to sezzle reporting that my balance had gone up. The company at the time only had the option to email for a live response. XX/XX/22 I reached out via email about the issue. on XX/XX/22 XXXX responded to my email and stated that there was a delay in sezzle 's reporting. Not to worry that the following month it would have correct information. XX/XX/22 I received a notification from XXXX XXXX, and again my points were decreased due to the same issue but now another month them reporting no payment. Mind you at this time my account was paid off. XX/XX/22 I again emailed about the issue. XX/XX/22 I sent another email and reached out to chat support via their website. I was connected to live agent who said their name was XXXX and informed that there was a delay, and that they do see where my account was paid off as of XX/XX/22. I was emailed the transcript of our conversation, informed a manager would call me, and that i would be mailed a {$0.00} balance letter. XX/XX/22 I got a prepopulated email asking for information. XX/XX/22 I replied and attached all screenshots of my credit, conversations w/prior agents. XX/XX/22 received a response from XXXX who stated that their was a delay in sezzles reporting and that it would be corrected the following month reflecting correct info. XX/XX/22 received a notification from XXXX XXXX, checked sezzle and the information was still incorrect. XX/XX/22 emailed sezzle again, got a response XXXX from XXXX stating that it was not an issue on their end that this was due to the credit bureau not reporting the information they provided. That there was nothing they could do to speed them up and that I would just have to wait. XX/XX/22 I received an email stating that sezzle was closing my account due to inactivity. XX/XX/22 I received notification that my credit limit decreased from {$350.00} to {$150.00}. However, there was no update on any payments since XXXX, or the pay off in XXXX. This caused my credit utilization to increase reflecting I had gone over my limit vs it being paid off before sezzle decreased my limit. This is a service where you are required to pay 25 % of the purchase before it is approved. Meaning if you try to purchase something over your limit it requires you to pay the overage amount plus the 25 %. XX/XX/22 called sezzle at XXXX and spoke with a guy who stated that " they have done their job, and that they can't force the credit bureau to report faster. " He informed me he will escalate and request manager to call me in the next few days and resend the {$0.00} balance letter out. This issue has not been addressed by sezzle, and during this whole process i have disputed the information 3 times, and each time it has been verified as correct from sezzle. This is not fair, and I am entitled to an accurate credit report that reflects correct dates, history, and balances. I can not believe a company would try to report a decrease limit before reporting payments and after the account is fully paid off. This has to be illegal. This has affected us closing on our house and has ruined my credit. Yet no one seems to do anything about it. 1. On XX/XX/2023 I took out a Buy Now Pay Later loan though Sezzle, for merchandise from a merchant, XXXX XXXX. The Order XXXX XXXXXXXX, with credit card ending in XXXX. 2. There were four payments scheduled - three for {$40.00} and one for {$40.00}. 3. Sezzle billed my account ending in XXXX for {$40.00}. 4. The merchandise was defective and not as described nor as advertised. ( Pls see Exhibits ) 5. On or around XX/XX/2023 I disputed the transaction with Sezzle. ( Pls see Exhibit ). 6. I attempted to remove authorization to continue to bill my card, but Sezzle 's website offered no option to do so while there were outstanding payments. Sezzle therefore refused to process my request to cancel the CC authorization. ( Pls see exhibit - Edit Payment Method page with no option to remove card ). 7. Sezzle requested extensive information, including on XX/XX/2023 ( request for photos of merchandise ; request for copies of advertisement to show how the merchandise was different than as advertised ), which I provided ; XX/XX/2023 ( copy of email correspondence with merchant ), which I provided ; and XX/XX/2023 ( photos of merchandise next to ruler, showing that the dimensions are not as described nor as advertised, which I provided. ( Pls see Exhibits for emails notifying me of Sezzle messages, but the messages were deleted by Sezzle, see below ). 8. In order to comply with the XX/XX/2023 request from Sezzle for pictures with a ruler, I had to purchase a ruler. Then because one of the items was longer than twelve inches, I had to purchase a second, longer ruler. I incurred expenses just to purchase these items for my dispute. ( Pls see exhibits- XXXX receipts ) 9. On XX/XX/2023, XXXX informed me my dispute was closed, but provided no rationale. I was not provided with any response by the merchant, nor given an opportunity to respond thereto. ( Pls see exhibit ). 10. Sezzle obviously never had any intention of processing my dispute and continued to waste my time and money by requesting photographs with rulers, causing me to have to purchase rulers, even though the photographs clearly showing the merchandise was smaller than described/ smaller than advertised. What was the point of putting their customers through all that if, in fact, it wouldn't matter no matter what the pictures showed? 11. Sezzle billed me a second time for {$40.00} to my card ending in XXXX, forcing me to close the credit card because they refused to process my request to cancel the authorization. ( Pls see Exhibit ) 12. Sezzle took away my access to all documentation regarding the dispute, which used to be available on the website, including our correspondence as well as the images and documents that I provided to Sezzle. ( Pls see Exhibit ). 13. On XX/XX/2023 I called Sezzle and spoke with XXXX. XXXX confirmed that the documentation was taken away from me as a matter of policy and practice. He attemped to reopen the case so I could again access the documentation, saying it was the only way. However, XXXX emailed me on XX/XX/2023to say the case could not be reopened. And so as a result I am still unable to access the information. ( Pls see Exh. ) 14. Sezzle sent me a threatening email stating that they may report my account to a credit bureau. However, Sezzle knowingly lied in the context of this threat. Sezzle is aware that, per their own Terms and Conditions, no credit bureau reporting can occur unless the customer opts in to " Sezzle Up ''. Sezzle is aware that I never opted in. ( Please see Exhibits attached ). 15. Upon information and belief, Sezzle is in the practice of making false threats upon their customers.

On XX/XX/2023, I was in a XXXX store at a self-checkout, and I was attempting to purchase a {$200.00} XXXX XXXX Gift Card . This card also has an activation fee of {$5.00}. So, my total for this purchase was {$200.00}. I was going to utilize my XXXX ( Buy Now Pay Later ) company called Sezzle to make this purchase through their app which is installed on my phone. It allows me to make purchases in stores and pay in XXXX installments over XXXX weeks ( XXXX upon purchase, XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) weeks later, XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) weeks after that, and the final XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) weeks later which would also be the last payment. When I went into the app, it asked me for the total of my order, which was {$200.00}. It then showed on my phone that the 1st installment was charged to my bank account card in the amount of {$51.00}. As I was going to bring my phone to the credit card reader to electronically scan, it said I have a XXXX gift card in the amount of {$200.00}. I was like what, this isn't right... so the manager saw me getting frazzled and she said to come to the regular register, and she would help me. So, we went to the register and when I tried to scan, it then said on the XXXX register that I can not pay for a gift card with a gift card .... I did not understand or know what was going on at the moment. The female manager said I could not get a refund either because they don't refund gift cards. I said I don't want t a XXXX gift card and I said I want to buy the XXXX XXXX Gift Card she was now holding in her hand and waiting for my transaction to be paid for. I told her to void the transaction in progress ( which was for the purchase of the XXXX XXXX Gift Card ) and I immediately called Sezzle to tell them there was a mistake with the processing of the order. After being disconnected 2 times I finally got someone on the phone and was told that they can not reverse it because they don't refund gift cards. I told the rep I was not trying to purchase a XXXX gift card, but I wanted a XXXX XXXX Gift Card. They said they couldn't help me but told me that gift cards never expire. Sezzle told me to take it up with XXXX because it was purchased in their store. I was not pleased with hearing that. I did not need a XXXX gift card let alone in such an odd amount. I never shop at XXXX, maybe 2 times a year ... and this was putting me into an awkward position at this point. No one noticed to say that stores such as XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and any other retail store NEVER CHARGES you for an activation fee on their own store gift cards, so this should have been a red flag that something in their system was not right. So, I then called XXXX customer service. I was basically told the same story about how the gift cards never expire ... I said to the rep, I DO NOT WANT A XXXX CARD AND I WAS TRYING TO PURCHASE A XXXX XXXX Gift Card. She told me that because it was paid through a 3rd party ( Sezzle ), Sezzle would have to process the refund. This is insanity because no one wants to take responsibility for this crazy error. I am also attaching ( if I can ) a picture of the voided transaction showing that I was indeed trying to purchase a XXXX XXXX Gift Card. This has been going on since XXXX. I have deleted Sezzle 's app from my phone and no longer want any part of this scam company. The XXXX gift card is also sitting unused on Sezzles app as well because I do not want it and I am NOT paying for something I DO NOT WANT FROM THE GET-GO! ***PLEASE NOTE THEIR ARE 10 ATTACHMENTS OF PICTURES TO ASSIST YOU WITH EVERYTHING I HAVE DONE WITH TRYING TO CLEAR MY NAME***

Despite my repeated attempts to address these concerns directly with Sezzle, I have not received a satisfactory resolution, which has led me to escalate the matter to your esteemed organization. Since becoming a Sezzle Anywhere Member, I have been experiencing significant problems related to my spending power. On multiple occasions, I have contacted Sezzle 's support team seeking assistance, specifically on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. Despite my efforts, the issues remain unresolved, causing considerable frustration and inconvenience. One of the primary concerns is the consistent and unwarranted decrease in my spending limit without any valid explanation. On XX/XX/XXXX, my spending limit was reduced from {$400.00} to {$250.00}, and more recently, on XX/XX/XXXX, it was further reduced to {$200.00}. It is important to note that I have maintained a perfect payment history, hold a paid Sezzle Anywhere Membership, and have frequently made early payoffs. As a loyal customer and a subscriber to the Premium Membership, I firmly believe that I should be entitled to spending power increases rather than decreases. These unexplained and arbitrary reductions in my spending power have severely impacted my ability to make necessary purchases through the Sezzle platform, thereby undermining the value and convenience of the services provided. Despite my attempts to seek assistance from Sezzle 's customer support team, their responses have been inadequate, offering no reasonable explanation or resolution to rectify the situation. This lack of effective support has left me feeling helpless and dissatisfied with the level of service provided. Subject : Escalated/Unresolved Complaints with Sezzle Dear Sezzle Customer Support, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to urgently address the escalated and unresolved issues with my Sezzle account ( XXXX ), originally opened in early XXXX and re-opened on XX/XX/XXXX. Despite filing numerous complaints ( CFPB XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, FTC XXXX ), my issues remain unresolved, with new concerns further impacting my customer experience. Failure to Address Previous Complaints : Despite my previous complaints and requests for assistance, there has been no response or resolution provided. The issues I reported remain unaddressed, leaving me feeling unsupported as a premium subscriber. Account Downgrades : I have noticed a significant downgrade in the level of service and benefits that I receive as a premium subscriber. This includes a decrease in the quality of customer support, unresponsiveness to inquiries, and a general decline in the overall experience. As a loyal customer, I expected to see an improvement in my service, but unfortunately, it has deteriorated over time. Inability to Use Paid For Upgrade Features ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX Anywhere ) : After making payments for upgraded services on XX/XX/XXXX, I was unable to utilize any of the features included with Sezzle Premium and Sezzle Anywhere. This situation, further exacerbated by misleading push notifications, could be considered as bait and switch or false advertising. XXXX XXXX Support Failure : My interactions with XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX were extremely unsatisfactory, best described as negligent and bordering on fraudulent. The lack of resolution, conflicting information about refunds, and overall poor service are alarming. I have recorded phone calls as evidence, reflecting the subpar service and unfulfilled promises. The severity of these issues, combined with the widespread dissatisfaction among other XXXX customers on social media and over XXXX complaints on the BBB website this year alone, suggests a systemic issue within XXXX 's customer service framework. This widespread dissatisfaction indicates a serious problem that requires immediate and thorough investigation. ACTIONABLE REQUESTS : Previously Made Requests ( Ignored/Unresolved by Sezzle ) : Immediate increase in my spending power by at least {$1000.00}. Implementation of measures to prevent unwarranted decreases in spending power. Complimentary XXXX Sezzle Anywhere Membership for the inconvenience caused. New Latest Requests : Detailed response and action plan for each of my previous complaints. XXXX reimbursement of Premium/Anywhere subscription charges. XXXX reimbursement of {$500.00} for Virtual Gift cards due to lost time and efforts. Increased XXXX Sezzle Anywhere Courtesy Membership due to previously ignored complaints. XXXX access to a {$3000.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX. All requests to be fulfilled by XX/XX/XXXX or subject to further escalation. Failure to address these concerns satisfactorily will leave me no choice but to escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authorities. On XX/XX/XXXX, I reached out to XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX to inquire about their cancellation policy because it had been over 2 weeks and the couch had still not shipped. On XXXX de XXXX website, their cancellation policy stated that you had to wait 15 business days before the order could be cancelled or you would be charges a 50 % fee. That is why I had emailed them to get clarification on that policy. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX telling me that THEY had cancelled my order and that they would issue a full refund to my bank and that I should check with my bank to see when the money would be returned. At this point, 2 of the 4 scheduled payments had already been taken out of my account. Since I was told that my order was cancelled by the merchant and that they would be issuing me a refund, I purchased a couch elsewhere. I waited a week and on XX/XX/XXXX, I emailed XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX to see it the refund had been issues. They responded telling me that they decided to issue me store credits instead and that they had approved this with Sezzle and never notified me of this change. I tried to sort this out with XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX myself, but after telling them that I was told I was receiving a refund and that I did not want the store credit multiple times, they then told me that they would no longer respond to my emails. The very next day on XX/XX/XXXX, I disputed this charges from Sezzle with XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX A third and fourth charge from Sezzle then came out of my account. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email from Sezzle telling me that because I had disputed the charges with my bank, they were going to start charging me late fees. When I emailed them to explain the situation and why I had to dispute the charges, they said that they would turn me into collections and ruin my credit if I did not make all payments. Also, they sent me a link to XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX cancellation policy that they had updated after refusing my refund. It had stated originally that it would be 50 % fee if the buyer cancelled before it had been 15 business days. Their policy now stated that they would issue store credit. But that was absolutely not the policy previously, and I didn't cancel the order, they did. Sezzle also expressed to me that there was no point disputing these charges with my bank because they will win and receive their money. After this horrific display from Sezzle, I decided to stop all communication with Sezzle. My bank won the dispute and the charges were deemed to be fraudulent on the part of Sezzle and XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. It is now XX/XX/XXXX and Sezzle is trying to send an account that was deemed fraudulent to collections and I am receiving emails to collect on this debt. The debt doesn't exist. Sezzle 's merchant was deemed to be fraudulent and I won the dispute. They are now trying to do what they threatened me with 4 years ago and ruin my credit by sending me to collections.

On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted sezzle to let them know that my bank account link for payment had experienced Fraud on it and that I would need to adjust payment made to sezzle until this fraud case was resolved. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX let sezzle know again with screenshots of conversation with my bank of the error and issues. Sezzle did not respond and continued to draw payments up until one finally failed on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX they sent me an email saying that my concern was to complex and they would send me to a higher up. And push all due dates back by two weeks. This did not happen Sezzle continued to draw bi-weekly payments out till XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX a month after being sent to a higher up, I finally received a response that was not to my question at all. It pretty much said I couldn't make a purchase because I hadn't paid the account in full. I responded back multiple times on the XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I was told all payments would be pushed back by 4 weeks. I was also told if I needed additional assistance to reach back out to sezzle. On XX/XX/XXXX I was sent a notice that sezzle would be reporting my late payments to the credit bureau although they had just agreed to push all payment dates back. On XX/XX/XXXX I reached back out to Sezzle because I had been told previous late fees would be reversed on the account due to their delay in response and the financial issue. No late fees were reversed on any of the accounts. I also asked Sezzle for a list of all balances due and when these would be processing so I could inform the bank and keep detailed track of what was processing when. Sezzle did not respond. I reached back out on XX/XX/XXXX. Sezzle did not respond. Sezzle has continue to take bi-weekly payments out on the account. Yet it seems none of the purchase which are broken into 4 bi-weekly payments have been paid in full yet. I have yet to recieve any clear detail of what has been paid to what accounts and how much left is due. The two week push back nor did the four week push back go into effect and none of the late fees were reversed by this company. Now on XX/XX/XXXX Sezzle has reported to the credit bureaus that I am 90 days delinquent on the account and 90 past due which is just not possible if all factors were applied. If they expended all pay dates by 6 weeks in accordance with our multiple conversations. Then I could not be more than 2 weeks behind on any one account. It also does not explain the multiple payments that have come out of my account since XXXX complaint. I have paid Sezzle {$970.00} since XXXX XXXX. According to their app I still owe them {$480.00}. On XXXX XXXX I received a text message from Sezzle indicating that an order was not approved because my account was maxed out. When I immediately logged into the Sezzle mobile app I looked in the orders section and discovered XXXX transactions from XXXX that I had not placed. I immediately locked my Sezzle virtual card and reported the XXXX transactions as fraud to Sezzle. On Monday XX/XX/2022 I received an email from Sezzle stating that I had a refund in the amount of {$200.00} coming to me. On XX/XX/XXXX I also received XXXX additional orders XXXX in the amount of {$100.00} and the other order was for {$100.00} dollars again from XXXX. I would like Sezzle to give me case number for my fraud claim as well as a contact phone number so that my financial institutions can conduct their chargeback investigations. I was forced to utilize chargebacks for these orders as Sezzle not only collected the first payments for these transactions but also continued to try and collect the other XXXX payments for each of these transactions prior to finalizing their fraud investigation in total Sezzle attempted to collect {$1300.00} for the XXXX fraudulent transactions from XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I have tried numerous times to get information from XXXX and they would only tell me that the transactions appear to be made in person. I was at my home on XX/XX/XXXX with my wife and child and at work on XX/XX/XXXX, neither XXXX nor Sezzle want to provide a city or XXXX where the transactions occurred. At the time of the orders being placed I had my Sezzle card attached to my XXXX account, when I checked my in person and online purchase history the XXXX orders do not appear. I have reached out to XXXX to get copies of the receipts for the XXXX transactions that Sezzle shows sent to me and they have not produced copies of the receipts for the transactions that Sezzle shows. I have XXXX orders that were placed prior to XX/XX/XXXX that my financial institution has been informed to cancel the chargeback that they inadvertently processed for those orders. Please note this company refuses to provide any information on my fraud case that I initiated on XX/XX/XXXX. There are XXXX transactions for {$100.00} total, XXXX transaction for {$100.00}, and XXXX transaction for {$200.00} dollars all of the orders were placed within a XXXX minute span of time as far as I can tell with the confirmation emails sent by Sezzle for each transaction. This company XXXX also use the term friendly fraud which is not the case here My phone is always in my possession and no one except me and Sezzle staff have my virtual card number. It should also be noted I have not left the state of California in the past 90 days. I suspect that my case is easy to solve once Sezzle or XXXX produce receipts or the location of where the orders were placed.

So as a XXXX I try supporting XXXX owned businesses such as XXXX I made a purchase at XXXX XXXXn XXXX and then started making payments on it and was finally able to make the last payment in XXXX of XXXX. I know this is not what XXXX is for. It making a purchasing and paying ir off in 4 payments every 2 weeks. I suffered a motor vehicle accident and also while I was being treated for a motor vehicle accident I suffered a XXXX XXXX making me forget the payments on the XXXX count and after tying up loose ends and getting back to work and getting back on my feet I was reviewing my credit report and XXXX is saying that Im having a charged off balance with {$270.00} and hes unable to allow me to make purchases even though I have a purchase limit of {$350.00}. I know that XXXX makes the decision to approve or decline a purchase at the time the purchase is made but because I have a incorrect charged off balance of {$270.00} I believe The computer system automatically declines any transaction regardless of the amount or the transaction total because all of the transactions I have tried Ive been under my limit of {$350.00} and also have a credit card on file that is valid and a checking account that is valid with a positive balance and a credit card that has a available balance of at least {$200.00} so I know that I can make the down payment and continue the payments every XXXXo weeks when it is due because I made the first three payments on time but now XXXX is reporting a incorrect balance to the three credit reporting agencies and late payments which is a violation of the fair credit reporting act and is subject to civil litigation. I tried contacting XXXX XXXX after receiving a letter in the mail in an attempt to collect a debt in which I sent an email as one of the methods indicated for the dispute in regards to dealing with a third-party app named Sezzle not working on my behalf to deal with a fraudulent merchant that they sponsored on their website. The email was sent on XX/XX/XXXX, and they have yet to respond to my dispute nor acknowledge that they received my dispute. A week following I sent a follow-up email which they also have not responded to. The amount requested is {$760.00} which I deny and do not accept as a charge being that the merchant whom I purchased from was not as described and was not up to the company 's promise or standards. A quick background on the debt : I made a purchase in XXXX of XXXX and have dealt with negligence from the merchant from the very beginning. I have called and been strung along, emailed over and over, and even contacted Sezzle, the third-party payment app to contact the merchant as well. Sezzle denied after several attempts to handle the situation or contact the merchant after getting no response from them either. Sezzle began to get very upset with me for contacting my original payment card used to dispute the charge due to fraud and mislabeling from the merchant on top of negligence and stopped offering to help me. After months of requesting a refund and offering to return the item for my funds to be returned, the company changed their refund policy online and I was not able to retrieve my funds due to this being a new term they added after my purchase and after my complaints. XXXX also has deleted my warnings and reviews from their online websites and social media accounts and only keeps positive reviews. To Whom this may concern, In XX/XX/2023 I made a purchase with a merchant using Sezzle. Once I received my order, I noticed that I was missing merchandise. I reached out to the merchant and did not get a response. After some time had passed I reached out to XXXX and let them know what was going on. The representative at the time was very rude and unhelpful and told me it was nothing they could do and that I needed to reach out to the merchant. After going back and forth with not getting responses and help from the merchant and Sezzel, I contacted my bank. It was only when my bank got involved and did a chargeback for the missing merchandise, a total of {$130.00}, that Sezzel decided to assist me with the dispute and contact the merchant on my behalf, to get an update on said purchase. The merchant finally got in touch with me and sent me my merchandise. Once I received my products, I contacted the bank to cancel the chargeback. They explained that canceling the dispute process could take several weeks. While I am waiting on the bank to reimburse Sezzel, I paid the balance that the bank charged back so that I can continue using services with Sezzel and that they can reimburse me later. I had been using my account and paying off on time with no problem since then. After logging in to my account to use Sezzel over the weekend, I found out that in retaliation for my filing a dispute with the bank, they closed and suspend my account. I can not get an agent on the phone or via email to provide a valid explanation, instead, I keep getting an email that states " Based on your previous performance with us we can not extend you service. '' What performance?! The last I checked, Sezzel has been paid on time! Had the representative assisted me in the beginning, instead of being dismissive, I would not have had to contact my financial institution for resolution! Sezzle is a company that has an app that lets you make charges and pay them back in four payments. Each one is spread out by two weeks. You can post pone them as well for a few. Sezzle has been great for a year or so. Suddenly they show up on my credit report as if they gave me a one time loan of {$2000.00} and I have been making XXXX XXXX monthly payments to them for it. This is not accurate at all and is not how they operate. No other pay in four company ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, etc ) shows up like this either. There is not a set amount they gave me at once and no one time monthly payments I make back to them. For example if you buy something for {$20.00}, you pay {$5.00} up front and pay them back {$5.00} in three payments over six weeks, theres no set in stone lump sum as they have reported to the credit bureau. I had multiple payments set up but not for this amount. My issue is on top of this, out of nowhere they reported I missed one of these imaginary payments that dont exist and ruined my credit. I immediately repaid everything I owed them and closed my account. This was over two months ago now. I reached out to Sezzle and got an email apologizing and saying it can take three weeks to update on my credit report and it would be ok. Now like another slap to the face they have reported a second late repayment for these nonexistent amounts, after I paid them back, and cant sign in to prove it Im stuck now and really need help, since apparently they can continuously do this to me each month and I cant defend myself. I have attached some receipts to show examples of how they are paid back, as you can see there is no once a month {$200.00} payment I owe to them as reported on my report by them. I made numerous purchases using SEZZLE.COM, a buy now pay in four company. I have used them for over 18 months. I purchase items through them and then they charge my credit/debit card or checking account every two weeks until the item is paid for. In XX/XX/XXXX I became unable to pay my credit cards and Sezzle due to unforeseen circumstances. I notified them to stop billing my credit/debit cards and my checking account. They were notified in writing on : VIA EMAIL : XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX VIA XXXX : XX/XX/XXXX I will be glad to forward you a copy of each of these contacts. I have received 3 actual responses with one relevant, the one that says I am out of luck. With each of these notifications I asked for a complete invoice for everything I owed to be mailed or emailed to me. I also said as soon as I was straightened out I would contact them. They have either refused to acknowledge my communications, answered them with non relevant information, or basically say sorry we will do what we want. Since asking them over 4-5 times to stop trying to charge my cards/checking info they have attempted to bill these methods from 10 - 45 times per day. Two cards were canceled due to excessive declines, one sends me an email with each decline, and the other just locked my card. I am attaching a couple of the emails and will gladly forward more if you wish. These decline emails indicate decline because card not activated because the company canceled my card and issued a new one because of Sezzles activity. The new card can not be activated until Sezzle stops their attempts. I have also attached a screenshot of my inbox so you can see how Sezzle is Robo-Billing the cards after being told not to.

I have disputed with consumer reporting agencies back in XX/XX/2022 and sezzle verified this debt as accurate, despite proof. They continue to report a balance of {$150.00} when this has been paid of. I have written to sezzle with no resolution. Sezzle has continued to blatantly disregard FCRA Laws by reporting inaccurate information even though they are aware and were given proof. I had a pay as you go Sezzle account, its just like XXXX No different. They are now somehow reporting on my XXXX credit report. I did NOT agree to have a pay as you go company report to my credit. They do not check your credit upon sign up, XXXX doesnt. They do not charge you interest. Nothing about them is like having a credit card etc. I have never ever given them my banking info, they say if you sign up for Sezzle up it requires a bank account? I do not have any bank account within my Sezzle. I do not and will not have a pay as you go pay in 4 type of situation on my credit report or credit monitoring. This is UNFAIR. XXXX does not report to the credit bureaus, it would be ridiculous if they did. They arent giving me a line of credit Im buying this stuff with my OWN money. There is NO interest and a payment is made every 2 weeks. Regardless. Sezzle Inc refuses to acknowledge and follow its own published dispute policies. I have had 2 recent issues with merchants where they clearly violated the merchant guidelines published on Sezzles website resulting in a case that clearly qualified for a dispute. In both instances, the company completely refused to even open a dispute and investigate the now fraudulent charges. The first instance was a merchant named XXXX XXXX. This merchant shipped the package to the wrong address and admitted it via email, but refused a refund. Screenshots of all conversations with the merchant, including their admission were submitted to Sezzle and they refused to investigate the dispute. Most recently, I used Sezzle to make a {$730.00} purchase from one of their merchants XXXX, and paid for expedited delivery with an advertised delivery date of XX/XX/2021. As of XX/XX/2021 this purchase still has not been shipped by the merchant, a clear violation of the published Merchant policies on Sezzle.com, and a situation that is specifically pointed to in their customer dispute policy. I purchased a XXXX costume from the merchant XXXX which totalled {$72.00} on XX/XX/23. To pay for the item, I used a third party Buy Now/Pay Later company called Sezzle. Sezzle issued me a XXXX card to pay for the item and I would pay Sezzle back in XXXX bi-weekly payments until the total is paid off. Unfortunately after receiving the item, I had to return it to the merchant. XXXX refunded me only {$53.00} because they charged me {$18.00} for a restocking fee which I don't have a problem with. The refund went back to Sezzle and they in turn would send me the refund. I made 3 payments to Sezzle totaling {$54.00} at the time the refund was issued to them. Sezzle refunded me {$35.00} and keeping {$18.00} which was the last and final payment I would have paid them had I not returned the item. I have been communicating with Sezzle by email requesting my full refund, but they refused to give me the remainder of my refund which is {$18.00}. Instead of them cancelling the last payment, they are charging me because they want to be compensated for the restocking that the merchant charged me. I feel I shouldn't pay for an item that has been returned and I would be paying the restocking fee twice. I've dealt with other 3rd party companies before in which I've returned items and gotten a full refund. Please help me get the rest of my money. Sezzle has probably done this kind of business to other customers and that's wrong.

So I purchased items on walmart.com using a third-party credit card also known as a buy here pay later card with a company called Sezzle. ultimately I did not end up picking up these items from XXXX because there was an issue at the store where there were no employees available to provide me with my items so I contacted XXXX and they issued me a full refund. When they issued the refund it went back to the Sezzle card that was originally used and Sezzle has been now contacted multiple times by me and XXXX also stated that they will email Sezzle as well confirming the refund was completed back in XXXX. Sezzle not only does not pick up their phone during normal business hours but after I have actually spoken to them via phone and through email, they still continue to not remove the transaction from the account and they also are attending to charge numerous accounts of mine such as credit cards, debit cards, @ bank accounts for a transaction where I never received items and they were already refunded. I contacted Sezzle numerous times via phone and email but there is absolutely no resolution and this company still continues to charge my account when I never purchased anything in the end. They are now knowingly being deceptive and fraudulent in my opinion. I ask them to not charge any of my credit cards, debit cards, or bank accounts again. There is no option on their app to remove my previous used payment methods.

I made a purchase using Sezzle. The item was never received. I reached out to sezzle to try and get some assistance and they were absolutely no assistance. They opened up a dispute and quickly closed it saying it was shipped. I then opened a dispute with the credit card that I used on sezzle. Between them reaching out to the company and me as well we were finally able to get the charge credited in full. I owed nothing to sezzle and the complete charge was credited back. While the credit card company does their research they do a charge back to sezzle and advise it is under dispute because they did this sezzle is stating i was late on my payment. I was not! I never receievd the item, the company i ordered from even credited the item in full after their investigation as well and sezzle was aware of the issue this entire time. I have attempted several times to get the late payment off my credit report and I originally was told this would be taken care of. 3 months later it is not. I reached out again after several ignored responses on their said and now they are advising they " can't go back and fix something already reported '' I don't have missing payment on my credit report. I am in the process of buying a house and this is effecting it and I have everything to prove this item was credited in full and it was never received and sezzle was aware from day one. please help!

XXXX, I contacted Sezzle to open a dispute about items I never received from from a Company called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The item had been in flux for months and was ordered in XXXX of XXXX. At this point I reached out to the business to tell them to cancel the order. On XX/XX/XXXX, the company sent the items I asked them to cancel and Sezzle responded that the dispute was closed because they provided tracking information. Once the item was received I took it back to the post office to refuse the shipment, sending it back to the business. I provided Sezzle this screenshot at the time showing item was in transit back to the business via their portal. I also provided them email communications that I had at the time showing I had reached out. Sezzle never responded to this evidence and on XX/XX/XXXX, still showed that I owed a debt. I reached out again asking them to take a look into this and they asked me to re-provide evidence. The tracking link is no longer affiliated with that shipment as it is in reuse and the I don't have that email thread that I can locate. I had used a company named Sezzle for purchases and made payments back to this company then I get notification from XXXX XXXX I had a late payment to sezzle I filed a dispute with XXXX. I purchased a non-expiring electronic gift card foe XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX store ftom the Sezzle marketplace in XX/XX/XXXX. I have not been able to use it and could not remember using it at all. I was told by Sezzle reps, including a supervisor that the final balance of {$85.00} was used at XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. This is not possible as when I contacted XXXX in store they could not find the gift card active in their system. The link Sezzle provided me could not locate the card either. The card is not, and never has been active in their system. No one will provide the evidence that all {$290.00} was used on the card or provide me with contact information to file a fraud claim. Several months ago, I made multiple attempts to work out an arrangement so that I could keep my account in good standing. I either did not receive responses, or the email responses had XXXX to do with my request. I then began receiving emails stating to catch up on my payments in order to keep my account in good standing, AFTER I noticed that my account was showing as CHARGED OFF with the credit bureaus! I have spoken to this company several times since XX/XX/2021, Sezzle. They have been reporting the same information to my credit report for the last 3 months stating I owe {$430.00}. When I dispute this information through the 3 credit bureaus they report back stating my information as accurate when I show proof that I owe no such thing. When I reached out the Sezzle they have gave me the run around stating they have escalated this problem to the credit bureau team and it will get fixed that has not happened since XX/XX/2021. I have an issue with Sezzle Inc . They have fraudulently reported that my account with them was delinquent twice! On XX/XX/XXXX, I checked my account to see that the system noted the payment still registered as being owed, even though it clearly states a payment had been processed. I attempted to contact Sezzle by phone and through their help tab within the app to no avail. I never received a call back, nor a reply to my help ticket on their app. They reported falsely that my account was delinquent on XX/XX/XXXX. Sezzle reported 30days late on my XXXX credit report. I paid this debt off months ago and they are showing {$710.00} I have called the company and it directs me to email them. Hello. I have an account with the buy now pay later service Sezzle.com. I have used it several times with shopping at the store XXXX, and had no problems. One day I decided to try it out with XXXX, and was informed that I needed to subscribe to Sezzle Premium in order to shop at XXXX. Sezzle Premium is an optional add on that costs {$10.00} per month. I had a chat with a Sezzle representative on XX/XX/22. In the chat the representative reported that I paid my final amount owed on XX/XX/22 in the amount of {$100.00}. However, when I filed a dispute with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, they did not update the balance. It is still reflecting on my credit that I owe {$820.00} and my credit usage is 127 % which is negatively reflecting on my credit driving my score down. I have filed two disputes. I have reached out to Sezzle twice about the wrong balance reported on my account. The first time I called about the issue I was told my issue was escalated to a supervisor & would be called back. That never happened. I ended up calling again and was told they were late updating everyones credit report for the month of XXXX. I took a look into my XXXX report today & today is XX/XX/XXXX not update of my current limit, wrong limit shown and balance. Sezzle has continually hurt my credit score since Ive been using them my credit has continuously dropped due to credit utilization being too high when I have paid this account off and have a higher credit limit. A chargeback with my credit card was resolved in my favor for merchandise not received. The payments were made through sezzle who is trying to show the payments as overdue ( late ) payments rather than disputed and refunded. They are trying to say I owe this amount back when I was successfully credited back through my credit card for merchandise not received. The order took place in XX/XX/XXXX with merchandise that was supposed to be received in XXXX of XXXX chargebacks were filed in XXXX of XXXX. They said they didn't have information from my bank showing it was closed in my favor and asked to provide that. I reached out to the company several times via chat and email to move my last XXXX payments to another date due to a financial crisis, emergency. I was able to move the XXXX payment initially but it was moved to the same exact date XX/XX/2023 so I would be billed twice on the same date defeating the purpose of me moving the payment. Sezzle has caused my credit score to drop due to incorrectly reporting that I still have a balance of {$150.00} to pay off with them, when in fact it was paid in full. They also incorrectly reported that I originally had an available credit limit with them of {$970.00}, which I never did.
