Received a loan in the mail from SET FINANCIAL. The loan was for {$750.00} and was to be paid back in XXXX installment payments at {$160.00}. Deposited the check on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent money order in the amount ( # XXXX ) {$160.00}. I DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THIS COMPANY. So, I then on XX/XX/XXXX I sent XXXX more money orders ( # XXXX ) {$300.00} and ( # XXXX ) {$280.00} which equal the total amount of the loan. I repaid the in full within XXXX days of receiving it. Because I never delt with this company and did not feel comfortable with them. In XX/XX/XXXX I received a call from SET FINANCIAL asking when I was going to make a payment. I told them that I had repaid them there money. They told me that they charged me late fees and if didn't pay they would put it on my credit report as bad credit. The amount of the fees have been changing from {$220.00} to {$160.00} now on my credit report. THAT'S WHAT THEY DID EVEN THOUGH THEY GOT ALL THEIR MONEY BACK! SET FINANCIAL sent it to a collection agency XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX collection agency told me they waiting to hear from their client. SET FINANCIAL WAS OUT TO RUIN MY CREDIT! It has HURT my credit!

I moved into my current residence XX/XX/XXXX. The prior resident XXXX XXXX XXXX was evicted from the residence due to non payment of rent. She had an installment loan with SET Financial I have had representatives of SET financial show up at my residence numerous times at night XXXX trying to contact XXXX XXXX. Yesterday on XX/XX/XXXX I came home to find a constables business card left on my front door stating a case was filed. After contacting the constable I discovered the claim was not against me but XXXX XXXX for SET Financial. I informed SET Financial today XX/XX/XXXX that if they do not cease all harassment against me trying to find XXXX XXXX that I will take legal action against SET. I do not know XXXX XXXX.

I noticed this account on my credit report. I have written this company numerous times and they have never responded by mail, email or phone, ever. It says it was sold to XXXX XXXX XXXX. They have never contacted me, either. I tried to login to their website and it says that my information doesn't match their records. This is an unknown account being reported to my credit reports makes it identity theft. It says that I have made some payments, which is not true. I have never made a payment on this account. Which makes this account, inaccurate and unverifiable, which is grounds for deletion.

Submitted a dispute for an inaccurate late payment that is reflecting on an installment account for the month of XX/XX/2022. The investigation resulted in a verified reporting. Thus, is incorrect as I submitted proof of payment as well as communication from the furnisher that the payment was made on time and in full and should be reported as such and not over 30 days late.
