Dealing with covid XXXX I was greatful enough to be put in a forbearance after being furloughed. However since that its been chaos being able to get this resolved. I have been lied to, blamed, discriminated embedded in bluntly miss represented. This company Servbank has taken over my loan they have been falsifying and giving me incorrect information and forcing my home into a suspended foreclosure. I have submitted several complaints against not only the custom allies, but the representatives that I have speak into the supervisors they are very knowledgeable, but very inconsiderate as well. I have been dealing with getting a standalone partial claim for the past XXXX months. This matter has taken so long that it has put me in deep, XXXX and XXXX on losing my home. Today I decided to submit a actual complaint with the consumer financial protection bureau, because this matter is so important to me, and I dont wan na lose my home. I hope I can get this problem. Rectified from the false forbearance l that they have informed me that I was on and the false news that they informed me. Yesterday the Customer ally name XXXX was extremely rude and very inconsiderate. Stating that it is my fault that I am in the status that I am in and trying to force me to make a payment. However, my account is in suspended for closure, and I am not allowed to make any payments. This is the third customer ally that I have received and I have no hope for this company and pray that I get my home out of this suspended foreclosure to refinance. And I am hoping to get this matter resolved as soon as possible but if anyone could help please do.

Company purchased alleged debt that they assumed was mine and in fact doesnt belong to me. In fact Debt belongs to the United States according to 18 USC 8 as defined The term obligation or other security of the United States includes all bonds, certificates of INDEBTEDNESS, national bank currency , Federal Reserve notes, Federal Reserve bank notes, coupons, United States notes, Treasury notes, gold certificates, silver certificates, fractional notes, certificates of deposit, BILLS, checks, or drafts for money, drawn by or upon authorized officers of the United States, stamps and other representatives of value, of whatever denomination, issued under any Act of Congress, and canceled United States stamps. Alleged debt company is illegally furnishing is considered bills or certificate of indebtedness as stated above so its factually impossible for alleged debt to be mine when the UNITED STATES says its their obligation, not a consumers. Company also violated my privacy rights by furnishing personal information without my written consent as my consent is required by law for any person to furnish information regarding me as stated in USC 1692 ( c ) Communication in connection with debt collection- ( a ) ComMUNICATION WITH THE CONSUMER GENERALLY Without the prior CONSENT of the consumer given directly to the debt collector or the express permission of a court of competent jurisdiction, a debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt- I never gave company consent for such illegal activity.

To whom it may concern on Friday XX/XX/XXXX I picked up a check from a company that I do XXXX work. It was for XXXX dollars. I went to servifirst bank to cash the check and pay my XXXX as I have done every Friday for almost 2 years. I was not on the jobsite for the week of the XX/XX/XXXX through the XXXX due to being at home XXXX with XXXX. On Friday XX/XX/XXXX when it was time for me to pick up my payroll check to pay my subs from the company I have been doing work for, I was informed that they received a call form XXXX at that back and I had left with an extra XXXX dollars and that if I did not go into the bank and pay the XXXX back that day that I would be arrested and that other bank employees would lose their jobs. The called the company that I worked for and told them that I had knowingly left with the money. I counted my money twice and even though the teller had given me an extra XXXX you clearly see me push the money back over to him and tell him there was too much money. I left the bank with the exact amount of the check that had been written to me by peridiso minus the XXXX dollar check cashing fee. When I went into the bank on the XXXX they told me that I could only see partial footage and for anything more I would need a suponea but they let the companys owner I sub for be present. I along with XXXX of my employees are now out of a job due to this. Please tell me how I can get this resolved and get my money back.

On XX/XX/2023 my loan statement showed an amount due of {$430.00}. The amount due was equal to the interest - i.e., no amount was going toward principal. I made a payment of {$500.00} so that some of the principal would be paid off. This month ( today ), I received a new billl and the payment is now {$520.00} - again, this is only the interest on the loan - no principal is being paid down. I had previously called the bank ( XXXX in XXXXXXXX XXXX ) to inquire about my payment and they could not tell me the amount that was due each month. This is not an adjustable rate loan. I have been making rgular payments on this loan for years and the principal has been reduced by less than {$5000.00} versus the original loan amount. Since the payments increase every time I pay an additional amount and the change is reflected as interest only in the amount due, the way this is set up is such that the loan will never be able to be paid off and no matter what extra I pay, they keep raising the payment the next month and making the amount due only the interest on the loan. Something seems seriously wrong with this. As it stands, it's impossible to make automated payments on this account and have the payments applled toward the principal.

On Tuesday evening, XX/XX/2021 tried using my debit card to make a {$8.00} purchase at XXXX ... my debit card ( Serv 1st Bank ) was declined ( balance was {$410.00}, had gone to the bank earlier in the day ), tried several times. Last week the same problem tried to make a purchase on line, ( balance was over {$400.00} ), called the bank, spoke with Ms.XXXX, state that a previous online order ( on XX/XX/2021 ) made to XXXX in Arkansas was in question, but they let the order go thru, then decline my card for further use. Which did not make sense, if your questioning the purchase, don't allow the purchase to go thru. I made the purchase to XXXX on XX/XX/2021. 4 to 6 weeks ago the same thing happen again, tried making an online purchase, my card was declined. I called the bank spoke with XXXX or XXXX, he state that the bank controls my money, I then drove to the Bank, spoke with Ms. XXXX, she that the bank does not control my money, if there is a question then they contact me. I have never had a problem with my card until 3mos ago. I think it is racially motivated, by bias persons working at this branch and condone by the CEO of this bank. Please investigate Servis 1st Bank on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, AL XXXX.

According to the FDCPA, I am a consumer as defined under 15 USC 1692a ( 3 ) The term " consumer '' means any natural person obligated or allegedly obligated to pay any debt. Im allegedly obligated, not obligated. You can be either and since the law states The United States is obligated to pay debt, not a consumer according to uniform code 18 usc 8 company is being intentionally negligent by furnishing such information to my consumer report! Company is reporting inaccurate information.

Company is in violation of USC 15 1681 ( a ) ( 2 ) ( i ) which states that a consumer credit report doesnt include information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report.
