We are sick and tired of getting phone calls when we have scheduled our car payments online within the grace period and we have never been 30days late, NEVER. We are new to Servicing Solutions and the car collections representatives fail to check the system before they harass you into making a car payment. I have asked for XXXX after XXXX after XXXX to stop the phone calls, when there is a payment already scheduled for our car loans and yet the phone calls continue. My car payment was scheduled on XX/XX/2023 for the draft date of XX/XX/2023, I received telephone collection calls on XX/XX/2023, XX/XX/2023 and XX/XX/2023... THIS IS HARASSMENT SIMPLY BECAUSE Servicing Solutions representatives fail to read or review the appropriate system screen, IF THEY CALL ME AGAIN I AM GOING TO SEEK LEGAL ACTION... ********* just got another phone call again XX/XX/2023 at XXXX another collection call. This rep stated she failed to read the system.. THIS IS RIDICULOUS
