The debt is not mine, but under my sister who has same first name and last name but different middle name and different birthday from me.
The debt collector reported the debt under my XXXX account.
Multiple phone calls to provide correct information, and the debt collector confirmed that the debt is not mine. In addition the debt was paid by my sister. However, it still kept the debt under my account. I filed 2 dispute through XXXX and the company both times respond to keep the same record on my account.

RE : Service Bureau Inc.
XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX They refused and failed to Acknowledge if they are bonded TX SOS.
They state the FDCPA does not require them to provide an original, certified or attested " copy '' of the document creating the debt, copy of document authorizing them to collect debt, or copy of surety bond. They refused to provide requested documentation as requested in a Texas Debt Validation letter.

XXXX shows Service Bureau Inc with a " potentially negative '' note of a {$10.00} paid medical bill going to collections. This is in error. If I would have known about this {$10.00} charge sooner, I assure you it would have been paid immediately. I was never notified
