In XXXX of XXXX Sente/XXXX mortgage company sent insurance payment of XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX with a bulk check for all payments to XXXX. This check did not have our insurance account number on it, therefore XXXX sent a wire transfer back to Sente mortgage of the above amount by wire transfer XXXX which was then cashed on XX/XX/XXXX. This was never identified as an issue by myself or husband until our XXXX insurance payment increased in XXXX of XXXX. Once we identified that this was not a one time insurance increase we called XXXX and identified that the above was a problem. Over the last months phone calls to both companies to inquire about the missing payment were made. 3 way phone calls occurred and investigation into the missing payment has been ongoing. Within the last month the trace number from XXXX to Sente mortgage was identified and inquire is still ongoing currently. Sente mortgage has felt mostly obstructive, with only a few helpful agents trying to resolve this situation. I am not sure if it is a company policy for Sente mortgage, but there has never been a promise to have someone call and contact us to follow up, it is always call back in 5 business days and then I am left hoping that someone helpful answers. This has become increasingly frustrating and feels like a stonewalling to get us to give up recouping our funds.

Sente Mortgage provided a notice of required flood insurance to a newly assed flood zoned property. The letter was not mailed out in a timely fashion and I received it on XXXX XXXX On that date I called my insurer and added flood coverage, which had a required wait period before its start date. My policy start date was XXXX XXXX Sente purchased and then charged me for an insurance policy for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I feel that this is a predatory practice, Sente provides a late notice then purchases a policy to cover the gap, knowing that even if a consumer acts in a timely fashion, the consumer can not possibly be insured within the specified time frame. All notices and mailings from Sente arrive approximately 12 days after being generated. Additionally, since the mailing occurred during the holiday season, it was even further delayed. I have brought this to the attention of Sente representatives, but they state that there is nothing that they are willing to do to remedy the situation. I am requesting a refund of the policy to be placed back in escrow and that Sente account for the delay in the time correspondence is generated to when it is received by a consumer. If a more detailed accounting if these circumstances is needed, please let me know as I have time, dates, and the names of the representatives that I have spoken with

My loan began XXXX XX/XX/2020. I was forced to provide an escrow for home owners insurance as well as property tax. I provided the lender in XXXX with documentation from the county indicating that as a XXXX veteran I pay XXXX property tax. I am exempt from property tax. The loan servicer has acknowledged that they have received the documentation, they recognize that I do not pay nor owe any property tax, and that I am due a refund of property tax taken into escrow in the past. Four months later I have not received the funds that were erroneously charged and I am still assessed for property tax within the escrow account by my loan provider every month. I have contacted my loan provider on four separate occasions concerning this issue and each time I am told the same thing : " I see you do not pay property tax, I am processing your account for the refund, I am updating your loan so you are not forced to pay this tax every month ''
