I purchased a vehicle with Sensible Auto as the finance company. I was given an online account for which I view my account, billing statements, etc. My payments were to be bi-weekly and after 2 billing cycles eligible for monthly payments ( which I was ok with ). I made 2 payments XX/XX/2022 and XX/XX/2022. After making those payments the system reflected I did not have another payment due until XX/XX/2022. The section where future payments due was missing from my account and the only section visible or accessible was the receipts, Home Screen which includes a link for payments and due dates. I was delighted as I thought maybe in putting the deal together there was a break in payment or what have you. I receive a call from a representative on Monday XX/XX/2022 asking about a missed payment. I verified my account and went on to explain to the gentlemen the account stated I didnt have another payment due until XX/XX/2022 which he agreed was correct. I then asked why he is questioning a missed payment when there was none due according to the account and he said he agreed with what the account is showing but I owed the payment. I asked him if he could show me within my account I missed a payment I would be willing to listen but as he stated before he couldnt so it went back and forth like this for a minute or two and we parted ways. Today XX/XX/2022 I receive a call from Sensible Auto and pressed 1 for a representative and was sent to voicemail. I called back 15 minutes later and was connected to a representative who verified all of my information. We again went over the SAME EXACT information and again went back and forth. No explanation as to why my account had no future payments as it did in the past and why the payment date still reflects XX/XX/2022. After a heated exchange or two he could not give me a definitive answer ( he gave me four or five different excuses for why it COULD BE ) but not explaining why I should pay {$210.00} that my account doesnt reflect me owing! He then kept asking me to email me documentation. Which I have NEVER received a bill via email nor a request to speak with them via email. I asked why this documentation wasnt made available to me prior to today or at the very LEAST Monday when I was first contacted by another representative. Again no response. I declined to accept the email and have not opened the email sent by Sensible Auto.

On or about XX/XX/XXXX I called Sensible Auto to inform them that my job has shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic. My car payment was due at the end of that week. I was told that I should try to make the payment. I explained to the CSR that I couldnt make the payment because nothing was open in my city. The next day I received a call from Sensible Auto about my payment, I explained the same thing, my city is shut down, I cant make the payment right now, this CSR tried to imply that I was fired from my job, my job was secure, my job was shut down due to the COVID pandemic. For 2 weeks I went back and forth with Sensible Auto about my payment. I was told by another CSR that I should have been saving money for emergencies like this. Another CSR told me that if I surrender the vehicle my credit would be shot and I wouldnt be able to get anything in my name for next 7 years. I told them I was NOT holding the vehicle hostage and it is sitting in front of my house, if they wanted it, they could come and get it, after 2 weeks of bickering back and forth I had, had enough. I was informed on XX/XX/XXXX by another CSR that they would be coming to get the vehicle because they could not wait any longer for payment and that it would take approximately 7-11 days before they could come and get it, because my city is shut down ... .like I informed them 2 weeks prior and everyday up to this point. The next morning at XXXX XXXX., I went to gather my belongings from the vehicle and it was gone already. I tried numerous times to get a hold of someone at Sensible Auto, to find out where the vehicle was taken so that I could retrieve my belongings, and I didnt receive any responses. My mothers ashes were in my vehicle along with other items that I needed. No one ever returned my messages, but they were sure to mail out a deficiency letter. Had Sensible Auto waited a couple of more weeks I could have made the payment with the stimulus check that I received. I dont feel like I should have had my vehicle taken during a pandemic, and I dont feel as though this should be on my credit report, as I had no control of the COVID pandemic, or my job shutting down.

On Wednesday XX/XX/XXXX I had went to XXXX in XXXX MD to inquire about a vehicle that was online and had been sold. This is my first time doing anything with credit so I wanted it to be a great deal on both ends which I had explained to sales man XXXX and he guaranteed I would have a great car to start off with. Come to find out I was sold a lemon because within the first two days I was hearing bad noises, had missing lug nuts and wasnt sold what I was promised. Not to mention I was taken advantage of been as though I was told we where checking the range of cars depending on price and I made it clear I was not there to purchase but look and needed to know what I could afford and ended up finding out through credit karma that a hard inquiry was ran. Then I was told to say false info by sales person XXXX such as to finance company that I had test drove a car I didnt even see. At that point I asked to trade in car by Sat XX/XX/XXXX when the engine light came on but XXXX told me hed be able to do it Monday but the car wouldnt start Monday. Due to key battery or car so I was then told that I didnt have all the necessary insurances GAP when it was time to trade in car which definitely rubbed me the wrong way because when I asked questions I was ensured everything would be ok but not guaranteed like they tried to give me the run around and been as though there was no regard for my life which I expressed. I was then given a refund and told that whether trading in or refunding they would be able to remove hard inquiries which I had no idea about until it was done. I found out that was false after multiple times of trying to notify authorized parties such as insurance etc that they couldnt do anything and that I could possibly have hard inquiries that could possibly affect me short term and long term because of this bad deal I was trying to avoid since I was able to have credit just to start and build my credit and life. A XXXX XXXX XXXX, VIN # XXXX, was repossessed on XX/XX/XXXX. Sensible Auto LLC claims to have sent A Notice of Repossession and Right to Redeem or Reinstate to myself in the timely manner the state requires. Sensible auto claimed to have sent the document on XX/XX/XXXX, in the state of Connecticut the lending company must send the letter out to the borrower within 3 days. If this is not done within the said timeframe the lien holder forfeits the right to any repossession & storage fees. They also have to make the borrower whole if the error caused any damages. Not only did Sensible Auto LLC attempt to obtain fees that they were not entitled to, they refused my pleading to pay the actual past due balance and held my vehicle ransom because I refused to give them money that I did not owe. Sensible Auto also denied me the opportunity given to bid on my vehicle because they did not notify me of the sale until after the property had been sold. I would like to believe that the error was not intentional, unfortunately after further investigation of the evidence, Sensible Auto LLC is willing to do things to prey on the weak and struggling. I have made a complaint to my state Attorney General and with my states Department of Banking. I felt lost confused and helpless during the process and in the end felt that the injustice was filed away, referral numbers where given but nothing had actually been done. Im hoping that this will be last and final attempt in my pursuit for justice. Past due amount {$510.00} Fees : {$230.00} ( Plus Additional Fees to pay to the company that repossessed the vehicle along with there storage fees wich are TBD ) I believe this is a tactic used that violates the consumers rights to prevent the borrower from redeeming the vehicle as the law allows.

I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX through sensible auto lending and was paying weekly until the last payment. I was not notified that the last payment cant be processed by the card they had on file they require a different form for the last payment. In XX/XX/XXXX I was denied a loan for a car stating that I had defaulted on my loan and the car was repossed. The car was actually totaled in XXXX and I continued paying. When I reached out to the company they kept giving me excuses of why they couldnt allow me to speak to a supervisor. After over a year of no one calling me back or sending me a copy of this last bill I disputed the false claims of the payments being late and that it was not repossed and also now that instead of providing me the information I requested to pay of the debt they told me to continue disputing it with XXXX and wait until it falls off my credit report. They refused to put the person that confirmed the information has been correct on the phone and when a customer service representative finally got on the phone after 3 hours today she after 7 attempts put a supervisor on the phone that disputed the information I was providing. I have been trying to resolve this since XXXX of XXXX and at every attempt I was refused the corporate office number or to speak to the person confirming the accuracy of the information on XXXX. You would think after over a year or calling I wouldnt be spoken to as if I was bothering the supervisor when Ive waited over a year to speak to one.

XX/XX/XXXX amount {$120.00} and XX/XX/XXXX amount {$110.00} and XX/XX/XXXX amount {$110.00} These are the dates that I made payments to my already paid up account the next due date should have been on the XX/XX/XXXX, but instead one representative stated that the payment that was applied on XX/XX/XXXX was applied to principal on my account, then the next supervisor XXXX stated my payment was applied to the interest on my account. In a previous conversation last year when i had paid may account months early they stated that I had to call in to make principal payments. Since XX/XX/XXXX I have been making payments early and have been paid up for months, and interest payments have been taken out all payments. So these people are literally scamming me out of my money because the early payments are not bringing my account balance down and by now I should at least be a {$10000.00} if not {$9000.00}. I want to know where my money is going an being applied or is someone scamming me out of all the money I've put in this car? Also they have no one in this company that are natural born citizens, also they don't have corporate numbers or emails listed to contact anyone in a upper management status.

I Took out a Loan for a XXXX XXXX XXXX car with almost XXXX on it. The car is not in the best shape and is dying due to old age, I refill it with coolant 2x or more a day along with the AWD system not working and disabling. I pay just shy of XXXX XXXX monthly. When I am done paying for this Loan I will have paid Sensible Auto {$37000.00} on a car that is going to die on me by this coming winter. I am unable to trade it in to get something because of the outrageous balance. The payments are too much to maintain along with trying to fix the issues to keep it running. I am buried in debt and can not afford to have my car repossessed again my credit will never recover and i will never be able to get another car loan. i need to work. I want out of this loan and my down payment back along with this off my credit. Sensible Auto is a shady and predatory company that prays on he less fortunate. I Live in constant fear of my car being taken and the harassing phone calls all day asking for more money. The Balance on the Loan is {$16000.00} and the NADA worth of the car is around {$5000.00} I need out of this car before it dies and I will still owe money on it.

On XX/XX/XXXX I made an online payment of {$130.00} for my car loan it was meant as an extra payment as my payment is not due till XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$63.00} and is set on automatic payments. When the payment was made it changed my next payment being due on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$63.00}, when I called to make an additional principle payment to my loan since the payment I made on the 5th did not go to principle and you can only call to make principle payments, I was told I have a balance of {$52.00} that would need to be payed before I could make any principle payments. They state their system will not allow for a principle payment due to the balance of {$52.00} showing on the account. My account isn't past due and I don't have a payment due till XX/XX/XXXX, so I do not understand why I'm unable to make a principle payment. I feel that are trying to get all the interest on the loan as they can and make it very difficult or nearly impossible to make a principle payment on my loan which is not fair practice to follow. I have never missed a payment and I'm just trying to pay my loan off early and save money.

When my divorce was final on XX/XX/2021, the judge ordered that the auto loan was NOT my responsibility. I'm attaching my divorce decree. I submitted this to Sensible Auto and they refused to stop reporting on my credit report and now I have a repossession on my report. I asked them what I could do and they told me to refinance with a third-party to pay off the loan, HOWEVER, there are no third parties that will refinance a {$0.00} XXXX XXXX loan which is what they show I owe. I'm attaching the transaction information they sent me which shows I owe {$0.00}. So now I'm stuck with NOTHING I can do except beg for your help because there is NOTHING I can do to have this removed from my credit report although they KNOW it's not my debt, I've given them proof AND according to them I don't owe anything after they'd sold it!!!!! I don't know what to do anymore. This isn't fair at all! No one cares! I can't move forward with my life because they won't do what is right.

To whom it may concern, I have recently discovered that there is unauthorized information in my name being used on my credit reports and would like to file a dispute. This information is unauthorized and I did not approve it to reflect on my credit reports. I believe I may be a victim of identity theft. I have a security lock on my credit report and I was not alerted to this information being authorized on my reports and I am insisting that they be deleted from my credit report as soon as possible. These items are fraudulent and impacting my relationships with creditors. I have reported the theft of my identity to the Federal Trade Commission, please review the enclosed copies of the Federal Trade Commissions Identity Theft Affidavit in regard to this incident. After numerous letters mailed, emailing the CEO of the company as well as speaking with a number of customer service reps, trying to get inaccurate information deleted and or updated on my Sensible Auto Lending account, Per FCRA I have the right to request that the account be UPDATED IMMEDIATELY or I can sue said company for No response and false reporting. XXXX date of last payment states XX/XX/21, meanwhile XXXX XXXX XXXX date of last payment states XX/XX/21. XXXX states a balance of {$9200.00}, while XXXX and XXXX balance states {$8600.00}. While my actual loan balance on the Sensible Auto Lending payment portal states {$8500.00}. XXXX states I have 3, 60 day late payments and XXXX XXXX XXXX states 3, 30 day late payments.

In 2018 I financed a car with XXXX XXXX. for the past year + I've been paying a company called sensible auto. i have never signed any documents with them nor have i agreed to do any business with them. based on XXXX XXXX i have paid 100 % of this loan. sensible auto has butchered my credit with a loan i never had with them. from XXXX credit score to less than XXXX this company is now telling me that i owe them an additional XXXX per month for XXXX more months. i have asked them for the contract several times and they will not produce one. all i want is my credit fixed back the way it was cause it took time and hard work to get it there and the title to my car it also wouldn't hurt to get back some of my money that they stole from me. I have automatic payments that comes out my bank account every Friday since XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX when the loan was supposed to be over. The following week they stole my car out my driveway after i contacted them about my title. I have been calling and no one will help me get my car back. I dont know where to turn. I just paid {$7000.00} on an engine and new tires after the XXXX dealer kept the car for a year so I really did not get to to even have the car after paying for three and a half years. The car company sent me an invoice saying I owe them {$9000.00} to get the car back a week away but now it has been sold at an auction. I have a car loan that is due weekly. I get paid every 2 weeks soon the off weeks of my pay the day after the payment is due the company ( sensible Auto ) will call me 8 times a day some on my phone and some on my spouse, s phone. Even if we talk to them on the phone they will still repeat calling an hour later. My voicemail box is full for the company repetitively calling me and I only owe a little over {$100.00}. I explained to the company numerous times about my pay schedule and they still harass me. They even call me back to back when I'm at work trying to make the money to pay my payment, I have stated this to them and an hour later they call back and act like they are doing nothing wrong

I was sent a 1099C debt cancellation from Sensible auto on account number XXXX. I also have a UCC1 filing on the vehicle file number XXXX and this vehicle is an asset in my trust Account with XXXX XXXX, recently sent a complaint for this company to send me my title and they refused, they continue to try and report debt on my credit report i finally got them removed from all 3 credit bureaus and now I wake up to my car being illegally repossessed!. They took my car and I tried to call them and they wont allow to to retrieve my car or my belongings. I own this car this is not right that I pay it in full bit they have the right to take my car.

We have been leaving messages for the bank since XX/XX/XXXX with no return calls. Bank : Sensible Auto Lending, XXXX Old XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX CT XXXX Check # XXXX for {$6900.00}. Vehicle we took in on trade and paid off was for XXXX XXXX on a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The account number was XXXX. Can someone please help me obtain the title and/or lien release for this vehicle? It is my understanding this bank is now out of business.

On my contact it states that I paid credit for my down payment and thats not true, its was a cash transaction of {$1500.00} made to the dealer. This happened on XX/XX/2021. I inquired about a vehicle at a dealership XXXX auto they asked I fill out a credit application of which I did.
