I received a voice mail at XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. asking I call back XXXX This was the third or fourth phone call I received in the last 6 months. I explained the last two times that this is my number and that the person that they are trying to contact is my ex husband, divorced over 5 years. The message stated that there is a petition filed against me and that it would be in my best interest to have myself or my attorney call them. The petition will cause assets to be frozen including tax returns, bank accounts and employment.
I called back at XXXX pm and I was very frustrated. The arrogant woman whom answered cut me off as she must have caller ID and said this is for my ex husband ( she stated the name before I even continued ). I said I have been divorced for 5 years and I explained this already - she snaps back stating " I did not ask you all that '' and proceeded to tell me that " no wonder why you are divorced ''. Then she hung up on me. I have worked in the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for 20+ years. The message left was threatening, they did not leave their name and they did not even state whom they were calling for, naturally I called back as I was nervous as I had no idea what occurred, should have known better. These folks are bullies, are far from professionals and expect a human not to call back irate after leaving such messages. They need serious help and should not exist as any sort of scheming collection service.

I received a call on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX from SRG legal outsourcing representative, " XXXX '', who declined to provide his last name. XXXX informed me that they were in the process of taking legal action by filing motions in various counties, contacting my employers, family members, and any affiliated parties. I was left a voicemail stating that I would be arrested if I did not resolve the matter immediately. He states that I owed a debt in the amount of {$1000.00}, and that I was being sued by XXXX via SRG. He refused to provide a case number, only the last four digits of the credit card. He also refused to provide information about where the debt was acquired from, and could not prove that I had ownership over the debt. He provided only general year dates of the debt ( XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX ), but could not provide further information. Furthermore, at no point did XXXX state that the phone call was an attempt to collect a debt or that he was a debt collector. He was misleading in his representation of the company SRG. Additionally, once I informed him that I had filed for bankruptcy in XX/XX/XXXX, which had subsequently been discharged, he hung up the phone without further information.

the company that called me left me a voicemail indicating they will freeze my assets and bank accounts and contact my employer to to collect funds from my paycheck. The company is called " SRG ''. Called and spoke to a gentlement who asked me if I was XXXX XXXX and to said the last for of my social security account. He then went on to indicate this is reference to a XXXX XXXX account. I said that was discharged in my bankruptcy and is no longer on my credit report. I advised him this is the second call I received in a month. He said he just received or was outsourced this account info. I tried to give him my lawyers number and he said no never mind I will transfer to our bankruptcy department. The voicemail left was threatening. I received a prior call in such manor about this XXXX XXXX account which is closed. I contacted XXXX XXXX personally and they said they do not have anyone outsource to collect any money for my account is closed. Thank you XXXX number that they called me from : XXXX I will save the voicemail too

Company with the phone # XXXX has called me repeatedly and told I owe a debt which I paid seven years ago. Told me I would be served by the county clerk 's office and that I would have a lien put on my assets and that they have recordings of me vowing not to pay.
She claims that its XXXX or XXXX. I have never received a single piece of documentation. This is distressing and wrong! Other ppl have complained about them at this website XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

Every month with today XXXX/XXXX/17 - XXXX EST being the latest call. I received an aggressive message stating im leaving no choice but to file suit, garnish wages, notify employer of debt, time is running out to resolve the issue, its in my best interest to contact them. they have my social and its my last chance?

I continue to receive calls from a company identifying themselves as SRG. They have advised me it is for a debit for credit card to XXXX XXXX. This was dismissed in a bankruptcy in 2011 and I have informed them of this but they continue calling me.
