Seidberg Law Offices is acting as a debt collector for XXXX XXXX. The vehicle in question was repossessed approximately 10 years ago. They have been garnishing my wages to collect a estimate amount of around XXXX. With my current employer they have garnished a total amount of XXXX. That doesnt include what they have garnished of the years. I contacted Seidberg Law Office regarding this supposed debt and they stated that I owe them over XXXX. I explained that the original amount was closer to XXXX and I have been having my wages garnished sporadically of the last 10 years. They stated that although I have made payments the amount more than doubled due to interest and their fees. This is causing undo stress on myself and causing a financial burden. I have XXXX XXXX children to care for and they take close to XXXX monthly.

At MY parents house, they gave me a letter that was for a potential garnishment. I never was served NOR had notice of any hearing, case or issue that apparently turned into a judgement. on XXXX/XXXX/2015. I went to the courts to file and request a hearing on XXXX/XXXX/2015.
My employer sent me documentation XXXX/XXXX/2015 of the garnishment basically stating that they are complying with it. I called the courts to see the status of the hearing. They have not yet set a date. The garnishment is from a Seidberg Law Offices at XXXX XXXX XXXX. This is illegal and request your help in solving this matter. This debt was originally settled with the original creditor in 2009. Seidberg law office tried to purchase the old debt which was disputed and garnish wages. A hearing was request to mediate between myself and this law office after multiple filings in different courts without my notification and not attending hearings. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX placed a stay of garnishment on the judgement after I filed a motion and Seidberg representatives did not appear in court.
This law office has now tried to launch yet another case of judgment against my property under this same disputed debt.
