To Whom it May Concern, My name is XXXX XXXX and Security Credit Systems is handling a matter for XXXX XXXX XXXX that wrongfully involves me. I was granted a XXXX XXXX from the administration at XXXX XXXX. I was actually talked into it by a counselor at the XXXX when Myself, My Mother, and a family friend went to the XXXX I DID NOT XXXX for the semester in question. I wanted to try to make up the time I missed but was told I would not be able to. I was informed by a counselor that I would be granted a XXXX XXXX for the semester and would not be charged for the tuition fee. This was not a loan, just the tuition fee. Fast forward, and over a year later, I was contacted by Security Credit Systems. While trying to figure out what happened I have been contacted via phone calls from this company several times. On or about XX/XX/XXXX I notified Security Credit Systems that I was in dispute of this charge with XXXX XXXX XXXX. In XXXX of XXXX I did give Security Credit Systems permission to speak to my Mother about possibly discussing a settlement in order to eliminate this nuisance from my credit report. My Mother offered a 50 % settlement. Security Credit Systems said this offer was denied. We refused the much larger counter offer because I still felt this is a wrongful charge. On XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX a Representative of Security Credit Systems, a XXXX XXXX, called my Mothers Cell Phone and asked to speak with XXXX XXXX. He seemed flustered and asked Is this her Mom? Without any further verification of who he was speaking to he disclosed my debt and gave out my personal identification. He then stated that he noticed in the file that a settlement was offered in the past and rejected. The person that he was speaking to said that no other offer would be made by myself and I would be disputing this charge with the three credit reporting agencies. This is when XXXX XXXX attitude and tone changed from professional to belittling. When the dispute was mentioned XXXX XXXX cut off the person on the phone and replied in a condescending manner with something to the effect of, Yeah, look at where that has gotten ya. He then abruptly said, Ill remove your number and hung up. Almost immediately after, my Mother called Security Credit Systems and asked to speak with a manager on duty. After several clicks of the phone which my Mother understood to be several transfers. Giving her the idea that the company knew they did something wrong and no one wanted to take the call. Finally, someone picked up. My Mother asked to speak to a manager or a director. The person on the phone identified themselves as XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX said that there were no managers or directors there and he just took the call because he Helps out when the managers are not there. My Mother then informed him that there was third party disclosure on a phone call that we received a few minutes prior and wanted to speak with a manager. XXXX XXXX was able to look up all of my information using my Mothers phone number off of the caller ID which XXXX XXXX said he would be eliminated from the system. He obviously had not. Then XXXX XXXX who notified himself as an adjuster said that his manager, a XXXX XXXX, would contact us once he gets in. We never received a call that day. On XX/XX/XXXX my Mother called and asked to speak to the compliance department at Security Credit Systems. The woman who answered said One Moment and to my Mothers surprise the call was once again transferred many times until finally, AGAIN to her surprise, was picked up by XXXX XXXX voicemail. She did not leave a message as the issue, now at hand, was a matter involving the illegal practice of the debt collector, XXXX XXXX. After hanging up, My Mother called back immediately and asked to speak to XXXX XXXX. Again after what sounded like many transfers a man finally picked up. The man on the other line, who curiously sounded like XXXX XXXX from her XX/XX/XXXX phone call, identified himself as XXXX XXXX. This does come across as a very odd occurrence? Are people in this office falsely representing who they are or using aliases? Im not accusing them of that but it was strange. My Mother proceeded to inform XXXX XXXX of the matter at hand, an issue of Third Party Disclosure. XXXX XXXX informed my Mother that he was aware of the situation. My Mother then asked if he listened to the call. During the entire time on the call XXXX XXXX repeatedly avoided the issue of Third Party Disclosure by jumping around to the point of the original issue of my disputing the charge and the settlement offer. When he was asked again about the issue of Third Party Disclosure and the call to XXXX XXXX he brought up very specific parts of the conversation between my Mother and XXXX XXXX, almost verbatim. He also said he was well aware of the call in question. Although, according to him NOW, six days later he had never listened to it? He then said I spoke to XXXX about this, Didnt I already speak to you about this?. NO XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX did. My Mother informed him that it was now a twofold situation. The original dispute of the charge from XXXX XXXX and the issue of Third Party Disclosure. XXXX XXXX, oops Im Sorry, I mean XXXX XXXX said he would listen to the call and get back to her that day. Weve never heard from XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, or Security Credit Systems since. Since that last call on XX/XX/XXXX both my Mother and I have called several times to Security Credit Systems and are always sent to voicemail. Which I feel is a very odd practice of a collection agency. Wouldnt a collection agency think that maybe Im calling to offer to make a payment or, are they aware of their negligence regarding Third Party Disclosure and correlating it to mine and my Mothers phone numbers that XXXX XXXX XXXX said he was deleting from the system on XX/XX/XXXX? I would please ask for yourself and your office to look into this matter and the practices of Security Credit Systems. Thank You, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

In XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted XXXX University regarding taking online graduate engineering courses. I was accepted into the graduate engineering program and submitted the online application for the XXXX program. The application contained various information including my cell number, personal email and home address, employer information, etc. After being accepted into the program I spoke with someone from the XXXX department on the phone and selected XXXX online courses for the spring semester that would start in XX/XX/XXXX. I was now enrolled in the XXXX courses via that phone conversation. She informed me that the courses would require full payment one week prior to the start of classes in XXXX. She did not mention any other fees or specific cancellation process. I intended to pay for these courses through my employer tuition reimbursement program. In XX/XX/XXXX, my employment situation was changing and I began to seek out of state employment. As I did during the class enrollment process, I called XXXX to inform them that I was leaving my employer and would not be taking the XXXX courses. I believed that my registration to take the XXXX courses was cancelled as it was the exact same process I used to register. 1. In XX/XX/XXXX, I called XXXX notifying them that I was moving to a new employer and would not be attending the XXXX classes. 2. I did not pay for the XXXX courses in the required time ( one week prior to the start of classes ) 3. Never registered with the course ( s ) online portal as required by the instructors4. Never had any correspondence with the instructors or attended any classes5. Never purchases textbooksXXXX XXXX website only addresses tuition reimbursement when you drop a class after the first day of classes with a weekly tuition reversal schedule for the refund. There is no mention of fees related to online classes or any specific process to cancel online classes. When I registered for the classes via the phone there was no discussion on how to cancel. My assumption was that I did everything reasonable to cancel the classes. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a phone call from a collection agency. The collection agency isSecurity Credit Systems - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NY XXXXWhen I returned the call I was shocked to hear that I now owed the collection agency over {$1800.00}. This was the first correspondence that I received related to these courses. I was never contacted by the school via phone calls, emails, etc. I did move in XX/XX/XXXX but my email and phone number was documented in my application. At no time did anyone from XXXX contact me. On XXXX XXXX and XXXX, I called XXXX XXXX times and was told that they could not speak with me. I emailed them requesting the details for these charges and again was told that they could not provide any information. I was instructed to deal with the collection agency. When I asked for the details and the reason for this charge the collection agency sent me a bill for {$1800.00}. They would not provide any details regarding these charges. The collection agency stated that if I did not pay the balance due by XX/XX/XXXX this charge would be reported to the credit bureaus, negatively affect my credit score.

In XXXX I bought a vehicle from XXXX of XXXX, it was a XXXX XXXX XXXX, the dealership signed me up for automatic payments through a company called XXXX XXXX, before any payments were ever made through that company I read up on them, saw nothing but bad customer service and support reviews ad well as lots of people claiming fraud and such, so I called them had eye witnesses in the vehicle when I called stating I was canceling the account with them and paying my finance company directly, they gave me attitude but still agreed to close it, since my very first payment was due I always paid my finance company directly, then this month XX/XX/XXXX I get a collection on my credit report from security credit systems on my report stating it was opened on XX/XX/XXXX which makes no sense when especially never received any form of notice from anyone about this which is a violation of the fair credit reporting act and fair debt collecting practices, the collection states its for {$590.00} well for starters my monthly payment for my vehicle through my finance company was only {$580.00} a month not {$590.00}, upon me calling the collection company known as security credit systems about violating the law and the fair debt collecting practices and the fair credit reporting act they continued hung up on me, I kept calling back getting angrier and angrier as they continued to hang up me, finally the XXXX who answered the phone and kept hanging up on me said she would get someone else to talk to me, she put the phone down on her desk and I could hear her talking to other people in the office, I could hear all of them XXXX and complaining how they didnt wan na talk to me so she came back over didnt say a word and hung up the phone again, they refused any commit about no 30 day notice, no validating of the debt as well as all refusing to talk to me about it and just hanging up on me, the account in question is fraudulent cause it was closed before ever used, also upon this being done found evidence of attempted theft by autopay plus trying to take 2 different charges of two different amounts from my bank account, 1. For {$600.00} on XX/XX/XXXX then another 2nd. Attempted charge of {$630.00} on XX/XX/XXXX, both were attempted fraudulent charges of theft seeing as neither of those 2 charges were my monthly also the collection wasnt even my monthly car payment, also account was closed before they attempted these charges that they sent to a collection company called security credit systems who are violating the fair credit reporting act and fair debt collecting practices by refusing to comment, talk to me, validate the debt, or even send me any form of notice, and the fact that the original creditor tried charging multiple fraudulent attempted charges of theft when account with them was closed and was paying my finance company directly and at a different price than any of these charges or anything were.

Hello, This is ridiculous and inhumane! I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report this week and I found multiple inaccuracies on my credit report from the 3 major credit bureaus from a collection company that I never have dealt with before. I've attempted several times to ratify the issue with the original creditors and credit bureaus and they still reporting inaccurate, unverifiable information. I have disputed this item with the credit reporting agency and they reported you confirmed the account as valid. I honestly do not believe to ever have any relationship with this collection agency or original creditor. Also there are several inaccuracies with this account the way it's reporting and that's a total violation of FCRA and FDCPA laws and regulations. In a good faith effort to resolve the matter amicably, I must demand proof of this debt, specifically the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature, as well as proof of your authority in this matter. Absent such proof, you must correct any erroneous reports of this past debt as mine. I am writing to request that you please provide the following information : 1. Please evidence your authorization under 15 USC 1692 ( e ) and 15 USC 1692 ( f ) in this alleged matter. 2. What is your authorization of law for your collection of information? 3. What is your authorization of law for your collection of this alleged debt? 4. Please evidence your authorization to do business or operate in this state. 5. Please evidence proof of the alleged debt, including the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature. 6. Please provide a complete account history, including any charges added for collection activity. You have 30 days upon receipt of this letter to provide strict proof of contract. In the event you can not provide strict proof of contract, you must cease and desist any and all collection efforts and immediately remove any derogatory information reported to the consumer reporting agencies. In addition, you will need to provide me your agreement, in writing, that you are closing your file, ceasing collecting activity, and deleting all information related to this reference number from any and all credit reports youve furnished the information to. In the event you transfer this account to an attorney without providing proof of contract, and proving your claim, he/she will be immediate reported to the XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX for code of ethics violations.

On XX/XX/XXXX, I called Security Credit Systems of XXXX, NY in order to gain information regarding an allegedly defaulted student loan account in my name. I was put in touch with a XXXX. XXXX, who insisted that I owed a total of {$1100.00}. This was in stark contrast with the amount listed on my Federal Student Aid account, which listed a due principal of {$820.00} with {$0.00} interest due. When I presented this information to XXXX. XXXX, he became agitated and hostile, insisting that I owed an additional {$350.00} in interest charges. I pointed out to XXXX. XXXX that I could not possibly owe Security Credit Systems that much, as this loan was serviced by another credit agency before XX/XX/XXXX, before being transferred to Security Credit Systems after that date by my original loan provider, XXXX XXXX, as disclosed to me with XXXX XXXX business office in a conversation which took place on XX/XX/XXXX. Security Credit Systems has serviced this loan for less than two weeks, and yet they are claiming I owe roughly 45 % of my principal balance in interest charges, to quote XXXX. XXXX. XXXX. XXXX then vacillated between claims that these interest charges were imposed by Security Credit Systems and, alternatively, the federal government. When I stated that these interest charges couldnt possibly be imposed by the federal government, as the Federal Student Aid website currently lists due interest charges for this loan at {$0.00}, XXXX. XXXX again grew angry and demanded that I pay the requested amount immediately. It is clear to me, based on the very short length of time Security Credit Systems has serviced this debt and the significant discrepancy between XXXX . XX/XX/XXXX claims and the official amount listed as due on the Federal Student Aid website, that this is an attempt to charge an exorbitant and potentially usurious amount of money that I do not owe. These actions are in clear violation and, at the time, render me unable to pay my proper debts. Security Credit Systems is making wildly fraudulent demands, and should be appropriately reprimanded for their unethical, predatory, and potentially illegal behavior.

Account Reference : XXXX I was promised that letter in exchanged for paying the total balance of {$1700.00} that XXXX XXXX had told me was due. I had several conversations with XXXX XXXX last week, Thursday XX/XX/XXXX and Friday XX/XX/XXXX, during which he assured me that once I pay the full balance due he would provide me with a paid in full letter by Tuesday XXXX of XXXX 2015. On Friday XXXX I went to my bank and got a cashier 's check for {$1700.00}. I then when to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that was next door to my bank and deposited the check to the account that was provided to me by XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX asked me to fax a letter authorizing him to fax me the letter of paid in full and I faxed that letter on Monday XX/XX/XXXX. I had made the mistake of telling XXXX XXXX that I was in the process of buying a house and needed the paid in full letter. I explained to XXXX XXXX that my loan Officer and Real Estate Agent were waiting for the letter and my deadline to submit that letter was Tuesday XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX did not fax me the letter on Tuesday ; instead, he called me on Tuesday trying to extort additional money from me after I have paid the full balance of {$1700.00} that he told me was due. XXXX XXXX called and demanded that I pay an additional {$2100.00} or else he would not provide me the letter of paid in full that I need in order to buy the house. The actions of XXXX XXXX and Security Credit System have caused great financial damages to me and my family to the sum of over {$95000.00}. The way I was singled out by Security Credit System for extortion after I mentioned I was buying a house is a clear violation of the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ). " The collector can not misrepresent the amount you owe. [ 15 USC 1692e ] 807 ( 2 ) ( a ). The collector ca n't add on any extra fees that your original credit or loan agreement does n't allow. [ 15 USC 1692f ] 808 ( 1 ) Sc-motion-3. when representatives from Security Credit System called did not identify themselves as a collection agencies they identified themselves as calling from XXXX.

An operator in this office by the name of XXXX XXXX ( ext XXXX ) contacted a family member of mine on Thursday, XX/XX/XXXX and proceeded to provide said family member with detailed information regarding my account. Said family member was only asked to verify my date of birth ( call is recorded ) and the employee proceeded to disclose private information such as the amount of debt owed, my personal information, dates and payment arraignment options. I am not a minor and have no additional cosigners on this account. The family member in question was my mother, her English is limited and she suffers from mental illness. This operator took complete advantage of her limitations on this call. On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted XXXX XXXX at extension XXXX in the office and provided him with my name, social security number, date of birth and mailing address. I then proceeded to ask why the above verifying factors were not implemented when he had spoken to my family member the previous day and he placed me on hold for 20 minutes. I waited for him to return to the phone and expressed my concern for how this office is handling my private information. His tone became aggressive and that is when I asked to speak to his direct supervisor. He refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I called back and was routed to a supervisor by the receptionist. The above mentioned supervisor insisted he return my call and I have yet to hear back from him. On XX/XX/XXXX I attempted to contact the office supervisor and left numerous messages for him to return my call. Once I realized I was being avoided I contacted XXXX XXXX, the offices legal counsel and was told she would get back to me this week. My mother suffered a nervous breakdown following this call due to her mental issues. This caused me grief and much embarrassment. I am XXXX years old and am protected under federal law for my private information not be disclosed to anyone other than I or an attorney representing me. I would like this office reported so this doesn't happen to anyone ever again.

In the spring of XXXX I had a scholarship called XXXX XXXX XXXX. This scholarship paid for my college tuition and classes. However, I was granted a medical withdrawl from the semester by the administration due to an injury and multiple deaths in my family. Several months later, I was notified by the college ( XXXX XXXX University, IN ) that they had turned my account over to a collection agency. I was unaware that I even owed anything to the college. After talking with the college, they said the scholarship wouldn't pay for the classes that semester since I had withdrew. They said because I didn't withdrawl before the refund deadline I still owed the money for those classes. This is incorrect. Medical withdrawls are exempt from this deadline, or at least that is what I was told by the administration before my withdrawl was approved. I didn't just drop classes, I had to go to specific administration personel and show medical documents to get approved for this medical withdrawl. I attempted to explain this to the bursars office at the college, and again to the collection agency but nothing changed and I am still being told I owe a " loan amount '' of {$2200.00} even though I never took out a loan in the first place. The collection agency is Security Credit System, and they keep telling me I owe this debt even though I have explained the situation multiple times. This is an issue because they are reporting this to credit bureaus. The collection agency did this once before a couple years ago and I contacted creditrepair.com and they were able to take it off my credit report. Security Credit System just reported this collections account to a credit bureau again after it was already taken off once. This was done on XX/XX/XXXX.

I had purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX from IRA XXXX XXXX in XXXX. AT the time of purchase I enrolled with XXXX XXXX for a program that, through bi-monthly payments would pay of my debt quicker. The loan company was XXXX bank. Two weeks ago i received a notice of an outstanding debt owed to XXXX plus dating back to XX/XX/XXXX. I was set up with Autopay for automatic withdrawal bi-monthly. My transaction history shows the following : My first payment was withdrawn by autopay for the month of XX/XX/XXXX was XX/XX/XXXX. My second payment was withdrawn by autopay for the month of XX/XX/XXXX was XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX the debit was reversed. On XX/XX/XXXX funds were disperesed to my account for a home refinance, and payoff of `the XXXX XXXX XXXX A few weeks after I received the title for the vehicle. The check for payoff to XXXX was written out and sent to by the closing attorney. As far as I knew, once I was given the title all outstanding debts were paid off. I never received any notification from XXXX of a missed payment until XX/XX/XXXX. I spoke to the loaner XXXX bank, no issue. After much digging on my part I had a three way call with my Bank XXXX XXXX and Autopay. During this call it was shown and stated by TD bank that neither myself or XXXX XXXX had stopped payment. They proved this by pointing out the transaction history would look different. The only conclusion is that XXXX reversed the payment whether purposely or accidently or that there was a glitch somewhere. Had I been notified in the months after of an error, I had sufficient funds to right this. Three years, a year of pandemic, 9 months out of work, a new job making half the wage I made, I am strapped. I am at a loss on how the blame is solely on me.

On XX/XX/2020 I contacted Security Credit Systems regarding a fraudulent account that was listed on my credit report. I was able to remove the account with the credit bureaus in the past. However Security Credit System reinserted it onto my credit report. I called Security Credit system & informed the representative that I was a victim of identity theft & that the account did not belong to me. The representative told me that he would call XXXX ( the original creditor ) to request documentation from them that had my signature on it to verify if the account belong to me. He also instructed me to email a copy of my police report. I emailed the police report on XX/XX/2020. I have yet to receive any documentation from the creditor showing why they are validating that the account belong to me. In addition to emailing the police report, I also sent mail physical copy along with my identity theft report filed with the FTC. I was able to print off a document prepared by the FTC requesting that they send me documentation showing me my signature on any form related to the account as well. The collection agency has failed to send me any documentation other than a bill related to the account. Yet I was informed by XXXX on XX/XX/2020 that they verified my collection as accurate in my dispute on XX/XX/XXXX. HOW is it accurate? When I am clearly providing them with the documentation that I am a victim of identity theft. The account is a result of identity theft. I attempted to call Security Credit Systems on XX/XX/2020 to discuss the account but now I am being sent straight to voicemail.

In 2021 the debt collector, Security Credit Systems Inc., aggressively and relentlessly called my phone number. When I answered, a man who refused to give his name, was extremely threatening - yelling and not allowing me to speak. He said I owed money to XXXX XXXX XXXX which I attended under federal government-issued student loans only. When I asked for proof of the debt, which he alleged was over {$15000.00} at the time, he hung up on me. Two years later, with absolutely no contact from him, and with the college itself refusing to provide validation of the debt to me upon request, I noticed a collections account in excess of {$20000.00} on my credit reports- put there by Security Credit Systems Inc. Not only has the debt inexplicably increased by over {$5000.00}, the debt collector and original creditor will not provide validation of the debt, and yet manage to stain my credit report every year with no consequence. Similarly, when I contact the accounts department at XXXX XXXX, both a male and female staffer are extremely belittling, insulting and unhelpful simply stating that I owe the debt and not explaining, despite my federal student loans, why this debt is owed. They talked to me like I was stupid and were extremely insulting. Furthermore, the school asked me in writing to leave, for no reason, and yet are charging me for the entire semester. They were not interested in explaining the debt or reaching resolution, but instead exported the matter to an aggressive and threatening debt collector.

I never had a student loan. I am the victim of identity theft. Security Credit Systems , INC. has sent a request for a debt with the following : -hand written interest rates in ink -a " contract '' without a signature -an address I never lived at -a name that is not mine -relatives/references that I do not know -a phone number that is not mine - a " contract '' stating amount financed of {$2800.00} and total of payments of {$2800.00} indicating this has been paid -a section stating " number of payments '' with report of XXXX payments being made on this fraudulent loan I have never had a student loan. I have never given written permission for a third party to have my personal and private information. I have never utilized the name on the " contract ''. I have never signed any document to take out a loan/money with this company nor XXXX University XXXX You have illegally reported information to several third parties and credit bureaus. Your fraudulent practice and this fraudulent loan has tarnished my name and my buying power. Security Credit Systems hand wrote in information on a " contract '' showing how fraudulent it is and how this is not a valid contract, clearly showing there is not a signature line. On the " contract '' there are also changes in font and font size showing this has been doctored up just to attempt to claim a fraudulent debt

I received a letter from Security Credit Systems , INC. ( SCS ) regarding an alleged debt from my university. I had received a letter from them about a year ago indicating that they were servicing this debt. I contacted them in order to gain more information into thi alleged debt. The CSR was very rude, very aggressive, and very impatient. I was attempting to gather the basic information surrounding this debt, however, he was very aggressive and uncooperative in getting me this information. He and I had unpleasant words and he ended the call. I attempted to call back numerous times in hopes of getting someone different or someone I could more easily connect with, but the operator advised that they were blocking my calls. Even when I called from a different number hoping to get someone with a cooler head, I was still blocked. I did not receive any communication from SCS for over a year or so. I then got a letter from them with the body in all capital letters suggesting that if I did not pay them, I would face repercussions such as being ineligible for a credit card, car loan, mortgage, or personal loan. They also advised that a " good credit rating is essential '' in order to acquire these types of trade lines. I have attached the written correspondence letter I received below.

I already know what SCS is saying. The check in question was through a bill pay account that funds the check before it is sent. Please see note below. My bank confirms that this was sent to them on XX/XX/2016. They DID NOT DEPOSIT IT until 113 days later. I am paying an outstanding loan for my Son. I send checks through my bank bill pay system. On the check it states " Check void after 90 days '' Security Credit Systems purposely held the check for 113 days before deposit. Check delivered to them on XX/XX/2016 place for deposit by them on XX/XX/2016. XXXX accused me of bouncing a check and will no longer accept checks for payment. They returned XXXX checks. Requesting Money orders only. I am now sending the checks directly to the school. The have accused me of writing a bad check in which I plan to research how I can take them to court for defamation of character. 1.The check was not returned for NSF. It was voided due to failure to deposit. " Check void after 90 days '' 2. I will not be sending anyone a MONEY ORDER. 3. I will continue to send checks directly to XXXX until you figure out who I send a CHECK to. 4. My check was not returned for NSF. and I will go to legal action if this claim is not corrected. Thank you, XXXX

I paid my XXXX XXXX the balance of my debt of {$59.00}. I accidentally sent them {$69.00}. Paid in full right? I check my credit report and I have Security Credit System on my report. I never dealt with Security Credit Systems. I dispute the debt. I receive a letter on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX from Security Credit System , Inc saying I have a balance of {$9.00} ( handwritten on invoice ). What it also has handwritten is a charge for collection fees of {$19.00} and no date. Which is 33 % of the original debt. I called SCS to dispute the charge. They REFUSE to send me any and all copies of invoices they claim they sent with this balance on. They claim the collection charge was added XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. They REFUSE to send me any copies of an invoice showing this charge sent to me or fees added at this date. They REFUSE to send me any copies they claim they sent me They REFUSE to send me any documentation of their fee rates nor send me any literature on how they came up with a 33 % Fee. They REFUSE to send me anything. They threatened to put on my credit against me yet refuses to give me any way of disputing this. My debt was paid to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and that is final.

I had an account with XXXX XXXX XXXX which I paid off in full. All my payments were sent directly to XXXX & I have all the receipts to prove it. There is this company Security Credit Systems Inc that has placed a hold on my XXXX account so that I can not get my crown replaced which I have paid for. Not only that they have reported this to credit agencies screwing up my credit. They say I owe them money. I DO NOT! I sent them a certified letter with return receipt so I know they got it refusing to pay them. I have never spoken with anyone from them nor received any kind of bill, statement or correspondence so I will not pay them. I expect this to be corrected immediately! Also, do n't you think its funny if I owed them money why they never sent me a bill for their " services ''. If XXXX paid them to collect a debt they got ripped off because I 've never heard of this company. Something I forgot to mention is I never knew I was in collections until I tried to make an appointment with XXXX an they told me I needed to settle with this company first. I 'm XXXX retired with a limited income I can not afford to pay for a crown twice & I should n't have to.

In XXXX XXXX, a collection account began reporting to my various credit reports by Security Credit Systems LLC. The original creditor is listed as XXXX XXXX, the original and current balance are {$2000.00}. I do not know what XXXX XXXX is, nor do I have any idea why they think I owe them over {$2000.00}. I have disputed the account reported by SCS on my credit reports, through the bureaus, and even reached out to SCS themselves to dispute the account. I asked to be furnished with any records that would validate my liability for the debt they are reporting. They have not responded, yet have verified the account as accurate to the credit bureaus. Surely, if it were a legitimate collection theyd have proof to send me. Moreover, the report claims that I made a payment of {$110.00} in XXXX, yet the balance remains the same. In my dispute, I noted that XXXX, XXXX has dozens of complaints against them on BBB, due to their sketchy, if not fraudulent, billing and collecting practices. I also noted that my first notice of the debt/collection was seeing it on my credit report, as neither XXXX nor SCS thought to inform me that they thought I owed them money.

I was attending XXXX XXXX University XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX, during that time I both received financial aid, as well as paid a portion out of pocket. Once I finished the term, I did not wish to return taking classes there. It was to my knowledge that I left in good standing, however, I later on received a notice in the mail saying I had an account that had been sent to collections from XXXX. When I called it was still very unclear why I had a balance because I was awarded the federal pell grant through financial aid for all terms that I attended. I never received documentation that I had a balance prior to the letter about sending my account to collections. I did move to a different apartment complex and did n't think to make XXXX aware because I was no longer attending classes there and was not notified I had an outstanding balance. When I called they told me I had a balance of {$630.00} and that now I had to wait for the collections agency to contact me. I later checked my credit report and XXXX report {$820.00} which is a different amount. I would like this to be deleted from my credit report one way or another.

Since then, the debt collection agency keep calling me at work, home, even on my cell phone. I did not give out any of my numbers. They making threats to levy my bank account and put a hold on my paystubs. Especially this year, when this person named XXXX XXXX from Security Credit Systems XXXX XXXX ext XXXX did boiler room harrase me by calling my work and cell phones everyday. This debt is not valid and the collections agency is refusing to stop collections on this invalid debt. The collections agency was contacted in XX/XX/XXXX after finding a negative item on my credit report. In my contact with them I was informed that I would need to contact the original creditor as my dispute was that the debt was not valid. The original creditor was contacted in XX/XX/XXXX and as a result the negative item was removed from my credit reports. The creditor, in XX/XX/XXXX, a full five months after the issue was resolved, has renewed collections attempts for this invalid debt and is now threatening negative/adverse action that will affect my credit report. Upon contact in XX/XX/XXXX, the credit collection agency was unwilling to resolve this issue despite being informed that this debt is invalid. The agency also refuses to make any effort to verify that this debt is not valid. The agency says that their attempt to contact the original creditor in XX/XX/XXXX by email constitutes the legal requirement of due dilligence on their part.

I have been repeatedly contacted by phone and through the mail by Security Credit Systems Inc in XXXX XXXX about charges from XXXX College in XXXX, XXXX, which I attended under the Trade Act, which covered all tuition, books, fees, and required materials ( in addition I also received XXXX State Grants each semester ). All charges should have been covered by either the Trade Act or the State Grants. I have repeatedly requested information specifying what the charges were for, and received a print out provided by the XXXX which indicated only " XXXX XXXX, '' with no itemized information provided. I recently received a letter from Security Credit Systems Inc which said, in part, " ... Because of your neglect we may be forced to recommend further collection activity. '' I find that statement to be threatening and harassing given that I have repeatedly requested information regarding what the charges are for, but have never received that information, and that is why I am reporting this collection agency.

I then contacted XXXX via return receipt and asked them to remove this debt as Security Systems failed to verify what this debt was for. XXXX said they contacted them and the balance is being reported correctly, they did not address that it could it be validated with an itemized statement of services. I have no outstanding debt owed. The " debt '' they are trying to collect was for a semester I never attended. I fell ill at the beginning of the semester and withdrew and had a confirmation of withdrawal. I was informed that there would be no charges since it was prior to the semester start. I still received a bill and when I contacted the school, they said to ignore it as it was already handled, and it must have been an error. This was back in XXXX, I think. Since then, I received many calls saying it went to collection, and it needed to be paid. I was told by the school to not answer these calls. Fast forward till now and I and my family/friends have been getting calls requesting information and stating I have a debt in collections. I do not have access to most documents as they were through my school email and old email, I no longer have access to, and calls to my " advisor '' at the school.
