Yesterday XX/XX/18 I was utterly humiliated. XXXX at Secured Resolution ( XXXX ) called by office. Due to the nature of my employment I am a XXXX and answered by phone call on speaker phone where I was XXXX an employee on how to handle XXXX XXXX. XXXX asked for me by name. I intentionally didnt not confirm by name but instead I asked who was calling. At this point I kept the phone on speaker phone thinking this call might have been a contractor calling that needed to be transferred to another department. XXXX then proceeded to tell me that I have an open bill and with XXXX XXXX. Now my entire office knows I am in debt and since the XXXX XXXX is a very popular XXXX XXXX by entire office knows I was pursuing XXXX XXXX. This is something deeply personal to me and that I did not want shared. It was so embarrassing. I quickly asked XXXX to call me on personal phone ( which should have been attempted first ). I confirmed my personal telephone number then XXXX continued to the mini Miranda. I had to hand up the phone on XXXX because I was at work doing by job. The Mini Miranda is supposed to be said before disclosing information. TO be honest I probably have a lawsuit on my hand : 1. I did not confirm who I am before Secured Resolution disclosed I have a debt 2. My personal number was not attempted before my work line 3. Personal information was divulged before giving the mini Miranda 4. Even after I told XXXX that he will have to call me on personal number he still persisted to continue disclosing 5. And if I had to guess XXXX did not remove my work number 6. Now Im in a very uncomfortable situation in my place of work due to the nature of this debt being disclosed. What I would like to see : 1. My work telephone number removed 2. The employee need to be removed from his position or put through a training program 3. I should receive an apology letter 4. As an apology I believe Secured Resolution should take of these debt

This agency put a collection account on my credit report without notifying me. They never called to resolve the debt first, simply parked the account which has recently been a sore subject with the CFPB. I then disputed the debt with the agency and requested validation of debt as my insurance company should have taken care of the bill. They never updated my credit that I had disputed the matter pursuant to FCRA requirements. They did send me a packet of papers that did not validate the debt and was full of incorrect information. When I called back the associate I spoke with told me I had already disputed this and didnt call back in soon enough and offered to resolve my dispute by talking 10 % off the balance. Per FDCPA law, collection attempts can not be made while I actively dispute the debt. These people are impossible to work with and violating numerous laws.

Disputed charge on XX/XX/XXXX Been charged by them for an amount of XXXX XXXX since XXXX until present XX/XX/XXXX Called them and spoke to several representatives who have not followed up with this since Ive reached out I called them today to ask for information on this debt. It does not show on all three of my credit bureaus. Please help as I am young and being taken advantage of by the system. I dont have much money so XXXX XXXX is a lot I never received notice of this debt, just saw it one day in XXXX XXXX and started paying it before I disputed it. The only odd thing I see, is that when I called today XX/XX/XXXX, the lady gave me this address as Secured Resolutions mailing address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ny XXXX.but in XXXXXXXX XXXX it shows a different address. Could this be the reason they havent updated my account?

Had XXXX in XXXX XXXX . Forgot to pay the bill for part of it. Never got called or anything. It went into Collections with Secured Resolutions LLC at some point. Never received a letter from them. Kept getting frequent calls from them i n XXXX and XXXX of XXXX . When they finally left a message, I called back and was informed what the calls were about. They sent me an email rather than a physical letter. Once I reviewed my statements and confirmed I had not paid that bill, I went to Secured Resolutio ns LLC 's website and paid the amount in full on XXXX XXXX , XXXX . This account is still showing as open on my credit report. I disputed it with XXXX and the company still insists it is open. I would like it show closed on my credit report as I have paid this in full.

This Collection Agency Secured Resolutions LLC is attempting to collect a Debt for a XXXX XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$1600.00}. Several attempts have been made to reach out to this company to attempt to resolve this, this is fraudulent and is not verifiable debt, this is not my debt. I have received nothing from this collection agency and they can not be reached. I have disputed this several times on XXXX XXXX and with no luck it seems to stay on my credit report, but the agency will not contact me back about the matter. Again this is not my account and they can not verify it is mine.

The company secure resolutions keeps call my cell phone and has called my work numerous times on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. They are saying I owe a medical debt which I do not. They would not stop calling even my work even after there number was blocked. They would just call another extension of a different employee and ask for me. I do not owe this debt and I am being harassed by this company.

In 2017 I was given a credit monitoring alert that a collection account was added to my credit report from Secured Resolutions not knowing anything about this company or debt I tried to get information to validate this information reporting on my credit report. I notified the collection agency asking for validation of the debt. They attached information which is enclosed.
