On XX/XX/XXXX, i applied for a loan at a company called " credito familiar ''. I originally applied for {$5000.00}. After, checking my credit, via XXXX, " XXXX XXXX '' a customer service representative from the financial institution, calls me on XX/XX/XXXX to tell me that i qualify for a smaller amount, {$2000.00}. I agreed, and she then tells me to send her, all required evidence, paystubs, letter from employer, proof of address etc..soon after that, i called to get a payout date, and XXXX XXXX XXXX tells me that according to my paystub, i dont qualify. I told her that my net pay on my paystubs, reflect smaller amounts, but that i had allotments, to different accounts, and they were part of my net pay. I work for the postal service, here in the commonweath of XXXX XXXX. Perhaps, my paystubs are different from everybody else, here in XXXX XXXX, but they are not grounds for denial.I was being considered for a smaller amount, but according to this financial institution my paystub was the reason for denial.I called the institution on XX/XX/XXXX, and spoke to the manager in charge, XXXX for reconsideration. She then tells me, that i was denied, and mentions something else about my credit, to justify their denial. It was plain and simple, discrimination, for being a federal employee in a commonwealth. My credit had nothing to do with it, or else i would not had been ask to send all my personal paperwork, by the institution. All my allotments, for {$1000.00}, {$800.00} {$300.00}, are part of my salary.
