For the past year, or more, scince changing phone and changing to new phone Number, I 've been receiving intimidating, harassing, threatening leagal action against myself if I do n't respond : by various debt collection Agencies, claiming it is regarding ( I believe ficticious ) a person - XXXX Constanamous..? Attached to this phone number..? At first I tried to understand and set the record straight about I 'm not this person, I did n't write this ( ese ) bad check ( s ), and they always promised they would correct their records and take my phone number off their call list. It would be a couple of months and then the calls would start over and it seems other collecting agenies would be added, as if they must be passing my phone number and the erroneous information on this " bad debt '' to other new collection agencies. I 've contacted my phone carrier, XXXX XXXX, who only suggested changing to a different number ( at my expense/inconvience ) but as they recycle numbers, they can offer no guarentees of who or what might be attached to the new number..? This last month and a half I 've logged up to XXXX Voicemails of these intimidating harassing Phonecalls and contacted them and they '' ve continued with the same lie that they 'll correct their records and remove my phone number from their call list. A particular XXXX - Tier One, XXXX XXXX XXXX & phone # XXXX XXXX XXXX & # XXXX XXXX XXXX referencing some file # XXXX after just promising yesterday XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2015 to update and correct their records proceeded to call with their intimidating, harassing phone calls again today the XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2015

Back in XXXX of 2014 I started to receive threatening phone calls demanding payment of this debt or that legal action would be taken against me. There were XXXX companies representing XXXX separate payday loan groups. The first was XXXX XXXX XXXX who was collecting on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX. On XXXX XXXX 2014 I paid a total amount XXXX from my XXXX XXXX XXXX account. I have an email with an attached document stating that the debt has been settled/paid in full. The XXXX group was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX who claimed to be representing XXXX XXXX XXXX which I paid XXXX on XXXX XXXX 2014. I have also received a paid in full document from this company as well stating that the debt has been resolved. This may I received a call from Tier1 Asset Management Group LLC who miss represented who and what the were collecting. At first I was told that they were collecting a debt for XXXX in the amount of XXXX. When I called and spoke to a supervisor by the name of XXXX XXXX who admitted that they had made some mistakes on their end and disclosed that what they were collecting was for XXXX payday loans in the amount of XXXX each. XXXX loan was for the XXXX group and the other loan is for the XXXX XXXX. Which have both been previously paid. I had previously set up payment arrangements with Tier1 under the understanding I was paying off my debt with XXXX in the amount of XXXX.

Tier One continually calls my mother 's phone number with a pre-recorded message directed at my ex-husband of 25 years. I 've spoken with several associates of this company in the past and explained we have no information/contact with him since the divorce and demanded they remove her number. They assured me each time her number would be removed from the call list. This has been going on for the better part of a year.
Just this evening, we got another call at XXXX hours again from a caller I.D . of XXXX, WV and a phone number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Knowing who it was, I punched ZERO for the operator as soon as the pre-recorded message ( with my ex-husband 's name ) launched at which time a XXXX XXXX picked up the line and I went through my script all over again. He assured me XXXX as others have done in the past ) he would remove my mom 's number from the list. I let him know I was taking names, notes and logging calls and was prepared to file a formal complaint.

I was contacted by this collector ( not the original lending company ) stating that I owed money to the original lender. I asked for more information on the matter, including a letter in the mail and was informed that the original lender had already sent XXXX letters since 2011 and that 's all they are required to do. They stated that the original lender would take legal action if I did not take care of this matter today. I told them I was unable to setup any sort of payment without more information on this loan. I have tried looking everywhere and ca n't find anything on the original company so I have nowhere to contact. The man gave me until XXXX today and I did call back before yet got his voicemail. This entire thing sounds XXXX and I do n't know all the laws of this type of situation but I did n't think what he was claiming ( the time-table ) was correct or lawful.

I expressed to the debt collector who initially called me about a payday loan that was taken out in my name that i thought it was a case of identity theft and that i requested papers to be sent to me through mail and I have yet to receive them. She transferred me to another person ( male ) who said " looking at your file, it is apparent you dont pay any of your bills '' and cursed at me and hung up on me. All of this when i was just trying to calm him down from being rude. I told him that wasnt neccessary the way he was speaking to me, and this man hung up on me before i could get any other information.

I TOOK OUT A SMALL LOAN AND PAID THEM OVER XXXX THEY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS ( XXXX ) I TRIED ON NUMEROUS TIMES TO CONTACT AND NOW THAT WE ARE TRYING TO BUY A HOME A SMALL LOAN IS NOW XXXX. XXXX WAS SHUT DOWN BY FEDS I READ SO NOW SOME GUY HAS BOUGHT THE ACCOUNT AND I AM TRYING TO SETTLE BUT THEY WILL NOT EVEN CALL ME BACK. I HAVE PROOF I PAID IT. IT TOOK ME AND XXXX XXXX TWO WEEKS TO EVEN FIND THEM THEY HAD SOLD IT SO MANY TIMES. THE INTEREST IS 97 %. THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL.

I keep getting a call from XXXX saying that they are representing Tier 1 Capital LLC and that they are going to send me a summons for failure to pay on a payday loan that I did not take out nor do I owe. He was trying to confirm other personal information. They are also calling my husband 's phone.
The numbers they are using are:XXXX and XXXX.

Contacted by collection agency, regarding debt that is well past the Statute of Limitations for Oklahoma ( my state of residence. They have contacted my son on several occasions, using language that indicated this is a serious legal matter requiring my immediate attention. They do not identify who they are and the purpose of the call.
