In XXXX, I was informed that a ex-boyfriend was using my credit information to obtain several car loans and furniture. He obtained XXXX car loans, which were all repossessed due to his inability to register them with motor vehicles. At the time, I had a protective order due to past domestic incidences which he served time in jail and was released in XXXX. Because of the protective order, I was contacted by the police when they found the abandoned vehicles to check on my safety, and then subsequently found out about the several car loans and furniture accounts that were opened within a month or XXXX of each other. XXXX of the car loans were taken out at the same buy-here-pay-here dealership, which I 've worked with the credit bureaus to clean up the information on my credit report from all the fraudulent accounts, names, addresses, and more. All but XXXX of those accounts have been removed from my report, since the person was convicted of fraud and sentenced. SCS Credit was the dealership that sold XXXX cars to this individual and has only removed of the loans from my report, despite the official police paperwork that was submitted to them. I have been trying to purchase a home for the last year, but this last fraudulent account is the only issue standing between me and my XXXX home. I just had my XXXX child and would love to be able to purchase a home and this issue has kept me from doing so. Since the information that was used to open the account was all fraudulent except for my name and SSN, they state that they would be unable to speak to me about the account.

XXXX refuse to remove two accounts from my credit report that has been filed and discharged in a bankruptcy as of XX/XX/2019. Both accounts SCS CREDIT and XXXX XXXX are closed accounts while discharged in the bankruptcy the two accounts should not still be showing on my credit. These accounts are negatively affecting my credit score. XXXX dispute result stated that I filed for a dispute in XXXX for the two accounts, but the bankruptcy had not been discharged yet. Now, XXXX refuses to let me dispute these two accounts again. SCS credit Corp and XXXX XXXX are included in the public record located on my credit report.

I made a loan with SCS credit corporation. The account is open and showing I owe XXXX as of 7 years and 2 months ago. It was a XXXX XXXX XXXX. The car has been repossessed years ago. I am going through a financial crisis and can do longer make such large payment for something I no longer have. Its been such a long time since I had the car.

The car was a lemon in now they trying to say I owe XXXX when they came in got the car in sold it it was to much work needed to be done on the car in I tired getting fix mechanic said was in no reason because the car was old just get this let it go back

The XXXX had was used ran good for about 2 months after everything went bad to the point where the engine blew and they told me I had to pay XXXX XXXX for new engine could pay so they took my car and messed my credit up
