Installment Loan Amount borrowed = {$2700.00} in XX/XX/XXXX No interest for the first 12 months Monthly payments would be {$140.00} I am supposed to have the first 12mos interest free on my loan however I am being charged interest and none of my payments are being applied toward principal. Principial parties to transaction : Vendor Store : XXXX - XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX Financing : PatientFi ( done online ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX https : XXXX * ( Will not let you use a Debit or credit card to make payments ) Loan serviced by : XXXX https : XXXX? XXXX Scratch Services, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX CA XXXX XXXX Services, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX. * ( Will not let you use a Debit or credit card to make payments ) However, when I inquired why I am being charged interest when it clearly states on each bill and email that it is interest free on for the first 12 mos. At the time of origination, it was my understanding that I would not be charged interest until after the first 12 mos. When I called scratch and inquired, I was told that I am not being charged interest and if I pay off the entire amount prior to the end of first 12 mos. That I will be refund the interest ( that I am not being charged ) LOL. If you have an interest free period? All payments made during that time period should be applied towards principal and at the end of the interest free period interests should then be applied towards the remaining balance. If this is to be different then the lender needs to clarify that upfront Commonly held business practices At the time of origination, it was my understanding that I would not be charged interest until XX/XX/XXXX This is not a Zero Percent Promotion as I was led to believe. It is in fact a Deferred Interest Loan Which should have been clearly highlighted and spelled out in the Truth in Lending Documentation. If a lender or financing company has a different way of or understating as to how they want to treat payments during an interest free period, then it should be clearly spell out and explained prior to funding or before one a borrower decides to actually borrows funds from them. The truth of lending document should have highlighted that this was a Deferred Interest Loan and not a true Zero Percent Promotion transaction. I was led to believe that I would not be charged interest until XX/XX/XXXX. It was explained numerous times and sold as a zero interest ( NO INTEREST paid or applied until XX/XX/XXXX for the first 12 months. Furthermore the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX payment section should have also had a separate figure reflecting what the monthly payment would have to be to pay off the loan in 12 months 12 Payments @ {$220.00} = {$2700.00} Loan payment Option 1 First 12 months interest free payments @ {$140.00} = {$1700.00} will result in a balance of {$960.00} in XX/XX/XXXX and interest will be assessed against the outstating balance in 12 months Second 12 months payments with interest @ {$140.00} = {$1700.00} Loan payment Option 2 12 Payments @ {$220.00} will be needed to pay off the loan in 12 months with no interest accruing. Please note that the application process was done on a tablet, and I executed my signature on that device and once that was done about 3-5mins later the full Retail Installment Contract was generated and printed Doing the application process, I did inquire about the Finance charge and was told if the loan was paid back in 12 months and my monthly payment of {$140.00} there would be no finance charge as the first 12 months are interest free I believe and feel : Deceptive, Bait and Switch with regard to the 0 % interest period and monthly payments to what actually has occurred or should have been fully disclosed

I was able to get a copy of the transcript from today where I was in Queue Position 1 for 1.5 hours. The company has not posted any payment sent via Bill Pay since XXXX. They are not on social media, so I am unable to contact them in that way as well to speak about my account and concerns. The information in the Borrowers Portal does not match notices sent. There is 0 % communication available to me as a Borrower to have this concern resolved internally so I have had to resort to reporting their practices to whatever entities I can.

On XX/XX/XXXX my husband, took out a loan through Scratch Services, XXXX of XXXX XXXX CA, a XXXX loan. The amount he/we borrowed was around {$8500.00}. We considered this a very small loan and intended to pay for it over six months. Email communication with this company has from the start verged on harassment from the beginning, along with nagging for us to give them our checking account number so we could allow them to take the money out of our checking account automatically every month. I, his wife, handle the bills in our house, so I arranged payment. The first payment was due XX/XX/2022. Through autopay out of our checking account we arranged to send the company a paper check on XX/XX/XXXX, nearly two weeks before the due date. The very DAY it was due, XX/XX/XXXX, he began to get multiple emails from the company saying it had not gotten our check and telling us to enroll in services which would give them access to our checking account, which we didn't want to do. At the same time the company 's email said it took 15 DAYS to process paper checks. Multiple emails and phone calls between us and the company followed. I began to feel like this company was not a legitimate company. We talked to multiple people to straighten this out. My husband had to make me an authorized user on the account, which he did. so I could communicate with this company, as I handle the bills in our house. Finally, having the company swearing they never got the checks I sent, I authorized, over the phone, a one-time payment from our checking account for nearly {$1500.00} on XX/XX/XXXX because I didn't want our credit rating to be affected. Of course, two days later they found our checks- which my bank account had issued a stop payment on - and cashed them!!!!!! I called about it and Scratch XXXX now says I am not an aurhorized user, that my husband will have to authorize me every time I talk to them. I have owned four houses and have a perfect credit rating, as does my husband, and this is the worse lending company either of us have ever dealt with. I intend to file complaints with every single government agency or website to tell people they would be better off borrowing from any institution than Scratch Services XXXX. It's been an awful experience for a loan that is tiny. After I write this I will pay off the entire loan because I can't stand dealing with such incompetence for ten more minutes.

On XX/XX/XXXX I sent in a death certificate and SSN card to Scratch Services to inform them of my father in laws passing. My late father in law has a loan in the amount of {$82000.00} for a solar system bought through XXXX which was acquired by XXXX recently. The financing goes through a company called XXXX who uses Scratch Services. Scratch Services is the company handling this loan. You cant call XXXX directly you have to use Scratch Services. After sending in the required documents they asked me if I wanted to take over the loan. I said no and they stated they would remove the system. I had no contact until XX/XX/XXXX after sending in the documents they required of my father in laws passing. At that time I was in the process of refinancing my home which I acquired on XX/XX/XXXX. My father in law gave me his house on XX/XX/XXXX with a certified Warranty Deed before his passing with the solar loan still in his name. The solar loan had just started a few months prior to this. My father in law was XXXX XXXX XXXX when they sold him this system with a 25 year loan. Since then I have tried calling, emailing this company several times to remove the system from my property and terminate the UCC Statement filed with the Secretary of State of Texas. When I get a response all I get is senior management is working on it or they are waiting to have a meeting about the account. I have demanded the company to terminate the UCC filing and I get no response. I have had no information communicated to me about this accounts status besides they are working on it. It has been five months of being left on hold for hours and sent to voice mail. I got automated email responses until I filed a XXXX complaint which the company never responded to and it got closed due to no response. Scratch Services has had 43 negative XXXX complaints in the last 12 months with minimal responses. I need the company to remove the solar system and file a UCC Termination Statement immediately. I can not refinance my home until they get this done and it has been five months with no progress trying to work with them. I sent them another message today stating I would give them XXXX for the system. That is all I can afford. This is putting a financial strain on my family and I need the UCC Termination Statement NOW.

In XXXX I applied and was granted a PPP Loan with XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX during lock down due to COVID. At that time I applied and was approved for forbearance. At no time did I receive a notice from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX that my loan had been transferred to SCRATCH. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX I received a letter from SCRATCH LLC stating that I was delinquent in repayment of this loan. I called and left voice messages on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a certified letter to SCRATCH requesting documentation that I owed them for any late or finance fees in connection with the PPP loan from XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX I sent an email requesting documentation again for the so called late fees on the loan. On XX/XX/XXXX I was emailed an access link to an online account and advised to complete the forbearance application. I was advised that this application was approved. On XX/XX/XXXX I received an email stating that there were more " late fees '' due. I emailed requesting documentation. No documentation was received. On XX/XX/XXXX I called SCRATCH. I spoke with a representative who looked through my " file '' and said that I had to pay the late fees but she saw that the forbearance was approved on XX/XX/XXXX. I tried to log into the account and was denied access while speaking with the representative. XXXX minutes later we were disconnected. I called back and spoke with " XXXX '' who advised me that in the beginning of them taking over these loans their representatives were telling clients that if they got approved for the forbearance that they wouldn't owe any interest or late fees. She told me that if I agreed to pay {$150.00} that she would escalate the file to be written off and close the account. I paid this amount on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I received an email stating that I had to complete a forbearance application. I tried to login into my online account and was denied access again.

On XX/XX/2023 I contacted my loan servicing company, Scratch, about applying for forbearance. At the time, I was nearing the end of a work contract and knew I would not have employment/would not be able to pay back my loans while I got back on my feet and I wanted to be proactive. I received no response until XX/XX/XXXX, when I was told how to apply for forbearance. I completed my application and submitted supporting documents on XX/XX/2023 and was sent confirmation that my application was received. I received no updates on my application for a month, and on XX/XX/2023 I called Scratch 's customer service like for updates - I was put on hold indefinitely. I then sent an email to Scratch 's customer service describing the issue that still has not been responded to as of XX/XX/XXXX, though they say their emails are responded to within 2 business days. The next day, XX/XX/XXXX, I called back and discussed my problem with an agent who told me that my application had not even been reviewed. She assured me she would put it through for processing and would send me a confirmation email. I never got this email. Today, XX/XX/XXXX, I attempted to call Scratch once again to resolve my issue, as I still am unable to pay my loan for this month due to unemployment, and when I called I was told that there were no customer service representatives available to help me, and to leave my contact information in a voicemail so that someone can call me back. I am tired of this run-around process, and would hate for non-payment of my loan to be counted against my credit report simply because Scratch could not do its job as my loan servicer and work with me.

I took out a Paycheck Protection Program loan for {$12000.00} through XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. That loan was subsequently sent to Scratch to be managed. The majority of the loan was forgiven and paid off by the SBA on XX/XX/XXXX. I paid the remaining balance of {$1000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. ( This is to cover the EIDL advance that was not initially forgiven. ) Congress changed the laws after I paid the remainder of the loan to say that the SBA would allow for forgiveness of the full loan, including the EIDL advance. Scratch has since received an additional {$1000.00} from the SBA on XX/XX/XXXX. Therefore, this loan is now overpaid by {$1000.00} and I am owed a refund. Scratch emailed me on XX/XX/XXXX to say that they have received my EIDL advance amount and that it would arrange a refund for me within 1-2 weeks. They never contacted me about this refund. I called Scratch on XX/XX/XXXX to inquire on the status of my refund, which was now overdue. A representative named XXXX said someone from Scratch would be in touch with me by the end of that week to process the refund. By Friday ( XX/XX/XXXX ), no one had gotten in touch with me. I reached out to Scratch using the online chat tool today ( XX/XX/XXXX ) to arrange for this refund and they said they could not expedite this or provide any information about when it will be processed, even though it is now 2 weeks overdue. I would like this refund to be processed and sent to me immediately.

The amount of the loan was XXXX due by XX/XX/XXXX with threats in the letter of legal proceedings if not paid by the XX/XX/XXXX date. I have no idea what this is. I have never applied for a loan of this type and have never received ANY money from XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX or Scratch LLC. I do not own or operate a business of any kind. I have attempted on several occasions to contact XXXX XXXX at the number provided on the letter I received ( ( XXXX ) XXXX to discuss this matter but have been unsuccessful. My most recent attempt to talk with XXXX representatives was this morning ( XX/XX/XXXX ) where I was on hold ( once again ) for over an hour before finally hanging up. I also sent an email today ( XX/XX/XXXX ) to the email address listed on the letter to XXXX communicating to them basically the same information I am currently communicating to you. In the email letter to them I requested they take immediate steps to investigate & correct this fraud attempt. Unfortunately, I have experienced identity theft in the past and have worked hard to protect myself from this type of theft / fraud. I do not want something like this to damage my credit rating or my name. If you can please investigate this fraud I would appreciate it a great deal.

XXXX XXXX XXXX Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX to my small business, XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX XXXX during the Covid- 19 pandemic. Since then, they have placed a hold code/flag on my account preventing me from receiving forgiveness for my second draw XXXX loan through my financial institution. The Small Business Administration alerted me that this company needs to remove this code before I can receive forgiveness for my loan. I have attempted to contact XXXX MULTIPLE times regarding this issue since I found out on XX/XX/XXXX. I was first told that this issue would be escalated to the appropriate team. On, XX/XX/XXXX, I called back to check the status and was told the code was cleared. I then contacted the XXXX to confirm and was told that it had not been cleared. I called XXXX back immediately and was told by another representative that they are actually still working on this request and are still verifying my loan information. Furthermore, my loan through XXXX is extremely past due, as they've allowed my and millions of other loans to go into default because they have mishandled this entire process! This will be my final step before I contact an attorney. I have no idea why any of these representatives aren't on the same page when it comes to my personal and sensitive information. However, I will not be contacting XXXX about this any longer.

I applied for a PPP loan thru XXXX XXXX XXXX like three years ago when covid was new. Scratch, and XXXXXXXX XXXX approved my loan, but sent it to some random persons bank account. XXXX and Scratch do not and have never had a system in place to account for mistakes, or even to help their own customers. Ive been calling for three years trying to reach them and tell them what theyre doing, via telephone and email and they most I can get out of them ( if their customer service line even answers your phone call at all ) is " oh we'll pass your issue up to someone and they'll reach out to you ''. Three years later and after hundreds of attempts to reach out and get help from XXXX, scratch, the sba, all they'll say is " we'll have someone reach out to you '' and I never hear from anyone again. Now they're sending me emails saying I owe them XXXX for a loan I was never issued. THREE YEARS. XXXXXXXX XXXX needs to be shut down. it is a scam service that will take your money and give you no avenues of reprisal. even their website where it has a button to say " does this loan information look correct? '' if you click on it it says to call their toll free number that is not in service XXXX. please help get this trash company away from me.

Back on XX/XX/2021 I received an email from Scratch loan servicing stating that my XXXX loan had been forgiven & is paid in full! I was excited & grateful for this. About a month or so later, I never saw this positive debt reflected on my commercial/business credit report. I found information on Scratch 's website stating that they do report to these bureaus, like XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have repeatedly called & emailed Scratch for about 2 months, receiving 1 reply that they will contact me back. To this date, I have not heard back from them. I then reached out to the lender directly, XXXX XXXX XXXX. They said they would contact Scratch on my behalf and that has had no results. I am requesting that Scratch honor their reporting guidelines as stated on their website, and I believe is a guideline/rule with the XXXX as well.

I had set up payroll allotments ( automatic payments out of paycheck ) which was required by XXXX XXXX to pay the loan. The payments were not applied to the loan in timely matter due to the loan servicer Scratch. There was issue on behalf of the loan servicer applying the payments to the account. There are late payments on my credit report, that I requested be removed. I have still not received the {$95.00} overpayment after my loan was paid off..
