I opened a line of credit with scratchXXXX to take care of XXXX XXXX Originally the loan was opened for {$1500.00} but I was informed that I was approved for over {$6000.00}. Later it was determined that I did not need that much money for my dog and only {$430.00}. They did not adjust the monthly payment of the loan for this amount. I called them and they said I needed to speak with my veterinarians office but I explained that my vets office was not open and if I waited the bill would be late. The woman I spoke with said there is a grace period I didnt have to worry about the bill being late. I called my vet and they said said they would notify ScratchXXXX and I would get a new bill. I did not get a new bill. I was hit with a late charge and I did make a payment but they are telling me the amount is incorrect. Also, today I needed to use {$170.00} of the loan and they said I will have no trouble adding this amount to my loan. Later after my vet added the amount to my balance I received a call from the vets office saying they took it back. I called scratchXXXX and they said my loan is no longer valid as of XX/XX/22 and that I needed to apply again. I applied and they denied me the funds. I dont know what to do. This is not a significant amount of debt but I dont feel like this is how loans work nor do I feel that I am being treated fairly.

I opened an account with Scratch Financial in XX/XX/XXXX. I have paid the monthly payments on time to-date. Their reporting of my account to credit bureaus showed I had only made two payments in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, which made my credit score diminish because it showed a high balance in XX/XX/XXXX and payments not made. I called Scratch Financial 7 times to correct the problem. I also filed a dispute with XXXX and they contacted Scratch Financial. Scratch Financial had 30 days to reply and they did not, so, they were deleted from my account and my credit score decreased by 32 points on the day XXXX removed Scratch Financial from my credit file. I need Scratch Financial to correct the error, but they have not to-date, and I have been dealing with them for the past 3 months to correct their mistake of not reporting my loan account status monthly. Their lack of reporting correctly has already cost me a loan. My credit score dropped XX/XX/XXXX and has been -38 points ever since. Hopefully you can do something. I am building my credit and I have worked hard to pay these XXXX on time to grow my credit!

I was offered to use XXXX XXXX to pay for an emergency veterinary visit. The amount was minimal, so when I tried to pay it off the next month, the system only allowed me to make a set payment of {$2.00} per month and to be paid with a credit card, not my debit card or checking account. I did this because I didn't have the patience or time to call customer service. I figured, how is this going to hurt my credit...? Finally, I decided to close the account once and for all, so I called customer service, and I felt the rep on the phone was stalling me and purposely did not want me to close the account. Now I think it is evident that this company deliberately wants to put derogatory occurrences, such as 'lates ' on my credit report to lower my score.

SCRATCH FINANCIAL INC has incorrectly reported that we didn't pay the balance in full on time even though the main report shows paid in full on time every single month, they have reported we missed a payment of {$18.00} at the end of the loan which is 100 % incorrect. we always paid {$98.00} on time every month then we get a random {$18.00} report we were never made aware of- We even paid the the {$18.00} just to be safe even though we didn't think it was owed due to the website saying account is " paid in full on time ''. this is 100 % accounting error and is holding me back from finically being able to go forward on a new home. Please see screen shots of them reporting all 100 % paid on time but then accidentally reporting a missed payment.

I took XXXX loans from scratchpay.com for sick animals. Over time, I paid the loan. At the time of the last payment on each loan, suddenly they dont want my credit card. I had to try to get them to bill the same card, but would not. The reason was largely because they had the incorrect information as to what was owned compared to what they wanted from the credit card. At the end, after it was paid, they reported the loans as write-offs, even though they were paid in full. The company refuses to justify the negative information on the credit report, nor correct it

It has come to my attention that the company, ScratchXXXX Financial Inc., has reported that I owe money and have a signed contract with the organization. However, I must strongly dispute the accuracy of this information, as it is entirely false and misleading. I want to make it clear that I do not owe ScratchXXXX Financial Inc. any money, nor do I have any signed contract with the company. It is both inaccurate and unjust for such information to be reflected on my credit report, as it has the potential to harm my creditworthiness and financial reputation.

XXXX account was opened 100 % fraudulently by somebody else that had stole my identification card! I had my taxes from the IRS stolen XXXX years in a row, and I had put a personal protection pin for my tax return, and when I return to my XXXX XXXX to check my tax information, and my credit score I found inaccurate fraud accounts opened up in my name that I would like removed please! A suspect has used my good credit, and squandered it by opening up fraudulent accounts that I would like taken off please!

Scratchpay uses XXXX to approve loans in my case for veterinary services. Scratchpay approved a 2 loans, one for {$200.00} and one for {$60.00}, for my pet XXXX and also withdrew a {$40.00} deposit and a {$12.00} deposit from my bank account. I received an email of Adverse Action based on XXXX - too many delinquent accounts - I have a 100 % stellar record with no delinquency and other misinformation on my credit report.

Well I got a email from scratch pay saying that it was paid and then something comes in the mail from you because they say that I owe scratch pay Money but I am not any of this I don't understand why they did this and I don't owe scratch pay anything because I didn't do this so can you please stop sending me stuff in the mail you don't have the right address in the first place

Scratch Financial in XXXX XXXX opened a line of credit using my name and social security number for another person. The loan has become past due and it is being reported to XXXX on my credit report. XXXX has lowered my credit rating. Scratch Financial will not clear up my credit unless I give them a loan ID and file a police report of Identity theft.
