DEAR SIR, I WOULD BE MOST GRATEFUL IF YOU COULD ASSIST IN WHATEVER WAYS YOU CAN SINCE I CAN NOT AFFORD A LAWYER. MY COMPALINT IS AGAINST CATCH LLC REPRESENTED BY LAWYERS XXXX.SCOTT LOWERY OF XXXX XXXX IN XXXX I HAVE A CREDIT CARD DEBT OF XXXX $ ( FROM XXXX.THEY SENT ME TO COLLECTION BECAUSE I MISED A FEW PAYMENTS WHEN I HAD NO JOB AFTER MOVING TO XXXX XXXX. ) I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE ABOVE LAWYERS FOR OVER A YEAR ALREADY ( AS AGREED WITH XXXX. SCOTT REP AT {$50.00} EVERY MONTH ) BUT I CAN NOT AFFORD TO STOP PAYMENT WHEN THIS IS DUE BECAUSE THEN THEY WILL ONLY ASK THE XXXX XXXX COURTS ( WHERE I WILL GET NO SAY ) TO COLLECT ON THEIR BEHALF. THE COURTS WILL IN TURN AGAIN TAKE MONEY ( THE AMOUNT OF WHICH I CAN NOT DETERMINE ) FROM MY SALARY. I HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE FOR A PERSONAL LOAN ( OF XXXX $ ALSO FROM XXXX XXXX XXXX. ) XXXX ( WHICH WAS BAILED OUT BY GOVERNMENT ) SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS AND I PAID XXXX SCOTT LOWERY FOR A WHOLE YEAR ( XXXX $ NOT TAKING INTO ACCOUNT WHAT I HAD ALREADY PAID THE BANK ) AND THEY SCAMMED ME. THEY SAID I WAS LATE FOR PAYMENTS AND TOOK THE WHOLE {$1200.00} AND POCKETED THE MONEY. THE AMOUNT PAID WAS NEVER PUT AGAINST THE LOAN REPAYMENT. I THEN STOPPED PAYMENT AND THEY THEN JUST TURNED AROUND TO THE XXXX XXXX XXXX TO COLLECT ON THEIR BEHALF. I GOT NO FAIR REPRESENTATION FROM THE COURTS AND THEY JUST USED THEIR AUTHORITY. TILL NOW THE COURTS ARE TAKING MONEY FROM MY SALARY AND I HAVE NO CLUE HOW MUCH AND FOR HOW LONG..THE COURTS HAVE NO EXPLAINATIONS FOR ME. THEY ONLY REPRESENT THE MEN IN SUITS. I THINK THIS IS A BIG SCAM ABOVE ANYTHING ELSE AND I LOOK AT THIS WHOLE SET UP AS EXTORTION AND/ OR ROBBERY IN BROAD DAYLIGHT. TO THAT EFFECT I WOULD BE MOST GRATEFUL IF GENTLEMEN, YOU COULD KINDLY ASSIST AND ADVISE AS TO WHEN, HOW AND WHERE I FINALLY PUT AN END TO THOSE DEBT PAYMENTS AND STOP DEALING WITH CROOKS AND SCAMMERS. I THINK THAT THOSE PEOPLE IN SUITS SHOULD ALSO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE LIKE ANY INDIVIDUAL. I 'VE DONE ALL I CAN TO PAY OF MY DEBTS AND I AM STILL WORKING HARD TO GET OUT OF DEBT TOTALLY HOWEVER IF I AM TO PAY {$1800.00} FOR MY WHOLE LIFE THEN I MIGHT AS WELL STOP WORKING ALTOGETHER AND LET THE STATE TAKE CARE OF ME..MAYBE THE STATE WILL THEN TAKE CARE OF MY DEBTS TOO. P. Scott Lowery, P.C. has been harassing me for years about debt they purchased from a Credit Company and pursued it in court in a case against me that was given a default judgement because I had neither means to know about, or attend to in any form or fashion due to extreme hardship at the time of their filing. It 's been over 6 years and they 're still periodically getting my address and sending me paperwork attempting to acquire information to take money from me without my consent through a banking or financial agency, and I do not have the means to get representation on my own. The paperwork contains threats of " Filed as in Contempt of Court '' for not answering , but I have reason to be suspicious of the reasons they are pressuring me to sign these documents. The debt is from XXXX , and was filed in court in XXXX without my knowledge. I am a XXXX XXXX veteran, and I can neither afford representation, nor can I afford to pay them, or deal with any potential trouble they can put me through, and due to my XXXX discharge being the reason I got left with the debt in the first place. I 'm unemployed and I can not work, and I refuse to give them any information that could be used to make my life miserable because of the system we currently live in.

Scott Lowery Law office contacted me about a alleged debt that supposedly I owe, I immediately responded back by mail to dispute the debt and to obtain verification and proof that I owe this debt. The paperwork that they sent back to me was arranged in a matter to represent a court filing and had my local courthouse name and address on it but no case number. The documentation provided was obviously forged because the contract they sent had multiple signature dates, no signatures and other fabricated. documents and documents with no reference to the original account number and no direct link to me as the creator of the debt. I sent a certified follow up letter disputing the information that they provided and have not received a response back yet.

XXXX XXXX 2016 received a letter from XXXXScott Lowery P.C with alleged amount of debt of {$4600.00} I owe XXXX XXXX and XXXX. Checked my credit report and didnt find any of them there. On XX/XX/XXXX2016 sent XXXXScott Lowery P.C notirized letter of demand for validation. Certified mail indicates it was received by XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX2016. Havent received anything. But XX/XX/XXXX2016 ( sunday ) a courier called me and handled me summons for court. Tried to contact XXXXScott Lowery P.C ( XXXX XXXX, # XXXX ) to find out what 's going on. Left voice messages. No answer. XXXXScott Lowery P.C sent me new paperworks trying to get me signed. Have copies of all paperworks.

The XXXX Scott Lowery, P.C. law firm is representing XXXX , XXXX in collecting a debt I do not owe. The name on the account is not my legal name and I believe the account was created from identity theft. A judgment for {$160000.00} was granted against me. This has been a series of long and never ending harassment events over the past 2-3 years. I have pending complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX with the Oklahoma Bar Association for unethical behavior. Also, I have provided a valid and notarized ID Theft Affidavit to XXXX Scott Lowery, P.C. law firm. I seeking all monies garnished and collected from me to be returned and release the judgment.

I have been paying on a loan to this collection group, XXXX, for over 5 years through a credit counseling agency and the collection group refuses to send me or the counseling agency balance due information or acknowledgment of receipt of payments. When I call, they say they ca n't talk to me and when the counseling agency calls, they can not get documentation or a return call. Sometimes the counseling agency is put on hold indefinitely.
