Law firm sent ( attached ) document to my home residence for a matter involving a company I was just a former employee of that owes them money. Listed my name and dba the company when I was only an employee. Called them directly, spoke to XXXX XXXX at XXXX. He said they will keep calling and will be suing me directly for the money owed even though I was only an employee and the only way to stop this was to 1. Get my former employer to pay them or 2. Get an attorney and sue them then they would reverse this. I told them they had no legal right to do this and he hung up on me.
Repeated calls to my personal cell phone daily threatening legal action as well. I do not answer these but all of this is not only harassment, but knowingly and admittedly illegal as well.
