turned in leased vehicle, which I was suppose to either get another leased vehicle, or a new vehicle. I purchased a new vehicle in 2006. I was charged even though the agreement was that I would be able to take ownership and make payments. My car was repossed in XXXX the creditor changed hands 3 times, each time extending my lateness. car was sold at auction. it has been over 10 years and XXXX continues to have no information of my payment history, yet they do not know how much I paid, they say I have no late payments, they closed account and tell me I still owe XXXX. It was 10 years ago I purchased an XXXX, between my lease return, and purchasing the new vehicle, the XXXX original lender, sold my car note, then XXXX owned it and sold the note again to XXXX. XXXX is charging me for a repossession they have no explanation for what late payments, what paymens were made, and it is long overdue to remove this from my credit report since it looks like I own XXXX cars. my personal information was exchanged through all these agencies, and sensitive information. Phone calls 6x daily for years. I am now on XXXX, I was able to have XXXX and XXXX remove from credit report, but XXXX will not. They say it is closed account with outstanding balance of XXXX they charged me as if I never turned in the leased vehicle fully paid on time, added insurances I declined, and threatened me when I told them I was going to contact XXXX in Ohio XXXX the sales dealership was XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Ohio. I have no agreement with XXXX.

I had a collection debt put on my credit file with XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX with a debt I do not recognize, nor owe, The creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX a 3rd party, the original creditor XXXX XXXX over billed a closed account, XXXX XXXX XXXX is a 3rd party collection service, that never sent me anything. only called and harassed me with 5 calls daily, left no messages, I called their number repetitively, I told them to send it back to original creditor ... they instead listed on my credit file in violation of Fair Credit Reporting act,, violating my rights, having never allowed my right to respond or dilute.
