I went in to sign the documents for the transfer of the home to my Dad.s name and the loan officer XXXX XXXX XXXX NMLS # XXXX told me not to make the current mortgage payment, he stated that since it was transferring to my dad 's name I did not have to make a payment. In good faith, I trusted him due to him being a professional in the mortgage industry. Taking his advice I did not make the payment.
I then got a notification from my credit apps that my credit score dropped XXXX points due to late mortgage payments. I was so upset due to my goal of always having good credit. I always pay all my bills on time. I let Mr. XXXX know of the situation, he let me know he was going to fix it and to give him until XX/XX/2020. He told me this on XX/XX/2020.
I later found out he opened an account with the jewelry store in front of the office he works at. Mr. XXXX took me as a fool and said he contacted the credit department to fix my credit when in reality he opened an account under my name with my social security number without my permission. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I was furious with his actions. I never gave him permission to do that and to top it off him lying to me and telling me to give him more time, I have text message proof that Mr. XXXX lied to me and opened an account without my permission. I have contacted his office manager XXXX at Scenic Oaks Funding XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX CA XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX. They continue to make excuses to meet with me. I am completely exhausted in this situation and am tired and disgusted with their practices and behavior.
I sold this property due to my goal of buying a house and getting a school loan at the beginning of this year. this is a huge derogatory mark on my credit and now ruined my goal to buy a home due to Mr. XXXX 's unethical behavior.
I do have proof of what Mr. XXXX has done through text messages he has sent me.
