Five years agoon XXXX XXXX, 2012, my wife ( a XXXX XXXX ) and I signed off on an installment plan loan with a XXXX XXXX specialized lender, XXXX XXXX. The loan amount of {$7800.00} was to be paid back in 120 monthly installments over a period of 10 years. The interest rate of 12.5 % was set by the lender and presented to us as a fair deal. The monthly payments of {$11000.00} appeared to be an amount that my wife and I could afford at that time. The loan was presented to us by the renowned local XXXX dealer, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, in XXXX, NC. We did not receive proper counseling about the details of the actual interest payments versus premium payoff that we would face over the next decade. In all fairness, the total amount of expected interest payments was listed in the contract that we signed. My wife and I were sure that we would afford larger monthly payments than the required {$110.00}, and would therefore be bale to pay off the loan much earlier that the anticipated 10 year loan period. Unfortunately, we did not pay attention to the fact that the industry a-typically long duration of the loan would entail paying mostly interests in the first 5 years of the loan. Only today, and after many phone calls with the lender did we learn that a 10 year loan was highly unfavorable for our specific purposes, needs, and financial situation. Almost 5 years into the loan, we have already paid over {$6700.00} and still owe a {$5200.00} payoff sum. Had we been counseled more thoroughly, we would have certainly opted for a 60 month loan instead, and would by now almost have paid off the total premium and interests. The original loan details were made in bad faith and took advantage of our eagerness to buy a good quality XXXX for my wife 's career outlook as a XXXX XXXX.

On XX/XX/2018, I recevied a letter from XXXX XXXX, showing that my account with them was paid in full. XXXX XXXX, the Assistant Manager for Customer Service Department of XXXX sent the letter to my email. However, on the XXXX Credit Reporting System, XXXX continues to show that I have a late pay, ( which I don't ), and they show me 30-45 days delinquent although I have made past payments on time and paid the balance off completely. Each day this stays on my credit report, the days delinquent increase. I have contacted them and discussed the situation with them, it continues to remain on my report. This also has an impace on my credit score, causing it to drop. XXXX has also locked me out of my account but I can not get assistance with this over the phone with XXXX. The lock out is due to me perhaps answering one of my security questions incorrectly. So at this point I can not get in to see the details of my XXXX Report. The reps at XXXX do not speak clearly on the phone therefore it's difficult to get anything resolved. This dispute continues to go on and on eventhough I have paid this account in full.

I am a XXXX man with hearing problems. I purchased a hearing aid which was sold to me as 12 months same as cash. I received a coupon booklet with payments starting in XX/XX/XXXX. I have made every single payment starting on XX/XX/XXXX with the impression I would not own any interest. XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from Allegro Credit stating I owned {$610.00} interest. I called Allegro and they stated they sent a notice XX/XX/XXXX regarding this I never received this notice, furthermore, they never sent any monthly notice reminding me what I owed and when the same as cash ended. I find this very deception. Why would they not send me a monthly statement, and only provide a coupon book that started in XX/XX/XXXX. As a lender they should be required to give me a monthly statement. I now owe money that I will need to borrower as I can not pay this. This should be illegal for Allegro to be so deceptive.

I received a loan from XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$2400.00}. First payment was due on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of XXXX. I received a payment invoice an made the first payment on XX/XX/XXXX. However, I have not received any invoices or payment coupons for the rest of the payments. I called XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and asked about the payment coupons. I was told the coupon book was mailed to me on XX/XX/XXXX but the post office is 2 months behind in delivering mail. I made the XX/XX/XXXX payment by mailing directly to XXXX without a coupon. I asked to have a new coupon book mailed to me by overnight mail but was told that could not be done. I asked to speak to a manager but was put on hold and no one answered the call.

I had an installment agreement with XXXX XXXX, i had an outstanding balance of {$210.00} in XXXX of XXXX i filed for chapter XXXX bankruptcy in XXXX XXXX and XXXX ACCEPTANCE was included as a creditor. I was XXXX in XXXX of XXXX. XXXX XXXX is willfully ignoring the court injunction to cease collection activities by reporting to credit agencies other than a XXXX balance and that it is a charge off. I make online payments, on time, then find out ten to twenty days later that the payment did n't go through. The company then charges me {$140.00} late fee for a monthly due amount {$110.00}. This has happened 3 times in 4 months. They do not send out statements and do not offer them online. I can not verify my amount owed through their records.
