I received 2 different alerts on different days ( Savvy Money on XX/XX/ and XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/ ) from 2 different credit monitoring companies ( Savvy Money through XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX through XXXX XXXX XXXX ) advising me that my score had dropped significantly. ( XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX to XXXX XXXX point drop and Savvy Money Inc XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to XXXX point drop. I am unable to reach a live person at neither companies. So, I called XXXX and spoke to XXXX to ask how I could reach them, she advised that she " XXXX '' their contact information and advised me to go on line and submit a question to them which I had already done and no response as of this note. I asked her to have a supervisor call me back, no one has called me back. I also called XXXX XXXX directly, I spoke to XXXX ( requested a supervisor to call me back on Friday XX/XX/22, no call. I called back today XX/XX/ and spoke to XXXX ( in the Fraud Investigation dept. ) which I asked him to transfer me to a supervisor in the US because him and XXXX basically sounded like they were reading from a script and could not tell my why there was such a large drop in my score when there had been no late payments, or anything that would speak to the large drop. I did have 1 hard inquiry but that only speaks to a few points. XXXX transferred me to XXXX in the US a and she could not explain the drop. All 3 of them told me to contact the credit monitoring service which I have been unsuccessful in reaching a live person. I was even advised to go to XXXX. When I asked why and stated that the website would not be able to tell me why my score dropped I received silence. I'm getting bounced around and not getting answers. I asked XXXX to have her manager call me since she was not telling why the drop happened, she only gave possibilities, nothing specific. I want my credit score restored. This has impacted my me and caused a lot of stress over the last 4-5 days. I need answers. XXXX XXXX/used the XXXX XXXX scoring model and Savvy Money uses XXXX XXXX XXXX scoring model. Please help me. It is outrageous and unfair to ask an everyday citizen to fix a problem like this. Service is definitely lacking with every person I spoke to. I honestly thought I would get this resolved but after 10+ calls and no return calls I hoping you can help me.

My credit report shows I am delinquent but I have not open accounts that are delinquent. Only open account I have are mortgage company and I pay in time. A bank loan that for RV that I pay on time. I was in XXXX XXXX bankruptcy three years back and paying the trustee. XXXX XXXX in Illinois. My credit report shows paying two of three on time. No clue what account is not being paid on time.

I keep getting emails fradulently representing to be from one of my credit unions that show a sharp drop in my credit score. The credit union says they are not from them, and a check of my scores through another site shos no drop. A close look reveals the actual sender to be : XXXX XXXX
