Despite multiple notifications to XXXX regarding the constant reporting of an incorrect amount owed by SATURN SYSTEMS - XXXX, the issue persists. I have repeatedly informed XXXX that I have never made direct payments to SATURN SYSTEMS. Instead, I make payments to the original creditor, XXXX XXXX, for which I owe only {$300.00}. Any medical debt under {$500.00} should be promptly removed from my credit report. Please refer to the attached recent bill from XXXX, which clearly indicates a balance of {$300.00}.
Failing to rectify this account after being informed of its inaccuracy would be a violation of my rights under the FCRA. Enclosed, you will find copies of the bill showing a {$300.00} balance owed.
I'm also attaching proof that XXXX is allowing the reporting of the balance owed to constantly be increased and decreased. It is now increased to showing over {$600.00}.
