I went to a dealership on XXXX/XXXX/15 and chose a car from the few that he was willing to work with me on. He told me i had to put some sort of deposit down in order to even HOLD the car so no one else would purchase the vehicle. He also stated that he would not cash the money order until i brought the other portion of the down payment as well as the dealer services of {$99.00}.
Less than a week later on ( XXXX/XXXX/15 ). I have realized that i can not afford to get that car as it is a luxury vehicle and way out of my price range. I called the dealer and he told me that he had deposited the money order on XXXX/XXXX/15 and i would have to wait for this to clear the bank.
I then called the bank and was informed that the money order had actually been cashed on XXXX/XXXX/15. He refuses to have a professional conversation with me over the phone and refuses to refund my money.
I have not signed a finance agreement or contract or anything of that matter. I do not have a car. I have nothing to show for what is going on other than the receipts and the blank page that he sent me home with to get references for this deal.
