XXXX XXXX is trying to sue me and garnish my wages for debt that was created well over 3 years ago. In Mississippi, the statue of limitations state that after 3 years, they legally can not do that. They turned my sent over to a collection company called Sanford and Adams in XXXX Mississippi. They canning keep violating my rights and trying to take my hard earned wages. Something needs to be done. XXXX currently has a lawsuit against them relates to outrageous overdraft fees!
