My HR Generalist came to speak with me in regards to a letter she received from XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX. This letter states that I owe a remaining balance of {$210.00} for interest. I have paid the judgment in full as of my paycheck dated XX/XX/2017. I have in fact paid a total of {$1900.00} ( the judgment total amount was {$1700.00} ). I have never received any notification from this company in regards to anything, including the actual documentation to go to court. I was never given the opportunity to appear in court or dispute anything in regards to this debt. I did allow my wages to be garnished because I was unaware that I could dispute it. I do not believe I owe them any further monies. The only reason I am aware of this is because my HR brought it to my attention. I do have documentation showing the amount that was to be garnished from my wages ( showing {$1700.00} ), I have documentation showing the amount taken from wages ( {$1900.00} ), & I have a copy of the emailed to my company requesting an additional {$210.00} if needed. I do no have any documents that were send to me because they have not sent me anything.

Today XX/XX/XXXX I was contacted by a XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX phone number XXXX. He stated a complaint has been filed against me in XXXX XXXX XXXX and I needed to contact a number with file number to get more information.
I contacted the other number XXXX and provided the file number, I was transferred to a legal person XXXX XXXX who stated they we going to be suing me for a past debt with Salander Enterprises LLC. She said if it hadn't been filled though that I could settle the debt by end of today. I was then sent a document via XXXX XXXX to sign and provide a payment method.
I have never done business with either of these companies and I have told them I needed proof of the original debtor before continuing. They have yet to provide this to me.
Researching further the address in letter head of document sent to me is an address for a XXXX XXXX company in business since XXXX.

I just found out that my wages are being garnished. I didn't get any notification and actually Paid for an attorney to assist me with the debt collector. I thought that someone would contact me either via mail or E-mail to inform me of some sort of date that I need to appear. At least ask about my budget to determine how much I can afford each month. Didn't happen. I don't know what to do and am going to end up homeless with 1/4 of my check taken.
