I got my credit repair account with Credit Saint XX/XX/XXXX. I was not charged until XX/XX/XXXX. Throughout my tenure with this company I was actively reviewing the progress that was being made on my account. I saw that multiple removals were being made so I decided to stay with this agency as it seemed they were making great progress. It wasn't until I decided to comb through my credit report in XXXX of XXXX ( after 8 months with Credit Saint ) that I realized that majority of the " removals '' they were reporting to my account weren't actually being removed from my credit reports. I called, and spoke to the representatives and they told me they would conduct an audit of my account so I could get a more accurate reporting and they would call back with my results in 2-3 days. They never called back. I went into my client portal and they updated my account with the accurate reporting from the audit, and to my surprise majority of the " removals '' they reported had not actually been removed. I called Credit Saint to cancel my service immediately on XX/XX/XXXX, and they told me that I didn't qualify for any refunds ( even though they mislead me for months on the productivity of their services ) I fought back and they ended up granting me their 3 month guarantee refund as well as my last payment that they deducted from my bank account resulting in 4 months of my money returned. I also learned that they are suppose to conduct a monthly audit on their end to ensure they are reporting accurate information to their customers and that they " dropped the ball on my account, and will do an internal investigation to make sure this doesn't happen to future customers ''. Fast forward to 15 days after the " refund '' and still no money in my account. I called my bank to see what the hold up was and they confirmed that they never received a refund from Credit Saint. I call Credit Saint with this information, and they told me its the banks fault and that they issued the refund on the XXXX of XXXX. I have receipts stating that they refunded me on the XXXX as well. After fighting back I learn that they didn't actually issue any refund. I gave them my information yet again, but as of now I have not received anything from Credit Saint in my account. -I was mislead with the productivity of my account. - I was told verbatim from the higher ups that they dropped the ball are reported false information for the entire time I was their client -Im not sure if any work was done prior to them charging me

I hire Credit Saint for repair my credit, they offer me the best package for initial payment of {$190.00} dollars and $ XXXXmonthly payment after that.
they told me if after 90 days no result they return the money when the 90 days my account still almost the same they remove 3 items on XXXX the same in XXXX nothing in XXXX when I called at 90 days they told me wait for another 45 days to remove for items they schedule a call at XX/XX/XXXX XXXX ; XXXX XXXX but nothing was removed still the same. when i tried to cancel a manager called me telling they don't return the money because they working on it and suddenly appear in the web site of them XXXX items removed on XXXX and XXXX XXXX around 6 We started on XX/XX/2022 they collect the first payment of {$190.00} XX/XX/XXXX second payment XX/XX/XXXX {$110.00} Third payment XX/XX/XXXX {$110.00} Fourth payment XX/XX/XXXX {$110.00}

I have been desperately trying to correct my credit report after XXXX Bank and XXXX XXXX made entirely false reports of missed payments on accounts that were never late. The Credit Bureaus have illegally neglected to follow the law. In distress, I signed up for Credit Saint. Their offer was to refund the fee if the issues are not resolved within 90 days. They scammed me for money from me and have not addressed the false reporting from XXXX and XXXX XXXX. My XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card has flagged them as fraud. I can not believe how injust this entire situation has become.
