SOS Loans, LLC has a public record listed on my report as of XX/XX/XXXX. I was never served with any paperwork leading to this judgement. As soon as I saw this on my credit report I called and made arrangements but they refuse to remove from all XXXX credit bureaus. Even though they lied in court to get a judgment i was never notified about. My husband was tragically killed in a car accident on XX/XX/XXXX. I have XXXX children & no life insurance policy for him. I 'm not or never have i ignored there letters but i never received anything from sos loans inc

This company has continued to call me at work. I have told them multiple times that I can not take calls at work. The most recent call was by XXXX ( for the second time ) at XXXX on XX/XX/18. I told him previously this was not a good number and I can not take calls at work. He calls again and I say the same thing and he says " oh no this is a great number to call you at ''. He poses as a customer in order to be transferred to me.

While checking my personal credit report, which I acquired from XXXX I noticed an inquiry made by your company " SOS LOANS INC '' on XXXX/XXXX/2015.
I did not authorize anyone employed by your company to make an inquiry and view my credit report. You have violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 1681b ( c ). You are not legally entitled to make the inquiry. This is a serious breach of my privacy rights.
