Russel Collection Agency in XXXX MI has reported 4 accounts to my XXXX credit report. These four accounts appear to be from ONE medical bill but have duplicated as 4. They refuse to provide me proof that I in fact owe this debt. I do not recall ever using the services of the XXXX XXXX XXXX that they are collecting for. I have sent multiple requests in writing to them asking for debt verification and proofs to be sent to me. I have not received anything back from them. I had never received a bill or anything from the XXXX XXXX XXXX. My medical insurance would have paid the bill had a bill ever been sent out to me or my insurance. I would also like to point out if someone did have a bill with this medical center it would be ONE account and not FOUR as was reported to my credit report. I have also filed Bankruptcy and since they would not send verification of this debt or remove it from my credit report it was added into my bankruptcy. So the account shows a XXXX balance on my credit report HOWEVER it is still showing up as FOUR collection accounts and as an open file. Since I filed bankruptcy the file would be closed. I do not owe this debt and it is not right for them to continue to report that I do and refuse to provide me with proof and refuse to remove it from my credit.

After looking over my credit report I ran across a collection from this agency. They are reporting on my credit report so I send them a certified letter with conf # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in which they are still reporting inaccurate and incomplete information on my credit report. My lawful consumer right allows me to compel you to eradicate any and all aspects of injurious adversary and or derogatory accusations not entirely true, correct, complete, timely, mine, my responsibility, or else wise compliant and furthermore PROVEN in testimonial certificate of fact to be compliant to all aspects of reporting regulations, laws, precedence, and standards of reporting practices TO INCLUDE irrefutable physical evidence of your perfect METRO 2 COMPLIANCE! A deficiency in one or all is unlawful and makes you liable to me should I elect to gain suitable resolution. I received no response according to my letter.

Hello, I am reaching out for help because recently I sent out letters via certified mail to XXXX Collection located in XXXX Michigan to let them know that theyre in violation of my HIPPA rights. They received my letter XX/XX/XXXX and I received a response in the mail XX/XX/XXXX of statements claiming that I owe {$90.00} and {$140.00}. On both statements they include services received which was XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX And XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX complete. Within my letter I asked that they provide a copy of my signature with the provider of service to release my medical information to them, XXXX collection failed to do so. I also asked them to cease any credit bureau reporting until the debt has been validated by me, which they have also failed to do. My privacy was violated in which I am protected by HIPPA laws.

XXXX is not removing or blocking an account per FCRA regulations when I submitted an Identity theft report claiming I was a victim of ID theft. I'm attaching the report for your records. There are 8 accounts reporting to XXXX which are fraudaulent & I'D like them removed from my report. They claim they verified the accounts with the company but I'm truly confused how they can verify a fraudulent account. I believe they feel they're above the law & I'd like this matter handled ASAP as it's damaging my credit & impacting my emotional & physical health.

XXXX and XXXX have both completed their research and determined that RUSSELL COLLECTION was not established by myself but XXXX keeps verifying this accounts. Also, when I called the company they responded that XXXX did not send them all of the verifying evidence to confirm each account is unverified.

I notice an incorrect collection account on my credit report from Russell Collection Services in the amount of XXXX. I dispute this information with the company in XX/XX/2018 which I didn't receive a response. On XX/XX/2018 dispute the info with Credit Bureaus which I received a response account verified. Ask for the steps how was it verified in still no response. Call Russell collection and still have received proof of account. I am a victim of identity theft

I need to know more information about this debt. I want to see records. I did not receive any mail indicated I owed anything to anyone. All my accounts are paid up and then this random one shows up and claims Ive been in default since XXXX of 2021? Ive never even used XXXX XXXX. I need to know dates and be send the evidence because I am taking this to court if we dont figure this out. This is making my otherwise great credit look terrible.

I was not notified of the attempt to collect on the debt. I recently found out about it when I looked into my credit report. I called the agency & they stated that they did not have my apt number & that the letters were returned back to them. They obtained my cc # from me. Also this was a car accident had I known about the bills I would have submitted them to my car insurance to cover them.

I was insured by state of MI insurance from an injury ( personal ) but the collections company keeps mailing out notices on a debt I do n't owe and it was supposed to be paid by the insurance company.
