I was contacted several times by R.S.B EQUITY GROUP. about a payday loan that I had taken out. They said the y had retained the rights of the loan because of none payment they supplied me with the company the company name and information witch was all correct, I asked them to email documents and I did. We came to an agreement on paying the loan. I payed them and now I 'm being told that I 'm soon to be served papers by a process server to go to court for bank fraud. because this matter has not been settled. I 've done research to find out this buisnes is in trouble with the state of GA. for these same practice ' XXXX what can I do to solve this problem and recoup my money and clear my name.
