I have tried repeatedly asking RRD Financial LLC to prove I owe any debt and they have continued to violate my rights by not providing me with the proper info according to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act section 1692g. They state they are going to charge me to send any documents which is another violation. Furthermore, they have now stolen my vehicle and it has been documented that they are in possession of stolen property as they never had my permission to steal my vehicle. They have also stolen my personal property and money inside my vehicle. They tried to coerce payment and extort me by advising they will give my info to the consumer reporting agencies. I told them I do not consent to sharing any of my personal info with anyone and to remove any reporting as I am disputing anything they state I owe. I requested info regarding where I have given them permission to give my personal info to anyone. They have not provided it and now violating my right to privacy. I requested they cease sharing my info with anyone as that is violating my right to privacy. This has me great injury and identity theft.

I have been paying the car until now with a few days late, the people at the bank are very rude, last month I paid XXXX dollars for the delay and it had not been more than a month on the same day they sent the tow truck and me They took the car when I had already paid for it, now it is only one day late and they are calling me at XXXX XXXX in the morning and when they are only 7 days late they turn off the car I pay XXXX dollars when they are 7 days late and I have to pay XXXX every 15 days they give me a terrible service I have asked for help to try to make a new contract and pay the monthly car and they do not want to accept I need help for a new contract or return the car without damaging my credit Name of the company RRD FINANCIAL
