On XX/XX/18 I was called into the HR office where I work about a wage garnishment, I had not received any notification from Rothberg Logan and Warsco LLP at my home or through the XXXX County Court System. They have been garnishing my wages for several years, they have caused my daughter and I to live in a state of oppression for several years. I have a set a court date I knew nothing about until today. On several occasions they say they have not received payments that have been sent, they have put levys on my bank account, causing bills to not be paid or paid late, I have asked for them to put me on a payment plan that I can afford and the last few times I have requested to do so they want XXXX, bank statements, check stubs, etc., and to take things to court, or for things to be faxed to them when I have no access to a fax machine and cant afford to mail all that information.
Also, I want to state that I was not served by the court I was served by my employer. Which I believe should have come from the court not the HR department.
Also in the six years I have had to deal with this company not once have I seen a proof of obligation just letters stating I owe them money.

On XXXX of XXXX the Collection Agency contacted my Garnishee ( Employer ) to redirect the payments to them in violation to the FDCPA and BCFPA policy under Communication ... away from XXXX County Superior Court Clerk 's office before the Court granted Order was given on XX/XX/XXXX.
This same Collection Agency operated in Indiana illegally for years without a license as it was required of them under the Indiana Code, if it was required from XXXX to XXXX, as well as, from the beginning of XXXX.
