Have been receiving phone calls for months from this Company. They call asking for someone who is not related to my phone number. I have told them repeatedly, repeatedly that I do not know the person they seek, and after several calls asked them to stop calling my phone. I was told on more than two occasions that they would stop calling, but I continue to receive their harassing and threatening calls. Calls state some kind of complaint action filed. When I would ask for specific information or ask to speak to someone in charge I always get some kind of smart-alec attitude and then they hang up on me. I should not have to become extremely angry to get someone to pay attention to the fact that they have an incorrect phone number and are calling and harassing someone that knows absolutely nothing about the person or the debt they are asking about. This is absolutely outrageous that these people are allowed to continue this kind of unnecessary intrusion into innocent bystanders lives. These unscrupulous businesses should be fined or caused to cease this activity. Better yet, give me their home phone numbers so that I can return their unkindness and call them continually for months harassing them about something they know nothing about. They call using these different phone numbers, to camouflage who is calling, so people can not even know how many countless times they have been harassed. This company should have their phone service discontinued!

Today, XX/XX/2018 I was sent an email from the " director '' of Ross Financial Recovery Group. His email stated that I owe XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX {$590.00}. I actually owe XXXX XXXX XXXX {$560.00}. The reason I know this is fake is because my address is wrong and so is my employer.
