I was contacted on Saturday about a loan I supposedly took out in 2011 from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX if I paid {$590.00} that day, the issue would be resolved even though I owed {$790.00}. When asked the original amount of the loan, XXXX could not give an answer - just advised somewhere between $ XXXX {$500.00}. When doing research on this Rosen Management, come to find out they have multiple complaints filed against them. A phone number for XXXX XXXX XXXX was found and called. They knew nothing about a loan, yet tried to sell me Protein Muscle Builder for body builders? I was then contacted today by a local number telling me legal action was going be taken if I did not pay my debts - basically calling me a deadbeat. When asked to send me the validation of debt paperwork, along with how to dispute this fraudulent activity, the gentleman declined. Per state of Wisconsin law, I have the right to request this information and it has to be sent within 5 days. Instead I was advised that my employment information had been verified and I can be expecting my wages to be garnished before being hung up on. This is not a legitimate company, and according to my attorney I have the right to request the above paperwork. Complaints have also been filed with the Federal Consumer Protection agency, along with the Consumer Finance agency.

I get numerous calls daily from XXXX different numbers that all seem to lead back to the same place, which I believe to be a scam. The XXXX numbers are XXXX, XXXX and XXXX from XXXX women named XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. They do not answer the phone with the name of the company, you have to ask them who they are, they just answer litigation or something of that nature. They give the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX as their company name, but can not find anything regarding that name, except a XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX.
They claim that I owe a debt in the amount of {$680.00} from 2011, a payday loan through XXXX XXXX. I explained to them that I do not owe this debt, I have never taken out a payday loan, and why did it take them 5 years to finally collect on this debt. XXXX told me that since all things point back to my information that I am solely responsible for the debt and can not fight it, or it will be sent to court for collection. I did ask for a debt validation notice or something with my signature showing I signed for the debt. She claimed that she does not have that information and can not get it, that I would have already gotten it from the original debtor. I have asked them not to call me again, as I believe they are a scam! All I have are phone numbers, no address.

I was contacted by XXXX XXXX. She stated I had a debt with XXXX XXXX XXXX, for a loan I took out online in XXXX. I told her I do n't remember taking out a loan during that time and asked her to mail me a copy of the paperwork. She stated she can email me but can not mail it because it force a wage garnishment against me. She emailed me the paperwork on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and I pulled my credit report. This company is not on my credit report and I called XXXX today and made a dispute about this bill and she informed the bill has gone back to the original creditor. I told her I wanted the paperwork mailed to me and she claim she will. I do not owe this debt nor have I taken out a loan with company. Also, on the email link she sent me, another name was on the email, Rosen Management Services. I do n't know who they are either. It is scary how they received my personal information.

Rosen Mgmt at XXXX has been calling me about a debt that I do not have any knowledge of owing from 2011. They are claiming i took out a payday loan and did not pay it back. I have no knowledge of said loan. Then she claimed to be from the garnsihment dept of Rosen Mgmt and my pay was about to be garnished unless I paid said debt. I asked them for information on the debt and she stated I should have received it in the mail. I said i have not received anything from you company. She then stated it was sent cerftfied mail. I said could you send it again. I have been waiting 2 weeks. But, this debt collector called my place of employment. Claim # XXXX. I 'm also getting a robo call once a day from them using various numbers.

I have received several phone call from a company called ROsen Management Services. I sent them an email stating that I disputed this debt and if the debt was real to send me all the paperwork or bill pertaining to this debt. Also stated from this day forward XXXX/XXXX/2016 at XXXX you are not to contact me or my employer. and then they sent a Vertification of Employment to my Human Resoursed department yesterday at XXXX. I just want this to stop. They have also contacted my Ex husband and told him that I was going to be arrested if I did not take care of this within the hour.

The debt through XXXX is paid and has never been sold.The payments were not going to that company. The XXXX payment went to Rosen Management and the second payment went XXXX XXXX which cell phone accessories. They continue to call and harass me for more money. I have disputes in about the XXXX payments with XXXX.
