On XXXX. XXXX, 2023 Rosegate Mortgage , LLC ran my credit via a third party company by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with out consent. I was in the process of getting prequalified for a mortgage and sent my tax documents and before you know it without any communication at all a hard pull was done on my husband and I credit this was alarming and caught us off guard as we experienced our identity being compromised. Aside from the fact that this disrupted other things we had going on we simply wished we would of been ASKED. The representative XXXX XXXX seemed frustrated with me not accepting the fact that she didnt follow standard protocol and even then I wanted to fix things but she actually contacted my realtor to let him know we will not be working together anymore. Just POOR accountability and business. I was contacted by another representative by the name of XXXX who took accountability on her behalf and ensured me they'd be working to remove said inquiry, but I haven't heard back and this is now affected my home loan and car refi.
