I received a call on XXXX/XXXX/15 from a Rose and Associates stating they were calling to verify employment. She then begin to tell me that my wages are going to be garnished due to an imaging report that was read by a XXXX XXXX ( whom I 've never seen ) almost XXXX years ago and he never received payment for it. I started asking questions b/c I was really confused and did not remember any such thing. She seem to get irritated when I started asking her questions about the original creditor and what steps I needed to take to get this figured out. She said to me, you should have paid this when the bill was due and I would n't have this problem. Well i think that was very harsh. What would she say if this debt was in fact an error and it was n't me? That would be falsely accusing me of not paying my bills which is HARASSMENT She then said that the balance was {$300.00} and now it has turned into {$3000.00} and if I do n't pay she will start taking money from my account and if I wanted to pay today she will drop it back down to {$300.00}. I advised her that I knew nothing about this debt and I was n't paying without validation. She was very rude and hung up on me. I called back and spoke with a XXXX whom was rude as well and asked could someone send me a validation of debt. He advised that the person that handles that was on a call and she would have to call me back. I never received a phone call back. I called today and spoke with a XXXX who said she was the general manager. I was trying to explain to her that i wanted a validation of debt and no one ever called my back and that I was hung up on previously. She then got mad and said that i was lying no one hung up on me. She also stated that I was being rude ( which is a lie because I have the call recorded ) I started asking her why she was so angry and she kept yelling in the phone and told me not to call her office back anymore. The only reason i called their office back in the first place was because I was told I would get a call back and did not. Everyone I have spoken with in this office was very unprofessional and rude. They are also not accredited with the XXXX. And on the XXXX website it states that this business is closed. I would also like to know if this collection agency is even licensed to collect in the state of XXXX since they are based out of XXXX. Something needs to be done about this office and the way they conduct business. As the consumer I tried doing my part by requesting a validation of debt. she also stated that it would take up to 30-60 days to send out the validation of debt and I said to her by law if a validation of debt is requested it has to be sent to the consumer and normally only takes XXXX days. She told me.. '' well by law I can do whatever I want to do ''. They are a shady business and I want no further connection with them. This woman called me out of my name and accused me of being rude to her and I wasnt.

About a week and a half ago I received a call from a number marked Private, the lady said she was from Rose and Associates and she was looking for my boyfriend to verify employment. I gave her his phone number.
Today, Wednesday, XXXX XXXX, 2015 at XXXX XXXX I received another call from a number marked Private from a lady claiming she was from Rose and Associates, again asking for my boyfriend. She gave me a return number of XXXX so I called it from my work phone and told her to take my number off of his name. She would n't give me any information about what the call was regarding other than " employment verification ''. I told her I thought it was illegal for collectors to mark their calls " private '' and she said it was not.

I was contacted by a Rose & Associates regarding a supposed old debt from a XXXX XXXX XXXX out of XXXX GA. They told me if I did not agree to pay {$300.00} in 10 days, that attorney fees would be garnished from our checking account. I made a {$50.00} payment over the phone. They called from a XXXX number but told me they were out of XXXX The number that called me was XXXX and the lady was XXXX. They also emailed me a confirmation. Something did not sound right so I googled and found many complaints, leading me to the suspicion that they were a scam and now they have my credit card info.

This is a XXXX time filing a complaint against this company in the last XXXX years. They can not provide me with any written documentation in regards to this debt and the debt they keep referencing is already paid in full via a different agency. Any letters they do send contain different amounts. They keep calling me at work, threatening to send police and send me to jail. When my HR manager tried to contact them it was a scam phone line. If I still owed this I 'm pretty sure my current bank would not have gave me a loan to purchase a vehicle.

This company Rose Associates keeps calling my number after I told them continuously I 'm not the person they are looking for. A female in charge gets on the phone and keeps saying who is the debt for mam. I 'm like a XXXX, that 's who they keep saying. She says she cant do nothing with removing my phone number cause they do n't look it up that way. I told her she is harassing me and this needs to stop. This is upsetting and needs to stop. They are contacting the wrong person and refuse to stop. They should be out of a job!!!!!

Daily multiple calls to my personal and work numbers regarding serving me legal documents I have told them not to call me at work. I have sent a cease and desist letter to the company name they provided however they continue to call. Today XX/XX/XXXX @ XXXX XXXX they called my work number and gave personal information out to my coworkers. I have repeatedly requested them to provide a debt validation letter and have yet to receive anything. I do not even believe this is a legitimate debt or company calling.

I received a Call a from Rose and Associate, phone number XXXX. They said they called to go employment verification on behalf of an attorney hired by XXXX to collect debt. I call Rose and Associates back and they never provided any information. They hang up everytime I call.
I do not have any account with XXXX and accoring to Rose and Associates its from 2008. It has already passes statue of limitation for, State of XXXX. No such credit account shows up on my credit report..
