Ronald H Reynolds Responded back on XX/XX/XXXX Complaint # XXXX that he has the account back that the creditor recalled by his XXXX XXXX, XXXX letter. There has been no proof from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of any such proof from the creditor of the account in which is not the original owner of the account. There was a certified letter in regards to who the attorney is after XXXX lXXXX XXXX stated by letter they sent the account back to the creditor. I have had no response or proof to verify that Ronald H Reynolds has the account back from the creditor. There has been nothing but games by Ronald H Reynolds on this account and his methods of playing games and back and forth and one minute the account has been recalled the next he has it back. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX does nothing but hide nor replies to certified mail. There is no more than fraud on this account by XXXX XXXX XXXX I have mailed certified letters to them in regards with no response to the matter. It also seems they and Ronald H Reynolds keep filing for the same amount as nothing has been paid in 8 months there was over {$7000.00} dollars paid into this account. This account original bill was only {$4800.00} there was {$3000.00} in which means there has been now {$7900.00} paid out by XXXX as of there records. Plus the credit of {$3000.00} to this account in which is not XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Ronald H Reynold has not mailed me no letter as of XX/XX/XXXX as he stated to CPFB and is no more than some created letter as before with no real proof of any letter been mailed out. I have mailed to Ronald H Reynolds all certified mail and can prove in court in which I see he has no means of going to court because he no more than fraud as an attorney as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have proof of all letters and documents and have also sent them to the US Attorney General on XXXX XXXX XXXX & Ronald Reynolds and have filed in the state of PA because PA is a state that Garnishments cant be with held after talking to an attorney I do no live or work in the state of Nevada nor a resident and when Ronald H Reynolds filed I was not living in Nevada and he did not respond back to my letter that was mailed out Certified into the dispute in which 3 or more letters was sent to him before any filings of the disputed amount. The US Attorney will investigate the matter on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and there practices and for what I been told there already under investigation to there practices. And towards Ronald H Reynolds reply when he got his certified letter of to who the attorney is and his reply as to the date he responded he was not the attorney at the said time and any one can see by his letters and other letters that he was never off the case it was a pass around thing to XXXX XXXX XXXX in which they did not want. And to Ronald H Reynolds other letters as to My {$44.00} cents credit from when he filed for the court credit given in which he replied back to saying it was adjusted in the courts in which another lie has never provided any proof of nothing as to date. There has been one lie after another. As to the dispute of the bill and as to the money that was take out is totally different than what he states and and ADP records. I have filed my complaint in PA & Colorado and in the process of filing in the state of Nevada on Ronald H Reynolds & XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Since you think I don't have an attorney you Ronald H Reynolds will be getting serve a law suit that's been filed here in PA in which you have to answer been your taking wages out in this state your time is coming to an end and will keep filing on you until the matter is settle. No one last thing I have letters going back to XXXX sign by you with 4 different amounts and certified mail to you with no response to the dispute before you filed in court. There was never no real amounts it was every time I called your office you was going to get back I have phone records showing for 3 months over 15 calls a month no the documents phone records and US certified mail is proof you never responded back just another lie when responding back to CPFB in a response In which you forget what you mailed out to me and its all different conflicting letters and amounts owed. I disputed on you several times and now in the process of suing you in the state of PA on this matter. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has an XXXX Store address in which was bought to my attention as not even a real business address they do business out of or a real office.

Ronald Reynolds & Associates Ronald Reynolds did not send no notice or any documents of any court correction of my dispute. Ronald Reynolds only file another Judgement that as if I have not paid nothing. I have all the documents and the new filing by Ronald Reynolds shows as a balance once again for {$4800.00} as the first one filed inXX/XX/XXXX. Ronald Reynolds is trying to collect the same amount again. Ronald Reynolds stated back that he has adjusted by the court the amounts. There has been no such letter or proof to nothing he is saying. XX/XX/XXXX have a letter stating the same amount owed by him with his signature. showing balance due {$4800.00} As in the past his accountant seems to be a little funny and I have also reported it as well. Ronald Reynolds has not provided no up to date documents of no credits or nothing. I also receive a letter by Ronald Reynolds saying the debt was sent over to XXXX law Group XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Nevada XXXX with the same amount owed by Ronald Reynolds as proof that he is doing nothing nor has provided any proof. Ronald Reynolds states that he has updated the amount and the court has giving credit. There has been no documented proof by Ronald Reynolds. Its clear that this debt is a clear scam to state on XX/XX/XXXX the same amount stated back on XX/XX/XXXX that the balance was original principal was {$4400.00} and now the principal is {$4800.00} its been so many numbers it is never the same as I have all the previous amounts by Ronald Reynolds as proof to his accountant methods and credits. So how is it some one has paid {$7000.00} and on by Ronald Reynolds you send a letter out to me showing {$4800.00} Current balance by Ronald Reynolds with his signature as if nothing has been paid. Its nothing but error and games. Then Ronald Reynolds seems as he wants to threating me by words in one of his earlier letters. I have letters going back to him inXX/XX/XXXX that was sent 3 times by certified mail to resolve this with no reply by him I have the letters and they was mailed out US Postal Certified to him inXX/XX/XXXX to this account. There was nothing but games as I had an attorney that call and every time his Secretary talk to my attorney and sent her bits and pieces of information and half of the documents requested was not sent. I also have text messages from my attorney in regards to the issue by Ronald Reynolds and the issues was also stated about Interest fees and other issues that was not right. In which Ronald Reynolds has yet to address. Its clear onXX/XX/XXXX there is something very wrong with this account and the amount showed by Ronald Reynolds is {$4800.00} by his letter and as if nothing is paid. Ronald Reynolds is just trying to collect money not owed to him and not reporting the correct amount I'm also filing with the IRS to this account method a complaint on this business I have all the documents going back as proof. I'm going also taken further measures as filing on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as proof of this letter Ronald Reynolds is stating that I owe him {$4800.00} as of XX/XX/XXXXXX/XX/XXXX

XXXX XXXX XXXX has yet to refund me for over payment and the attorney they hired which was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The bill has been paid since XX/XX/XXXX and the debt is still showing active. Also the debt was over paid and error in credit giving by court documents. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Nevada XXXX XXXX XXXX says one thing in his letters as threating and also tells me the issue is or past on to : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NV XXXX XXXX XXXX is very rude and thinks he can scare some one not to sue him. First thing XXXX XXXX owes me I don't owe him NOTHING he is the one in error on court credit as the court he entered the wrong amount in credit giving as the court document shows. Next the account was over paid and he owes me money as well for who retain him he received the money. The next issue is 3 garnishments showing on court records by him as not paid and 3 garnishments all the same one showing different amounts as well as ( ACTIVE ) & should show ( COMPLETE ) its been 4 months now nothing but the run around with XXXX XXXX and smart remark letters to my rights. Maybe he should do his job and learn to read and add and stop threating people what they can do. Next he tells me the case went to the XXXX XXXX XXXX and still sending me mail just as of the past week been XX/XX/XXXX and as if I owe him money on the same account in which there seems to be some fraud going on to the same account showing nothing paid 1 showing 20 percent and the other nothing but the same garnishment. Ronald Reynolds is collecting money but stated by his letter the account was recalled by the creditor. He sends some print out sheet that's no more than fraud and has numbers of money received is over {$200.00} dollars per week and some weeks as much as {$270.00} with 3 different amounts running on the same case and nothing but deceptive and XXXX can verify the small amounts he has on some power point created sheet is not any proof as MY XXXX statements show with nothing but fraud on his part. He can not dispute XXXX amounts. Ronald Reynolds should be investigated and how many other clients been rip off by his accountant methods. He never replies back to any dispute and XXXX can verify proof of his fraud and I have weekly print outs as proof he is no more than the modern day fraud on his part. The other law firm XXXX relied back as to they sent the account back as he was suppose to be there attorney. Ronald Reynolds should be investigated and his accountant methods as to how many people he rip off. He has no morals of no kind. I have also filed with other avenues to investigate him and XXXX XXXX XXXX I will keep filing on Ronald Reynolds on other agencies on his practices. he does not reply to disputes or nothing just collecting money he can to survive and mislead and deceptive in many ways. He was not giving XXXX XXXX XXXX the right amount of money and should be bought to attention as nothing but greed and lies.

Ronald H Reynolds replied back to the CFPB on XX/XX/18 Complaint number XXXX with he by his own words stated he mail out information. Ronald H Reynolds tells one lie after another lie even with his own letter sign by him stating the creditor called the account back as to XX/XX/2018. If your not on the account and the creditor called the account back why are you responding back as your solving the issue when by your own words is not the attorney and on your letter you clearly stated the attorney that will be doing the case. Ronald H Reynolds needs to stop contacting me being he is not on the case and the creditor has called the case back. please stop telling lies and playing games. It appears to me your hard up for money and one lie after another.

Ronald H Reynolds on XX/XX/2018 stated by his letter and signature he was no longer on this account ending in : XXXX and that the creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX had recalled the account. Ronald H. Reynold is still collecting money for this account of {$200.00}. XXXX plus per week. Still mailing me mail about this account and created print outs in which are not correct as XXXX print outs of how much is taken out. Ronald H. Reynolds is doing no more than committing fraud. If your not on the account why are you still contacting me & filing for updated garnishments with out mailing notice to dispute.

XXXX XXXX XXXX filed a Garnishment in XXXX XXXX in which I do not live in XXXX XXXX at the time filed. My past employee was XXXX XXXX in which I work for when I lived in XXXX XXXX. Also I lived in PA for over 3 years in which a Garnishment is not vaild unless owed for Residential lease, Restitution for a crime, Owed Student Loans or Income Taxes, or State Taxes. Title III of the consumer Credit Protection act. Ronald Reynolds File in XXXX XXXX as if I work in XXXX XXXX and a resident at the time of filing in which bi was not giving a notice to after all the court papers was filed.

Ronald H Reynolds is contacting people in my family about me on several family members seeking to me. In fact you no my address and filed on me already. there seems to be a problem since I have file several complaints on Ronald H Reynolds & Associates Your been paid weekly with no response to certified mail and disputes to the bill that you have yet to reply back within reason.
