I contacted original creditor regarding bill for {$24.00} ( XXXX ) and debt collector, CBQ ( XXXX ) for bill of {$48.00} to let them know that this debt is not owed by me, that this debt can't be collected because my income is Federally protected, as well as sent them both a cease and desist letter. The amount of the debt is misrepresented, and according to Federal Law, the medical facility can not do balance billing ; therefore, I am not required to submit any payment for any alleged balance they claim I owe. CBQ continues to call my number, via ringless call, going straight to voicemail ; and I have received two letters from them after, sending rhe cease and desist letter.
TO REMOVE ACCOUNT FROM CREDIT BUREAU.
