Debt collection Attorney Rolfe & Lobello XXXX, FL, claimed they were hired by XXXX XXXX to collect on a defaulted unsecured loan with a balance of {$9000.00}. This Junk debt buyer provided no contract which reflected they were hired buy XXXX XXXX to represent them and the copy of the contract they provided to me that I supposedly signed now suddenly has my new married name and initials, which has been clearly altered. The initials have been typed and so has my complete signature. When I signed the original contract, I went into the local branch and an iPad was used to capture my initials and signature which was my former name.
This junk debt buyer did not provide me with a notice to appear in court, which is how they were able to obtain a judgement against me. they have sent garnishment notices to business that I have never been employed with. I am head of household which my attorney has filed the necessary paperwork and they don't want to accept it and is now challenging it

I received a letter in the mail from Rolfe and Lobello PA insinuating that I had a debt from XXXX XXXX. In the letter the law firm insinuated prosecution. I later received a phone call from an agent from the same firm stating the same tactics. I advised her that Im not familiar with XXXX XXXX. The rep changed the original creditors name to XXXX XXXX. Again I stated I am unsure about the debt. The agent stated she would send this to her attorneys. I was intimidated and the letter was a threat. I am not familiar with this account or even the creditor at this point seeing as the firm has changed the name twice for the original creditor.

This debt collector Rolfe and Lobello is in direct violation of my privacy right by contacting my employer XXXX XXXX which in turn shared my information with adp a payroll company to garnish my wages for twenty - percent per pay period until debt is paid in full. I did not authorize my personal info to be shared by anyone which is a violation on XXXX act. The balance is intentionally being reported with incorrect info from rolfe and labello as of this email my balance is XXXX they are reporting my balance at XXXX which is inaccurate. per these violations i am asking for garnishment to be dissolved and all money be returned asap

A collection agency has garnished my pay. I did not receive any notice of this lawsuit. This is for a very old credit card that I paid & closed 12 or more years ago. It was a credit card with a {$300.00} credit limit from XXXX XXXX, which is no longer in business. The claim I had a debt of over {$2600.00}. I paid the small balance and closed the accouint many years ago. This is not a valid debt plus I was not notified. They have already taken over {$800.00} from me. I do not know what to do at this point. Can you help me?
