A company by the name of XXXX submitted a lawsuit in XXXX XXXX Florida courts in the amount of {$19000.00} on XX/XX/2009 it was to late to file this lawsuit and I was not properly notified of the lawsuit and did not know it existed ... Years and years went past and I was not notified. I found out about this lawsuit after I purchased a vehicle, The Same company submitted for my license to be suspended in XX/XX/XXXX and I reached out to them to see what was going on and they never requested to meet with me, they demanded money. In XX/XX/XXXX I had to return my vehicle back to the finance company as a result of my license being suspended and tickets being issued for no license ... I began to research and came up with a company name XXXX who is located out of state and posing as different congressman and congresswomen ... As a result.. XXXX closed down and transfered my information to someone name XXXX XXXX at Rodgers Morris and Zeigler located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX FL XXXX ... XXXX.. They left me with a suspended license and 3 tickets and filing for bankruptcy. Please look into this..
