XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , still insists through XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX , that I should contact Rodriguez Fernandez Law Offices , LLC in XXXX XXXX Puerto Rico, on a U.S. Postal Service Certified Mail Received today, XXXX XXXX , XXXX at our residence, that Monday through XXXX , from XXXX XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX , I should call them if I have questions, and they want me to pay the whole amount of XXXX dollars XXXX cents, letter received today included, i s in Spanish in just one payment? But this account is under a certified payment agreement with the same XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , and today I made the fourth payment of this agreement at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , in XXXX XXXX XXXX , Puerto Rico, see included receipts. I was unable to contact the lawyers listed by XXXX XXXX XXXX as XXXX XXXX Representatives, because not only I saw this letter today after arriving home after XXXX XXXX and I should not wait for this until next Monday, but XXXX XXXX is well aware of this problem, and they should contact XXXX XXXX also, but is not happening. XXXX XXXX has another complaint here about this, number XXXX XXXX , but this one I want to submit against XXXX XXXX and their representatives h ere in Puerto Rico.

Greetings a Law Firm by the name of Rodriguez Fernandez Law Offices , LLC address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX is wanting to collect money from this accounts XXXX XXXX XXXX amount {$2100.00} account from XXXX they Acquired the account on many years ago the account is XXXX XXXX XXXX, the person that called had an inappropriate tone of voice, tried to intimidate me with a court date that we had many years ago, when I explained the time that has passed, she wanted me to make a payment and mention different ways I should be making the payment. I need CFPB to please contact this company and informed them why the cant charge me for this old accounts. Also, I don't want the company to continue calling me for an account is That is more than XXXX XXXX XXXX, Thank you XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Las time I file a complained was on XX/XX/2022 and they responded with this nonsense. Company 's Response This claims do not proceed. All accounts are payable. Within statue of limitations and with a valid judgment.

I have been paying off this debt since XXXX or XXXX to Rodriguez Fernandez Law firm. I had to resign from my job due to my health in XXXX. I apply for XXXX benefits as soon as I stopped working and was approved in XXXX of XXXX. That isy only income I pay a mortgage and other bills. I agree with this law firm to pay them 50.00 a month which is slot for. I fall behind but I manage to catch up because they call everyday until I pay. I also notified them that I get my check on the third Wednesday of each month and they start calling from the beginning of the month. The original creditor was XXXX XXXX and I believe the debt has passed the statute of limitations since XXXXI fell back on slot of my bills. I currently live in the southern part of XXXX XXXX affected by the earthquakes and also the pandemic. These people have no disregard for my financial status and they also do not send any correspondence regarding the payments or the amount of the balance within the past years that I have this payment plan..
