I received a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX stating I owed on an original creditor account number that was never mine. I disputed the debt in 2 separate letters, one sent by uncertified mail on XX/XX/XXXX. The other sent certified mail XX/XX/XXXX. I got a validation letter with a completely different account number in which I had already paid the original creditor and had a {$0.00} balance on. The collection company then said I owed interest of {$340.00}. Which they did not provide any proof or contracts that said anything about any interest that was due. Though they stated that I owed it to their " client '' even though I have a {$0.00} balance on the account with their client. Not only did they provide me with an incorrect original creditor account number to begin with and amount owed, they contacted me by phone before they even sent what they thought was verification of the debt owed. They decided to switch to the account number after I had provided them with the documentation I did not owe on the account. They have the incorrect date in which the account was paid. They just made up a number in interest and said I still owed their client. I don't owe them or their client any amount. They also contacted me by phone on XX/XX/XXXX where they left a voicemail. Any collection agency must state that the purposes for communication is to collect a debt. They failed to do so.

On Wednesday, XXXX/XXXX/16 I received a call at my home on my voice recorder from a Agent XXXX XXXX with XXXX regarding criminal and civil charges being brought against me and did not say what this was regarding. A call back number was left XXXX and case # XXXX. I thought it was bogus since a bill collector should not be acting like a government representative with the titles he was using. I get a lot of junk mail and calls regarding this sort of thing and thought it was bogus regardless. You really have to have your antenna on to full power now a days. At around XXXX I received a text from my Mom that this Agent XXXX XXXX had called my Dad 's office and spoke to my Dad 's receptionist at his office and left a call back XXXX case # XXXX. I want to know where I listed my Dad or my Dad 's business on any loan document? This is totally illegal what XXXX XXXX XXXX is doing and just using plain scare, intimidation and bullying tactics to collect on some debt. This rogue collector needs to be reeducated. I called back the XXXX number and spoke to XXXX XXXX who answered the phone as XXXX XXXX and there recorder stated they were XXXX, XXXX XXXX. I believe this company has lost there moral compass and is due for a reeducation on Fair Collection Law.

First, this company was repeatedly calling a friend whose number was not an authorized way for them to contact me. They called her multiple times daily over the past two weeks even after she told them not to contact her. She gave me their info and I callled them myself. The woman I spoke to refused to send me a statement of my debt on paper or any other form of validation of my debt. I tried to explain my medical situation to explain why I havent yet been able to pay and can not make a payment today. She refused to accept that I can not afford a payment at this time. She stated I was refusing to pay even though I can not pay. I said I would be happy to attempt to work something out in the near future and again asked for a statement to be mailed to me ; she again refused. She mocked my illness and insinuated I was lying about my situation. So again, two major issues : repeated calls to a third party, and they refused to send me validation of my debt so that I can plan for future payments ( or dispute the debt if it turns out not to be mine ).

I got a letter a year ago from Rocky Mountain Recovery for a dental collection from a dental office I had never been to or even heard of. I called them and told them there was a relative of mine also named XXXX XXXX who lived in XXXX, Wyoming. They said they would note that. I asked where they got my address and they said they probably " googled it ''. I never heard from them again, but on XXXX XXXX, 2015 I applied for a mortgage loan and my banker pulled my credit and there is a judgment from XXXX County Court and an open collection from Rocky Mountain Recovery reported on MY credit. This is not my debt and I already told them that. I went to their office and they told me they would delete my information, but they were n't sure if that would delete the judgment that is on my credit report. I am extremely frustrated and have spent a lot of time trying to dispute online and get to the bottom of why this happened. I feel like the should have done something other than " google '' my name in order to receive information.

A process server has come onto my property which is marked with multiple " no tresspassing '' signs. She claims that she was given permission to do so, she was not. She claims that the paperwork she needs to serve is in sealed envelopes so she does n't know who it 's from. She claims to work for Rocky Mountain Recovery and XXXX XXXX XXXX who claim to be attorney 's in Wyoming but no one has ever seen in a court of law. I have told her I will not allow her on the property with this vague information and she claims the order is signed by a judge which gives her that right ( how can she tell if it 's in a sealed envelope ). I told her if she tresspasses again I 'll have her arrested and seize her vehicle. I 'm also in the process of filing a restraining order against both of these companies as well as this person. She has harassed my son who is staying with me while he recovers from a XXXX XXXX.

On XXXX/XXXX/2015 at XXXX CST I received a voice mail from RMR. In regards to my Husbands ex wife. I informed them I have nothing to do with her. They stated that she provided my number. told them she does not have my number and this is a cell phone to never call it again. I instructed this is a cell phone and not to call it again. On XXXX/XXXX/2015 at XXXX CST I received a call and voice mail form another number regarding the same company and same matter. I called the number back spoke to a very rude rep who stated that i had to wait XXXX hours for my number to be removed. Was told the computer called me advised them since they were informed this was a cell phone with no authority to leave message or call they have violated the TCPA. i spoke with a XXXX XXXX who was very rude. I am being harassed over a debt that is not mine and i have nothing to do with.

I had a emergency XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, WY in XXXX of XXXX, I was given financial aid for this XXXX. They didnt notify me until almost a year later that my XXXX was not covered and started call hours of the day and some night and sold my debt to Rocky Mountain recovery services and they did the same things over and over again, calling multiple times in a day and threatening me and would yell at me over the phone. This company bought this debt from the now defunct XXXX XXXX XXXX which attempted to charge me {$44000.00} for air lift for my so whom was severely injured in a rural area of Georgia in XXXX. I believed that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX covered this expense and XXXX XXXX XXXX stopped contacting me. Meanwhile, unknown to me, XXXX XXXX, continued to report me to collections and charge me interest.My son was covered under my medical policy at the time. This has ruined my credit.

This is from years ago, when I really need the money. It was only about XXXX dollars. Now they want to settle with over XXXX dollars. I said okay, but I cant do it now. He said it has to be done now. He is a legal courier for XXXX XXXX. Where I live. He left me a voicemail today threatening to come get me implying either arrest or something worse. His name is XXXX XXXX he has been calling me non stop and leaving these kinds of voicemails.

Rocky Mountain Recovery contacted me in order to collect on medical debt. They told me that if I agreed to make payments, that they would keep it off my credit report. Instead they opened a collection account on me on XX/XX/2019. They continue to take monthly payments from my credit card.
